Pros Your support is exceptional. Every time I've had to contact support I got someone knowledgeable and who is fluent in English. Cons I don't fully understand the system errors, but luckily people like \[sensitive content hidden\] have been kind enough to clean up my "trash" when they happen to be in my system cuz I've called with a problem. The customer service has exceeded our expectations. There is always a live person answering the phone or the chat. If the problem is too complex to be answered via chat then that customer service rep will ask to call and will. This team goes above and beyond to answer questions, identify problems, and fix mistakes that the user may have made. Pros The software allows our employees to enter their project time and/or hourly time efficiently. It allows the appropriate employees to be able to run payroll, keep track of vacation, holiday, comp time, and expenses efficiently. Cons The hardest part is not having hourly and salary time integrated into one viewing area. It gets the job done in terms of time tracking and it's good to be able to either manually or automatically track time. Cons Despite being set to never log me out automatically, I get logged out all the time. Usually several times an hour. It feels like every time I finish a task and go to stop the timer I've been logged out, which then means navigating back to the timer screen. It's a lot of unnecessary clicks and a waste of time. We were able to merge the information/reports with the time clock to our payroll system. Pros What makes the software so worthy is the simplicity for both the employee & employer to be able to track hours, notes, vacation and etc. One of the features I really like are the reports that are available. One additional bonus to having this software also includes the archived information on each employee for the hours worked while employed with the company. Cons There is nothing to dislike about this software because I feel that the options available make it so easy to setup a new employee. Great for small law firms. Pros Some of the law firms I've worked for utilize Timesheets. You put the timer on, start your billable hours, and then Timesheets posts the time for documents preparation of pleadings, motions, orders, and correspondence with clients. I found learning Timesheets was easy and the software helpful. Timesheets is great for smaller law firms. Cons Overall Timesheets does the job you expect the software to do. A drawback is a price when there are multiple users. As you add users, the cost basis value decreases. My support person has been awesome in helping me to understand the various features in the program. January 16, 2018 5.0 It helps us see how much time we are spending with our customers. Since they are billed for a certain amount of hours per month. It is critical for us to know where our time is going so we can bill appropriately. Pros It is very easy to set employees up and add customers. We were able to add special tracking items for our customers to help us track exactly what time was spent where. The reporting feature is easy to use to run reports for different time periods and for different customers. It is easily downloaded to other formats. The website is always available, we have never had any trouble with logging in to access it. The cost is very inexpensive for the functionality you get. Cons No problems with anything so far. The reports section, the look of the user interface from both admin and employees point of views, and the feel of the system are comparable in many ways without the huge setup fees and daily cost I have experienced in the past from two of the largest Payroll Companies. The customer services reps and the technical support teams have been great with all my questions as I am still amazed over three months into our partnership that I get so many features and options for such a small price. There are many new features on the horizon that I am excited to have available to me and my management team that will assist with the payroll and accountability of our employees. Pros Ease of use, setup and ability to have many configuration options to meet all local, state and federal labor laws. Simplistic and/or detailed reporting available. You complained about a character requirement, which I took to mean that there was such a think on our site you didn't like - be we have no such requirement! But now I understand! You meant that Capterra requires a minimum number of characters in their review fields. The support is excellent and we have saved time and gained insight by using Timesheets.com. Pros We moved to Timesheets.com from spreadsheets and manual reporting, and it has streamlined our process and given us much greater insight into our spending. We use project and account codes to allocate costs to different grants. And by creating codes for different activities, we can more precisely see how much different programs cost. This helps us budget for future programs. In addition, the support is the best I've ever experienced. Our startup was painless and took less than an hour. By phoning or using the chat function, you are instantly connected with a real person who knows the product. They will take the time to understand a very specific need that we have and tell us how to use the tool to make it happen. Cons The interface is a little dated and not intuitive. Integrating with QuickBooks has been a challenge because of the idiosyncrasies of QuickBooks and nonprofit accounting. Pros For it helped, that it is free as long as I am on my own just tracking my own freelance project. At the same time, it is good to know, that I good upgrade if I should ever expand. Everything works fine, it helps me to keep track of my projects. Cons I don't really have any cons. Pros It is easy to use, employee and timesheet setting options are more than enough for our needs, support has been great the two times i had questions, imports data to Quickbooks easily. I also like that we can track all expenses, such as, mileage, we can create and track multiple project time at once and use it from anywhere and upload backup documents. Cons In the three years we have used this product we have never experienced an issue with functionality or accesability. I guess the way they charge is not ideal. They charge by numberof users but only in groups, so if we have 5 users and need 1 more we would have to pay for 3 more users in the next tier. Review Source TT Texanne T. Now that we have been using it for over a year we have had less and less time mismanagement. Pros Easy integration with our accounting software. Employees have found the site easy to navigate and use. We now have accurate clock times for employees whereas before employees were using paper tracking with no actual time clock. Everything we found was close, but lacking one thing or another, or was too expensive. We found Timesheets.com right before the pandemic hit which suddenly had us working from home and in desperate need of an online time reporting system. We had it set up and working within one pay period and didn't miss a beat. It's also helped me export timesheets for billing which has been a god send.
