The email reminders are very helpful and I love that it sends me a daily reminder of tasks due that day (for all boards). I've used all of the major comparable programs and found them overcomplicated or too busy. KT does everything we need and makes it easy to organize and update tasks. **Pros:** Ease of use. It has a simple design with a lot of functionality. I didn't have to read any instructions to start using it right away, and it's dramatically changed my team's accountability and helped us meet deadlines. The power-ups make it very easy to track subtasks, and the ability to filter the board in different ways is great when planning out each week. **Cons:** It would be nice to have the option to add even one "view-only" user at no cost, so a senior manager could view a snapshot of tasks. A+" **Overall:** I have used Kanban Tool for about 3 weeks to manage my workflow as a solo entrepreneur. I wish I had found it sooner and have already recommended it to friends/colleagues. **Pros:** Kanban Tool is a highly flexible and customizable option for workflow management. Its no-frills design puts the power in the user's hands and makes it easy to access boards from poor-quality internet connections or through the Kanban Tool app. Extensive support documentation, including videos, makes learning about features a breeze. I had been searching for a way to visualize my workflow where I could color-code, show/hide categories, and see critical information when I need it most. Kanban Tool gives me all that functionality and more. **Cons:** The setup was time-consuming. Some of the card colors are too similar.
