I like how we can control the different stages of projects and implementations. The way all teams can monitor progress is a plus.

Pros

It's easy to use and manage. I've changed companies but brought this tool to my new company and implemented it.

Cons

I still think sometimes it's difficult to move from other systems over because it's not exactly seamless but it's getting easier as the workforce is also changing and more tech savvy people are in it.

We were using other systems to track our projects, we tried several and our associates didn't identify themselves with any of them, we try it all, time managers, other online tools, none worked until we found out Kanban Tool, since the beginning we fell in love with the tool, they are tracking their work better than ever before, now they don't feel pressured or intimidated by the tools is easy simple take them seconds to track their work and overall we are happy campers.

Pros

The clean and intuitive user interface, it's really easy to feed and get information from the system, the personalization is great to, having your own domain, simplifies integration with internal systems, for us security is very important because we manage sensitive projects for our customers and Kanban Tool complies with our requirements like SSO, 2FA and user roles. The customization features are great too, you can start working with the system out of the box and once you are immerse in the daily activities you can customize the system to fit your needs it has lots of options at your disposal.

Cons

I think small business should have high quality options to start, it would be great that the free version had at least a 4 users for free, but well I understand is a business too

Reason for choosing Kanban Tool

We tried it and it had all we were looking for, like easy creating of tasks, drag and drop, colors, customizations, reminders, we can check from our desktop computers or mobile devices, calendar dependencies, customizations, etc., etc.

I enjoy using Kanban Tool to keep my day easily prioritized as well as see what other tasks need attention.

Pros

Very intuitive features enabled me to get started quickly and it's extremely easy to customize what you only want to see, without being overburdened by too many bells and whistles that would distract from doing actual work. I really like the emailed work summary of how I have interacted with the board each day.

Cons

It's very easy to add too many work tasks on the board because I don't know what is really needed. I'd be interested if the tool can help me become more accountable in making progress on only the highest priorities, which is sometimes difficult if I don't have a real due date. I'll also try using some of the available board filters.

I like it very much. I am very excited about it. It helps me track everything and the system has soo many features.

Pros

Kanban tool has a lot of features and some are hidden. But these are very good. So the kanbantool is an nice tool. I like the pricing and the features!

Cons

I hope some small bugs with the automatic progressbar will be better in future and i like to see more management for the boards (maps).

This affordable Kanban tool provides the same benefits for managing my personal affairs and volunteer organization commitments, by helping me easily break down often daunting/unpleasant epics into manageable chunks and defining the custom workflow I need to most effectively actually progress/accomplish them.

Kanban Tool is real Kanban. I use it for manage flow my own load or work and limit my work in progress (wip). The first thing I do every day is to check Kanban and planning the day.

Pros

Very helpful tool to organize and prioritize your task easily. First time using Kan Ban and It’s very easy to get introduced in the Agile tool. Today we have a lot of apps, and opportunities to work with, but some are not helpful, that’s not the case. I’m using it since the very first moment I joined. Happy user.

Cons

The free version only two boards, and I'd like to have more, but It's easy to solve it 😊

I find Kanban Tool to be incredibly useful because of its user-friendly interface. It's simple to set up and use, and it has a variety of useful features that make it an effective tool for managing tasks and projects. Pros

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. But the most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far is, that you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do. Great feature! Hint: Check the PowerUps in Settings!

Cons

You have to take care how much Cards you pin to the board becaus it can get look overloaded fast. The missing of "EPIC" leads to use Swimlines as Epic (which works surprisingly good), but makes the board big in some cases. In General, Dependencys between the Cards can be created and Cards can be linked, but there is no visible Dependency on the Board itself (f.e. cards in cards ore somethind like that). On the other side, this is a good opportunity to not over-administrate your work ;-)

Reason for choosing Kanban Tool

1) The Support Team really cares about you. After the trial period I decided to leave, because I didn't find my feature I was looking for. I received a standard mail why I was leaving, and I answered. One day later I received an answer with hints how to achieve my goal. And there I am, still using this Product. 2) I was looking for a Product which shows ToDo Lists in the board (always, not only after expanding them). KAnban Tools was the only product where I find this.

