The software is user-friendly and the support you receive is first-class.

Cons

The inability to apply security at the job level. We have security locked down by job in Viewpoint and would like the same capability in B2W.

I like the ability to easily toggle features and columns as well as the ability to all track resources from one screen.

Cons

It's very labor intensive to set up new jobs, and it doesn't work well for Time & Material billing.

I like the user friendly interface and the ability to work at costs right away. Take the plunge and buy the mobile app right away and get foreman and superintendents involved right away. The cost realization is immediate and a great benefit to any construction business.

Providing today's field information today versus the end of the month. Integrated directly with our existing accounting system. Operational on both tablet as well as PC.

Cons

As with any new software application installation with existing system integration, there are always challenges you will encounter. The support from B2W has made overcoming these challenges as painless as possible.

I like the reports it can print off, and I feel that it is easy to spot mistakes.

Cons

There is not a report that is easy to understand that is for the foreman or field personnel. Also, it would be nice to have a notes field in the item.
