I especially like that you can personalize so much on it, even the background image. I love that I can add tasks from other project management software platforms such as Trello, Asana, Jira and others. Pros Kanban is based on the idea of limiting work in progress (WIP) to avoid overloading individual workers. It also leverages the concept of collaboration and communication, but it doesn’t stop there. Kanban helps manage projects holistically by providing a visual feedback loop that can be used to diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and see how changes impact the project as a whole. The flexibility of the cards and categories means that I can easily track requests that are ongoing, on pause, that require immediate action, etc. Pros I love that I can really customize the cards. This is the only tool that allowed me to create flexible cards that fit my varied uses. Cons I found that the android app was less polished than I would have liked, but I don't use it so it's not an issue for me. Pros What I like most about the tool is the super simple and clean user interface, without unnecessary functions and easy to read. I really like the mobile version that works with the same web interface. Easy to start. Took me a few minutes on my phone to create this. Any other platform would have taken me a solid hour to understand the options and full blown laptop to see it. Also has responsive(enough) design to see on mobile devices Pros It is simple to setup. If you know the basics of Kanban and just want to get started and running, it does all those jobs. It doesn't overwhelm you with a million different options and scare you away Cons More integrations needed. Simplicity comes with it's cons.
