Amazing - Software and people are all great. They are always looking to improve the functionality and actively take on board client feedback and have a roadmap for future development.

Pros

I absolutely love Writeupp. Ease of setup from day 1 onwards as an advocate of customer experience and building systems for people Writeupp makes it so easy. Great customisation across the software along with integrations. Amazing Value for money for healthcare professionals and the customer support the team provide is exceptional.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to be able to do would be customise reports however there are so many useful reports that it's nothing that you can't achieve with standard reports

Pros

ease of use, templates, notes, ability to take payments, video calls also available. Easy migration from my previous system. Ability to download everything for a new system.

Cons

I would have liked integration with stripe and set up so payment can be taken in advance, this was my main reason for leaving.

Great for the first couple of years, but as my practice developed I needed more feature that weren't available on WU.

Pros

Great and responsive customer service, and I really felt like my product development suggestions were valued.

Cons

The billing and reconciliation was really clunky.

I like the UI as it appear simple but does have a lot of useful functions. A patient portal would be useful, More flexibility with pdf output of the treatment notes, if sending electrically it’s fine but if you need hard copy the output appearances just isn’t for for purpose.

Pros

Love the automatically subject access request function for a GDPR request Love the consent form filled out notification

Cons

The invoicing was confusing and I couldn’t get it to work in a useful way, This maybe the way I needed it to work or the way I use it .

Pros

it comes with an app! it was one of the only software that came with a app (ipad, iphone andriod compatible) back in the day, and was one of the original deciding factors. (now most have apps) its also generally intuitive and once you get the hang of it, its easy to use, easy to teach others to use too. their support is great, and they provide client sms communications on top of email comms too. they are also always updating software and adding more features.

Cons

i hope they really ramp up their app. its basic but works for the basic features. would love to be able to invoice on the app, upload files and images via the app and annotate forms too.

Perfect for my needs! Thank you.

Pros

So easy to use, and I love that I can access from my tablet or phone app if I’m out and about. The two-step verification for my clients works well, and they find it very reassuring. It looks and feels like a system that you’d expect to pay much more for. I’m delighted with WriteUpp and can highly recommend!

Cons

Nothing, all great - every time I think I’d like it to be able to do something else, I contact the CS team and they tell me it already does!

WriteUpp has given me the opportunity of offering an online service to my customers which runs smoothly and gives a professional feel. And there's always help at hand when I need it!

Pros

Easy to use, does the job, amazing customer service, invoicing system, adjustable diary, integrated tools like online scheduling, option of adding service users, appointment reminders, file uploads

Cons

When a patient schedules their first appointment, they have to include a date of birth. As my clients are the parents of the children I will be working with, I would like the option of removing this requirement. The specifications for uploading files makes it difficult sometimes.
