It significantly reduced work for data management and helped us achieve our goals. It has been a little challenging to use the product if you don't have technical knowledge but the excellent customer support makes it easier. This product has transformed our outdated document managing processes into digitalized documents.

Pros

the collaboration tools and search filter allow to locate files quickly and offer a wide range of import and export documents. The software dramatically aids our process management, and achieving legal compliance becomes more simple. Simple to integrate into an existing IT landscape and extends its support on-premise as well as SaaS offering.

Cons

Limited functionality for mobile users. The pricing can be on the lower side as compared to other providers.

Great software that has transform our document managing process into digitalized document. Very happy with it.

Pros

Making all of our document in digitalized form is our organization goals and AMAGNO helps a lot with the journey. Furthermore, it is more easy to find related document using the search function, rather than manually find it on physical document.

Cons

They providing a mobile version of the software, but the feature available on there is not on par with the browser version.

\- easy to learn (from a user's as well as administrator's perspective) - perfectly fits our needs - no modules, you always get the whole software - easy to integrate into already existing IT-landscape (interfaces to 3rd party software available) - on premise as well as cloud solution available - detailed documentation / knowledge base - well trained support team

We use amagno as digital storage and automatically organize our files. Also to improve our process management and archieving. It reduces the amount of work for data management significantly.

Pros

It‘s all about finding documents and not searching for them endlessly. The software automatically allocates files wherever they are needed. The funcionality supports our process management very well and one can achieve legal compliance straightforward.

Cons

Not tech-savvy people may need some support for setting up magnets (system of organizing files automatically) but the support responds quickly and is top-notch.

Pros

It takes so less time to get started and implement a couple of automatics It is a very powerful DMS. It is not a free trial light version or somthing else. You can do everything you expect from a powerfull DMS. OCR, workflows, user auth, automatic stacking. And the main benefit? The buisness server didn't need own hardware. It work completely in a safe cloud. Perfect! No Hardware to maintain, no OS to update or upgrade.

Cons

In Fact, nothing. OK, you will have more time for your effective job.
