It takes no time to show a new employee how to use and work the app, and I can easily see employees hours and cost right when I need to Cons When I go to enter someone's time manually, as I enter their start time it automatically adjusts their end time and visa-versa. All of our employees can view their hours each day and we can address any problems before payroll checks are cut. Pros Allows you to track jobs and see how they are going in the middle of the job. Tracks our people so you can tell where they are. Allows for break time. Automatically does over time and sets up paychecks! Cons Not comparable with the new software. IOS does not have recently used jobs. Pros We love that this software allows our employees to clock in and out on their mobile device. It allows for us to save time and money on payroll because of it's accuracy and ability to calculate hours. July 20, 2022 5.0 Been mostly satisfied with the overall experience with Busy Busy. I have recommended it to many other contractors. Pros When the wonderful DIR decided that we needed to do weekly payroll on certified jobs, that increased my payroll from 2x per month to 6x per month! Busy Busy has cut the time it takes to complete payroll significantly. It is a great to be able to remotely review timecards and employees. Cons We are having issues with time zones. We work all over the globe and when there is an issue with an employees time, I have problems adjusting it when I'm in a different timezone Reason for choosing BusyBusy One of the main factors for choosing Busy Busy was the seamless integration into our payroll provider. Pros I have at a glance access to the amount of hours my nanny is acquiring. So I know if I need to cut back on the long hours or if I have enough in my budget for date night! Cons Can't-do everything on my iPhone that I can on a laptop with Chrome browser. I have to go to Apple laptop to make changes at the start or end times weren't properly entered. The apps are a little limited on what they can do but you can edit employee's times from the app. Its just limited on reports. October 9, 2018 5.0 Excellent. The entire app delivers exactly as promised. I never have had to utilize customer service, so I can't speak for that aspect if the program, but as for the administrative options it is far more efficient than traditional time cards or other online methods of time and travel logging. It reports the employees real time locations, eliminating costly wasted labor hours. Since switching to busybusy my job completion rate has almost doubled for the same time allotted. Outstanding! Pros What makes this program stand out from the rest is it's functionality and efficiency. It's very simple to use making it ideal for the end user who may not be well versed in app technology. Cons Each employee has a different phone so some behave differently, it can glitch and need to be deleted then reinstalled on the phone.