I am a power user, so it is never easy for me to find a software that fits all my needs, but Kanban Tool performance and beauty went above and beyond my expectations, I can't remember the last time when I was this happy with a software. I highly recommend to everyone to try it. Trial does not require a credit card, and support is available to answer any questions that users might have. It is a product made and maintained with love and care, it is perfect.

Pros

I have tried many Kanban solutions out there but non comes anywhere near Kanban Tool. It is a whole new level of flexibility and clean and beautiful UI. I was able to find every single functionality that I was looking for, therefore I was able to set it up exactly the way I wanted. The UI is so clean and beautiful that it helps me instantly clear my mind and focus on the work with joy. Perfect tool if you need to add extra clarity to your life.

Cons

No cons whatsoever, I absolutely love this product.

Kanban tool helps me keep what needs to be done, what’s in progress, and what’s complete in order.Also, it’s a great collaboration/reporting tool to use with others. Thanks to Kanban Tool, I can more easily identify gaps and direct my energy/effort in the places that need it most

Pros

The initial setup was easy as I was looking for a simple Kanban tool that I could integrate into my business quickly and with little cost.

Cons

The navigation was less intuitive than I expected at first, but learning the flow was not difficult.

The ability to color-code an put into customized swimlanes, gives a great overview of tasks and deadlines. The ability to take notes in tasks provides the option to have both an agile management tool and a document handling system in one place.

Cons

I have not found any shortcomings in my use of Kanban tool, I have reached out to the support team, as I felt I was missing a feature, and they were quick to respond and guide me to the needed solution

I can't believe how user friendly Kanban Tool is. We have used the physical Kanban board in the past, but using it online is great when one of us is offsite, we can easily check or add to our boards.

Pros

Having completed the Agile Foundation Course a few years ago, the Kanban Tool was a real find. It is quick, effective and good use of both our time. We have a quick 'stand-up' every day to look at the board and what each of us have added. We love the fact it is easy to move tasks around, add check lists, due dates and new boards and assign tasks to each other.

Cons

It may just be a feature I haven't discovered, but I would like to make the actual board wider across the page.

Reason for choosing Kanban Tool

We had completed the Agile Foundation course a couple of years ago and have introduced Kanban throughout the school to other teams. So discovering this online version was a real find!

Kanban is used by many departments for tasks. We are able to track and disseminate tasks to team members and know were additional resources are needed. Very intuitive UI interface.

Pros

It's a great tool to improve team productivity. Whether you're in software development, sales, or marketing, it's awesome. You can easily view everyone's tasks on one board and then assign new ones, rate tasks based on difficulty and time needed, set deadlines, and more.

Cons

It is the best tool for project tracking and staying on task and productive. The only little complaint I have is that unless you log in, you can't easily see all the changes that have been made.

Using the trial version lets you play around with all the features for 15 days, plus someone from Kanban Tool's team wrote to me to be by my side in case I needed some guidance. Multi-language support is also available and cross app implementation (including a mobile version for Android an iOS) makes it a very rich and powerful tool.

Pros

Implementing Kanban boards on any industry not only helps improving time, resources and making life easier... If you know how to implement them. It's not that troublesome and thats what is great about this tool, finally a version online that is easily editable and adapted to your project needs is at your fingertips. No wonder why so many great companies are among their clients.

Cons

It's a little pricey for the small project manager but for bigger and more ambitious managers is this worth every penny.

An easy visual for a team that spoke two different languages. There were also members of the sales team that had very minimal experience with project management requirements, documentation, and technology as a whole. The visual ease of this tool created less stress and everyone knew what expectations were required yesterday, today, and tomorrow. What held them up, what actions they had that held others in limbo, and of course the ability to celebrate in unison when the team accomplished a goal.

Pros

Language and cultural differences didn't slow down the learning of the team. The visual ease of the tool is phenomenal. Recording important files, checklists, due dates, and handoffs became very smooth.

Cons

There were older execs on the board that still preferred to see a Gantt chart for the integration of different services. This flies against what Kanban was meant to do. There was no easy way to export a report and create a Gantt chart for others. External reporting as a whole is not easy.
