Pros I love how easily it is to bring important information into the system. Emails are integrated directly so you never have to worry about dropping emails into the system. To many to count. Cons There are minor changes that I wanted created, but a lot of them were already done and i just needed to learn how to use them better. The Now Certs team is responsive and very helpful. Now I can finally concentrate on Insurance. They will take over the entire industry if they can keep it up. Pros Great service and training. Very good people from top to bottom. Well thought out programming making it especially easy to use. The most willing to integrate or make a service request work that I have ever seen. They were former agency owners and it really shows in how the software flows. They really "get it". Cons My only regret is not finding these guys earlier. We signed for the service as an addition to our current system. We are now using it exclusively. I love the commissions module. Pros the way certificates are created and sent. the commissions module the customer service. Cons the calendar sucks I wish the system was a bit simpler with less options. And not be afraid to loose them. Pros I can work from anywhere, I run a small agency. But, when my clients need a certificate, they need it done now. I can do this with Now Certs. I have had two minor issues and both were resolved quickly. You cannot find a better AMS, especially for the amount some companies are charging for their systems. I was able to keep all the info I need, access it anytime and anywhere. The learning of the system was easy, and the customer service to walk me through it was great. Cons There's really no cons. Very good system for good price. I no longer use it only because we changed our business but I would continue to use it if not. February 25, 2017 5.0 First off you cant beat the price just starting out in the business it one less thing you have to worry about. The features are easy to use and the customer service is perfect. Everyone has been helpful with my 101 questions and concerns. I was up @ like 1 in the morning and a popup appear and someone actually helped me. You cant beat that. Now the practicallity of some of the tabs could be a little more smoother but over all the get 2 thumbs up!!! Pros Its pretty user friendly, simple product Cons I would like for the client screen to automaticly so some primary info like address and phone # instead of having to click info the tab. Principal Used the software for: ### "Good things don't have to cost a fortune" January 17, 2014 5.0 As a small P&C insurance agency, we have gone through a number of agency management systems in the last 8 years. Some were too cumbersome to use, some had reliability issues, some too expensive, especially as we grew our staff, and some all of the above. We signed up for the free trial with NowCerts a few months back and we love it! It is intuitive and easy to use, can be used from anywhere (web-based), can have multiple users at no additional cost and HAS THE ABILITY TO ALLOWS CLIENTS TO MANAGE THEIR ON CERTIFICATEs and coverages. It saves us a ton of work. Our CSR can now concentrate on the tasks that involve human interaction. In short - this system does all and better all our 1500/month system does for free or a fraction of the cost!! Highly recommend it! My only complaint - it is hard to get timely customer service but apparently they company is getting ready to release the system full-time shortly and is training the customer support staff as we speak. I'm at the very beginning stages of my agency and I knew I needed a system to rely on. I love that Nowcerts is highly detailed, yet so easy to use. When I was shopping for an agency management system, Nowcerts was by far the most affordable. Also, appearance is huge for me.... I wanted my agency program to look sharp and professional, which Nowcerts absolutely does. Finally, the customer service I have seen from the people at NowCerts has been outstanding. I was paying A LOT of money for a product that was constantly having IT issues. I moved my business over to Now Certs! It's easy to use, I picked right up on it. Great customer support! The have my agency for life! Pros Ease and price Cons Haven't fond one yet, other that Progressive being difficult...but that'a their problem not Now Certs.
