You can take pictures of your receipts and download them in as well, which is extremely helpful. Pros What I like most about Timesheets.com is that it doesn't just support clock-in/clock-out, it supports per diem, milage and other expenses Cons It does not have a dedicated app for the phone; it is more of a web application. It would be more user-friendly if they added an app you could download onto your phone. I use this to track time. It is also good value to money but has no travel booking integration. Pros The user access controls are great and we can limit sensitive patient billing data and information to authorized case managers and field time. Any business that cares about accurate timekeeping and smooth project planning should use it. Pros Keeping track of billable hours and total productivity is made very easy by the platform's ability to log hours spent on specific research projects. Finding it possible to sort time entries by project and task was especially helpful for me because it makes it clear how resources are being used for different study projects. Creating detailed reports quickly is another great feature. These reports show how time is being spent and how the project is going, which is very important for making sure that goals are met, and resources are used well. Easy entry is another great thing about the platform. I could easily access the platform on different devices, whether I was working from the office or from home. Cons Although the platform has helpful reporting tools, it would be better if users could customize reports to meet their specific research needs. Furthermore, the process of okaying time entries can sometimes feel a bit complicated, especially when there are a lot of tasks and team members involved. Implementation, training, and post-implementation follow-up was top notch! Cons Lack of convenient hourly time daily autofill. Cons Timesheets.com can work on developing a more automated process and time templates in a way employee times from previous weeks can be used if identical to prevent manual entry of hours.
