Já utilizei outros CRM, a noCRM está sendo sem dúvidas a melhor. Não poderia deixar de falar do suporte, galera excelente no atendimento.

Pros

A facilidade de montar e organizar a estratégia de negócio, editar e criar novos campos para o funil de vendas é maravilhoso, sem contar a praticidade do time utilizar e cadastrar novos clientes. Estamos gostando bastante da noCRM.

Cons

Por enquanto não tenho o que falar de negativo, até o momento o sistema vem suprindo todas as expectativas.

Mi aiuta moltissimo a monitorare l'avanzamento del lavoro, a ricordare tutto ciò che ho fatto e devo fare ... sempre sul pezzo.

questo SAAS è molto facile da utilizzare, quando non riesco mi aiutano sempre. Sto addirittura imparando ad integrare app terze al mio lavoro!

Cons

la APP non riesco ad utilizzarla correttamente, ma tutto sommato mi trovo bene dal web. credo sia un problema cognitivo mio!

NoCRM est ma bible, c'est un outil convivial, ludique et qui permet d'être réactif vis à vis de mes clients. C'est un CRM simple mais complet à utiliser à son bureau comme en clientèle (via l'application sur smartphone)

Pros

Les Rappels très explicites qui permettent d'éviter d'oublier des prospects lors de la téléprospection. La vision globale de notre activité via la PIPELINE avec des étapes choisies par mes soins. L'importation de fichier EXCEL pour étoffer notre base de clients.

Cons

J'avais fait une pause de 3 ans sans utiliser NOCRM et honnêtement je trouve que ce logiciel est toujours de plus en plus convivial et simple à utiliser

La integración con Whatsapp Web! ya se puede interactuar en ambas aplicaciones de ida-regreso y crear contactos!, adicional en la app noCRM del Iphone tambien sirve para Whatsapp y llamadas!!! guau

Me encantaría se pudiera subir contactos desde el iphone o desde mi mac, mientras tanto lo hace desde whatsapp

Novice pour le moment mais la prise en main est rapide et clair. Il me faut m'amélioré sur l'utilisation du logiciel et mon organisation. Pour cela je compte sur l'équipe de noCRM

Logiciel concret qui va droit au but. Très pratique pour une entreprise qui fonctionne beaucoup dans le démarchage.

Je pense que le visuel pourrait être un peu mieux travaillé, ainsi que la partie fiche client (je pense que certaines informations devraient être imposées)

Je suis ravie de ce logiciel car pour moi il est très pratique dans mon activité de prospection téléphonique

Pros

La simplicité des fonctions, on peut créer facilement des opportunités, télécharger des fichiers pour la prospection. Créer des fiches clients et ajouter des documents pdf, jpeg, etc..

Cons

On est un peu livré à soit même, je trouve qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'accompagnement. Je souhaiterais plus d'aide.

En résumé, une expérience logicielle fluide, intuitive avec une interface en français et une équipe très présente et réactive car l'humain ça compte aussi même en matière d'informatique.

Pros

J'apprécie particulièrement la simplicité et l'ergonomie du logiciel qui a été pensé pour faire aboutir des ventes avant toutes autres choses . Ce logiciel ne fait pas tout, mais ce qu'il fait, il le fait bien.

Cons

Il manque un peu d'IA pour automatiser certaines taches répétitives. De plus j'aurai y trouver certaines specificités propres aux agents commerciaux.

Il suffit de mettre une liste de cible contact puis de les qualifier au fur et à mesure. Dès qu'ils deviennent chaud, il sont qualifiés dans des tunnels de vente. Dès que le processus commercial est gagné, les clients acquis sont suivis et pérennisés.

Pros

Logiciel orienté commercial simple et efficace. Nous apprécions le suivi des contacts et la facilité de conversion en clients. Les outils de scripts sont efficaces pour tout types de prospection dont l'immobilier. La configuration du logiciel est simple et logique. Sur les éditions expert et dream les tunnels de vente sont entièrement configurables ce qui permet aux commerciaux d'adapter l'outil à leur mode de modes de fonctionnement.

Cons

Je n'ai pas encore trouvé d'inconvénients à l'outil. Il se distingue des outils de CRM qui sont très orientés gestion. No CRM est un outil pour les commerciaux sans complications particulières.

Excelente experiência. O sistema é completo, fácil de usar, bonito, pratico, a usabilidade é bacana, ainda não testei as integrações.

Pros

O layout é limpo e agradável, com funcionalidades fáceis e intuitivas. Possibilidade de uso no Android ajuda bastante no dia a dia

Cons

Acredito que planos diferenciados para os 3 primeiros meses ou opções semestrais podem atrair mais interessados.
