If you are not running your location services otherwise you will notice a change in the battery usage. Cons Does not work well with firefox. Using the phone app with firefox caused wonky time discrepancies. It only uses it whenever you clock in, clock out, go off/on break and switch jobs. It uses very little data and battery usage as well. It has been of great help. It allowed me to track schedules, leaves, attendance, salary, payroll and labor projection. Busybusy provided me with great assistance to fulfill my tasks. It is easy to use as well, the dashboard of the product is created very well for those who are not tech savvy like myself. Cons Busybusy is very connection-dependent, meaning that it does not work well without WIFI and it seems that tracking is not possible when there is no internet connection. It's easy to fix time keeping discrepancies for employees. It's a great alternative to having a time clock installed or building a webpage. Office Manager Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Love how it integrates with Quick books" May 29, 2018 5.0 The biggest thing for me is the time I save on payroll from the app communicating with quick books and assigning hours to the correct job. Pros Time and location stamp of employees, and how it integrates with quick books. Other great feature is that we have several jobs at the same Time and i am able to run reports on each job to see where we are using too many man hours. Cons There is not much that I can think of as cons, I have had several hiccups where an employee thought they have clocked out but the app has kept them clocked in so I have to fix time for employees quiet often, I don't see it has a big problem. So far so good." May 24, 2018 5.0 Tracking my time has been helpful. I was missing out on some billable hours. It also seems to help me with time management. Pros I use it on my smart phone. Therefore it is always accessible. Adding new categories is easy. Correcting errors is not difficult either. With no instruction, I felt comfortable using the program. When I had time, I explored it and the user interface is intuitive. Cons There is an adjustment at remembering to clock in and switch between tasks. When I first installed it, I seemed to have issues with it freezing or locking up. I would have to reboot my phone to get it working again. This happened most often when adding a description. I now consult and the new owner uses busybusy. As an hourly, I find it incredibly easy to use, edit and track different jobs within the company. Cons The only complaint that I have with the software is that it needs a "pause" feature. If an fellow employee needs to take a personal phone call, go pick up a child, switch to another task for a few minutes or any number of reasons to pause, this feature would make their activities more transparent, honest and accurate. " May 24, 2018 4.0 The exact time the employees worked onsite. I can track the break time and GPS location of employees. Pros I like the easy user interface of platform as it is simple to use on both computers and mobile phone. As an admin it gives me access to edit employees time cards if they made an mistake. The GPS feature is really great to find out where employees actually are when they log into busy busy. This way owner can check if employees are really onsite or not. Cons Only thing that bothers me is that software do not have 15 minutes time rounding feature. Everytime I got the timecards like 8:04 min and then have to adjust to 8 hours. We actually do have a rounding feature that rounds time in 15 minute intervals. From your computer, go to Company Settings>>Time Keeping>>Change next to Rounding Time.
