Pros: Bluestep is extremely easy to navigate. The software is self explanatory and not difficult to use. When I first started my job, they required BlueStep for charting patient records. During my training, nobody explained how to work the software. On my first day working alone without a trainee I was able to successfully use the software without any issues.

Cons: The software does not function well when used by multiple people at once. For instance, if I am charting information about one patient, and another coworker is charting about that same patient, BlueStep will lock you out. This can be frustrating at times.

Overall: Overall, I have had a positive experience with BlueStep. I use this everyday at my job and have few issues. Very rarely are there software issues, or difficulty using the software. It is effective and a necessity in my line of work.

Pros: I like that once I learned the ins and outs of it that I could find things easily and make sure that our client's things were all in order. I also like that we can use it company wide and transfer things from one program to another if we need to.

Cons: Sometimes there are glitches in Bluestep. Like if I make folders to hold the client's documents and put all the documents in their respective folder, the next day the documents will have been kicked out of the folder. Even after using it for 3 years if I accidentally do something I need to backtrack on, I still need to ask others how to fix it, or to help me.
