Pros I love all the features you have at your disposal to use to track, set up future tasks, reminders, etc. Cons There is no least to like about this software unless it is my not using it to the fullest and wishing I had. Nowcerts is a 100% cloud based system. A better internet connection will mean faster response times from the server. We continually monitor, test, and improve the response times. The customer rep was great to work with and did not take long for me to give this a try. Didn't even waste my time looking around. This is an excellent bargain and value is outstanding. Pros Really haven't tried it yet. But after my training session with Kayden, it looks very user friendly. Manager Used the software for: ### "NowCerts Agency Managment System" January 26, 2015 4.0 We have been using 4 different Agency Management Systems for the last 12 years. Because, when we purchased 2 additional agencies in the past, they were using a different ones. I rather not mentioned the names but they were expensive and not intuitive. We just use the NowCerts for 2 months, all of my CSRs love the Self-Serve Certificates, this is best in the market so far. In term of Overall and Ease of Use, there are a few bugs need to be corrected. But I am sure that NowCerts are also aware of it and they are also continuing improving and adding the new features. Their support department has been awesome. I have contact them about 50 times and they have answered all my questions and concerns. We use the system for carrier downloads, commissions, certs, ID cards and the reports. But we plan on using their loss runs tool too. We just haven't gotten to it. Customer service is better than I have seen elsewhere. Overall agency management systems are not that good for accounting. I have seen several and none have a good accounting module. Well everything. We love the signatures. Really easy to put them on and off. I would suggest some features to be added for life and health insurance.
