### "Zoolz Cannot Be Trusted"

Terrible. They cannot be trusted. If you're a business, steer far, far away from them.

Pros

At one point I liked the price and the PC app they had. It was attractive and relatively easy to use.

Cons

It was very slow to upload files. Now, they've decided to discontinue the home backup service and deleting everybody's files. Absolutely inexcusable. Especially since the company is still offering it for sale, and isn't going to kill off the business backup part.

Reason for choosing Zoolz

It seemed to be a good quality product with a stable company behind it. It was neither.

### "Zoolz cloud back up for my laptop"

Pros

I like zoolz cloud back up because it is automatically back up all downloads, pictures and documents in cold storage. You can set up the hot storage if you want to access the files via internet. This eliminate the use of usb devices.

Cons

For cold storage. It takes an hour to retrieve the back up files but it is okay as long as you have it.

### "Great customer service"

It's great to store all your materials, document's folders, music, movies, whatever fills up you laptop to keep it working well without having all the storage full.

Pros

It's great that you can connect your phone, computer and drive and have it all in one place.

Cons

On my old computer I found it a little limiting the fact that I needed to have a software installed to be able to upload files on my storage. I don't know if this has now changed as I haven't used it in a while, but I'm sure there are more features I'm not aware of yet.

### "Take your money elsewhere"

Don't bother to waste your time or money. There are far better cloud storage and backup services out their that honour their word.

Pros

Slow to upload and next to impossible to download your files again.

Cons

I purchased this as a lifetime deal and always struggled to get it to perform as promised. Constantly emailing me over the past year to "upgrade" my account or lose "maintenance" on it. Then 3 days ago I get an email telling me that my lifetime account would be deleted unless I upgrade to a monthly plan and all of my files would be lost. This is blackmail and breach of contract.

To be honnest, it is a garbage company.

Pros

Easy to use Slow And will loose all your data one day

Cons

They can't honor their plans, i had a lifetime plan and suddenly they are closing it and does not give a penny to their customers.

peace of mind!

Pros

We bought this to back up our store of photos and videos from the past ten years after we mysteriously lost 3 hard drives during a house move . We bought a ridiculous amount of space but surprisingly have it over 50% full already. It's great for working quietly in the background without throttling your computer's performance.

Cons

If you're not set up right it will back up your entire computer, so you have to be careful to avoid uploading content and it will kill your remaining storage space.

Near perfect backup solution or personal and business needs. Very simple to use so that even users with limited PC knowledge can work with without problems.

Pros

Design of user interface is well made and it takes no time to learn how to use it. There are plenty of setup options that can make your work very easy. You can use it even from your smartphone.

Cons

Making backup of bigger files or archives often became process that takes some time, even hours, to complete.

Beyond deleting all my data, this company never really impressed me. Be careful with them... Actually avoid the headache, shop elsewhere.

Pros

Even prior to them deleting all my data... There was literally nothing I liked about this company. Price was good but clearly to good to be true...

Cons

Revoked their "lifetime" deal and deleted all my data Interface is clunky and slow
