"BusyBusy Review"

**Overall:** It's been a good experience and the updates that have been made to the system are always great. It's great that updates come from feedback.

**Pros:** I like that we have a dedicated representative that helps with anything that we need. And he gets back to us so fast.

**Cons:** I like everything. I have yet find a problem that I cannot get an answer to. And they take our feedback into consideration.

"Stay away - waste of money"

**Overall:** The customer service was subpar as well. We are out in the field working, and they work banker's hours. We were never able to get support or help when WE needed it.

**Pros:** Nothing. It was promise after promise of what this could do for our business, when in reality they can't even execute a simple macro.

**Cons:** The macro never worked and we were not able to transfer payroll to QuickBooks. We paid for the product for over 6 months and spent thousands of dollars. It never added any value to our business.
