Nice, it improve my work a lot

Pros

Integration and the ease to send forms, id cards, cois, etc... saves a lot of time!

Cons

When you do a search of an Insured, that begins with a number, it seams like it dont work!

Have been a couple years since I migrated my agency from a Software based to NowCerts web based platform and the functionality and how customizable it is is invaluable. Great product and great team working behind it.

Pros

Easy of use, web based and stellar customer service, if you have any issue they will be on it and will find a fix for you.

Cons

Nothing really as when there is an issue \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team are always available.

Good experience, yes I would recommend.

Pros

Sending Certificates is very easy, even adding new Cert Holders.

Cons

Unable to Customize: Dashboard, Fields, States, Coverages, etc.. The navigation is not that simple. I tried using the email option but its not that great. They should offer "Tier" service, I don't use the service for accounting or commission tracking.

Great experience, responsive Customer Support, and truly innovative. Happy that I switched to NowCerts.

Pros

It is a great system, and seems to have the features that other systems I've used are missing. What I really like is that the team at NowCerts is willing to take input from customers and bend over backwards to continually improve the software.

Cons

The only drawback that I've seen is that being web-based it runs slow at times.

It upgrades ot the latest available technology and tests show that it is as much as 10 times faster than the current system. We are pushing hard to get it realeased later this year. -Peter

The system is always changing to better service our agency and client information.

Pros

I have been in this business for 42 years and this has to be the best Management System I have used over all the years. The staff and management of Now Certs are very receptive to updates and suggestions. I also appreciate the great customer service! I will highly recommend this product to other agencies.

Cons

I have not had any issues with the software.

### "Perfect for tracking patient's financial well-standing"

We have our customers (and therefore, my patients) insurance records backed up on this cloud platform. I can check their profile before I declare the procedure that they are needing to be authorized.

Pros

I can check my patient's premiums, health care plans, track their financial records and verify if they owe any amount before I authorize procedures to be paid.

Cons

I can't really say that I disliked anything about this software because it made my work life SO much easier.

Pros

Works great! It’s cloud based and I can access it on any device.the customer service is great! They are super fast at responding and if they don't think they can resolve it via email, they call you that day

Cons

I honestly don’t have any yet, they are great to work with. I used them at my old agency. I miss it so much!

Very great experience. They are so easy to work with.

Pros

I have used several management programs in the past and NowCerts has been by far the most user friendly. Their customer service team has been so wonderful to work with.

Cons

The only issue that I have is that some of my downloads have duplicated. Nowcerts said this is a problem with the companies that are downloading but they are saying it is a problem with my management system.

I really like NowCerts. It is completely user friendly and doesn't get hung up often like most software applications do. It is easy to navigate through and is also mobile friendly for when you need to be on the go but still have access to your database.

Pros

It is easy to have organized your clients vs prospects as well as downloading policies from various insurance carriers.

Cons

It doesn't bridge over well with the rater we use.

The certificate process and zip file generation is awesome, the id card generator is amazing, and the customer service is unbelievably better than I could have ever hoped for. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] called me back within 5 minutes and was extremely pleasant to work with, and provided the answers I needed and offered more than I could have hoped for.

Pros

Ease of use from submission to binding and auto id/certs.

Cons

Sometimes I feel I'm entering info more than once...most likely due to me not completing the fields properly, or checking the right boxes!

Reason for choosing NowCerts

Way more intuitive, integrates with other softwares we use, seems to make adjustments much quicker.

Allowing clients to have access to documents and files is great. Integrating all the aspects of Agency functions (emails, AMS, file storage, downloads, marketing, etc) and it all being user friendly is a huge upgrade over the other giant AMS companies out there. Plus, the customer service has been really great, again unlike the other companies out there.

Pros

Ease of use, functionality, integration, flexibility...it is cutting edge and leading the industry in the way it needed to go 10 years ago!

Cons

Some delays occur when changing from screen to screen

We absolutely have loved every experience we have had when we have any questions we can call in and every person is so sweet and helpful. We have finally had a chance to get all of our commissions correct and client policies downloaded correctly. We are really pleased with almost every aspect so far! We highly recommend them to everyone- not to mention how affordable it is. Great program!

Pros

We switched over from Applied Systems to Now Certs and it has been a complete day and night difference. It has changed our agencies efficiency by at least 90%. We can get documents and policies to download correctly, FINALLY as well as all of our commissions correct. It has really changed our agency for the better, we have been SO happy with the switch over.

Cons

Some things like invoices and certificates can be a little tricky to learn and does take some time, but with the help of the videos and conference calls from Now Certs reps we have gotten it figured out.

Able to file and locate everything very fast, i can text as well as anything else i need to do right from Now Certs.

Pros

Easy and Very Effective to use, everything i need to do i am able to do with ease.

Cons

The only thing i wish was different is that when on my Dashboard and reviewing my tasks or prospects and i wanna backpage to last page

### "It works but needs some improvements"

It's been ok but really annoyed about the certificates being difficult.

Pros

It seems pretty straight forward - everything uploads easily

Cons

The certificates do not seem to work at all - they always mess up, the Additional Insured never populates, and there is no accessibility to make easy changes to the Certificate holders.

other agency management system require long-term contracts, and do not allow you to access your information between other programs. Nowcerts is different than other systems, because they are actually building something that their users want.

Pros

Ease of use, integration with zapier, excellent customer service.

the user interface can be more intuitive, and I know that this will be changed with the next update.

Calendar - Would love to have some additional coloring features. The Calendar is functional and effective as it is just lacks the extra bells and whistles.
