Director of Marketing Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great tool for folks looking for affordable Hubspot like functionality" September 8, 2016 4.0 Pros We moved from Hubspot to Hatchbuck to reduce our monthly CRM costs. We found that Hatchbuck did more than what we could do with our basic Hubspot version for a lot less cash. Right now we have triggered email activities for customers based on a customer's actions which we would have had to triple our Hubspot spend to get. All in all we're quite happy with the tools. Cons I wish there were an app or a responsive website to access the data. It makes the tool cumbersome to release to outside sales folks who aren't at their desks all day. Review Source SI Stacy I. Hatchuck doesn't just sell you a platform and then walk away leaving you hanging having to pay additional costs for training, transition, and maintenance. They hold your hand through training, accept calls when needed, are generous about giving their time and follow up with additional information so that you get the whole solution. Overall it is easy to navigate and intuitive from the viewpoint of a user in sales. The one con is the tagging aspect and the quickness of being able to tag people in the database. It is a great Marketing Automation solution if you are not ready to an enterprise product like Marketo. The team is great and is always willing to help every step of the way.
