East for clients to send edits too, if they had a lot of them. Pros This software really helped us when working with a remote team. It's terrible to try and explain where all of the website edits are located when you're not in the same room as the other person. So, using trackduck made it easier to collaborate. Cons Sometimes, for whatever reason, it wouldn't properly take screenshots or the screenshots would come in all garbled. We linked with Asana which was usually awesome, except for this one fluke.
