Pros: It is now integrated with SAP products, and is already part of SAP.

Cons: Included in the enterprise license for the SAP, as it has been aquired by them, so no separate license is required.

Recommendations to other buyers: Validate with your requirements. Out of the box features are good enough to meet a typical SCM.
