" May 8, 2019 4.0 Has helped with our billing, our time management for employees and recently the vacation/sick leave but Im still working that out a bit. We are soon to get into developing KPIs based on timesheets data. Pros The customer support. Once they show me how to do something it is easy to do. Cons Some of the descriptions / functionality is not 100% clear - which is why I end up calling support! August 1, 2014 5.0 This program has solved SO many problems for us! We manage a hotel remotely and there were definitely some shenanigans going on with hours and overtime. By implementing the photo stamp clock in/out feature, we now have 100% accurate hours for each employee. If a change needs to be made, we get a notification and can approve/deny the record immediately. It is easy to monitor time - the reporting is fabulous! AND IT IMPORTS HOURS INTO QUICKBOOKS!! My most DREADED task was entering everyone's hours...now with a few clicks of a button, everything imports and totals. Also, customer support is SUPER helpful - no long wait times, always call back promptly and they're all pretty cheerful. I recommend this program to ANYONE who needs a time clock. I like the SaaS model, doesn't require me to back anything up or manage any servers. Cons I would like to see a few more features. Having a team dashboard showing work status of each individual Using work calendar - we replaced our Company calendar with Timesheet scheduling Easy expense logging - we replaced using another app for this with Timesheets Brilliant support with a real person to discuss how to best use Timesheets Cons Being a strongly rules based product, a list of rules under Tools would be great. You can adjust it to your needs easily: creating projects, tracking weekly reports etc. Cons It might first seem a bit complicated, but it is really not. Cons Visualizing what each employee did in any given week is not a simple view screen. without running an excel report and sorting it is not easy to know what an employee week looked like just by looking at the timesheet screen. Cons When we run monthly payroll and employees are paid for a portion of a work week, they can no longer see how many hours they worked that week. This makes it more difficult to track overtime. I am very busy and don't have much time to learn a new program...nor do I want a program that does a whole bunch of stuff I don't need. I checked out Time Sheets and shortly afterwards received an email inquiring if I would like any help. I called the number and Raya walked me through everything in 10 minutes. I was up and running and had all the tools I needed to train my employees. Plus, she gave me additional ideas for how the program can help my company. I am so glad I found this program - it is helping immensely. Pros Easy to use, great customer service, and sends me alerts when my employees clock in and out...so I don't have to spend any time looking into their times. Cons Haven't come across any cons yet. Cons Its a little old looking, but its functionality more than makes up for it. Also wish that when someone logged project hours, that they "cost" would automatically show up for payroll hours.
