Pros: Infusionsoft is very user friendly CRM marketing automation tool geared perfect for small businesses. One of the best features of this platform is the dashboard because of it''s customization ability. The main dashboard is organized into drag-and-drop widgets that user can customize. One of the most useful dashboard is called, My Day. This dashboard is similar to a project management dashboard that allows users to organize tasks, appointments, notes, and lead opportunities.

Cons: Infusionsoft does not have social media marketing automation built into it. However, it does have an open API and integrates with Zapier allowing users to connect to social marketing products.

Pros: Customizability is my favorite part of Infusionsoft. It is very powerful to be able to have it do exactly what you have dreamed up. It seems pretty simplistic at first, but when you get into it, you start to realize that the possibilities are endless of what you can accomplish and do with it. For me the CRM and Campaign builder are doing automated tasks for me that would take our team hours to accomplish, and catching our sales and fulfillment process at critical time points to make sure our patient experience is the best it can be.

I really love and use campaign builder . . . a lot. You can make campaigns do whatever you want AND make them start to perform based on the interaction that your customers have with the campaigns. That is very powerful and one of the big differentiators IS has from other software I have found.

I¿ve used IS for about 4 years now and I'm building new things every week to help reduce the tasks I do and my employees do.

I also love the community. Going to ICON (the conference that infusionsoft puts on) was one of the best experiences I have had as a business owner. It was amazing to see thousands of small business owners making things happen and helping each other.

Infusionsoft really does live by its tag line "We help Small Businesses Succeed."

Cons: There is work involved. I'm not really trying to be facetious. So many times we want a silver bullet that makes everything as easy as wasting 6 hours on your friends facebook feeds. In life in general, it's not easy to customize anything, but when it is finally tailored right to what your business needs, it is very powerful. Infusionsoft isn't a few clicks here and there and over with, but if it were, it wouldn't be the powerful machine it is. So you have to be willing to invest in harnessing it to your wagon and making it work for you. That investment can potentially involve you or your staff learning how to use it, and/or hiring third party companies who help you get it doing what you want it to do. As long as you go into it knowing that there is tremendous benefit from both of these investments, your business will be influenced for the better.

Infusionsoft has a lot of things that are cookie cutter easy, but I think of it more like a cookie cutter maker than some software that does one or two things well and leaves businesses lacking in functionality or customizability. Learning the skills I have gained in Infusionsoft have totally transformed the way I think about marketing to my patients and everyone around me.

Overall: Providing consistency over the 1-2 year period our customers work with us.
Better handling of leads, turning them in to better conversions
Automating mundane tasks like letters, cards, packages, etc.
Generating referrals in a consistent trackable manner.
Warming leads more effectively
Combining online and offline interactions
Notifications of important milestones in the sales and fulfillment process

Pros: Promised great features to track incoming leads, follow-ups and automated email-drip system, along with seeing the use of potential customers. This program described everything our company looked for to help improve increased clients hiring.

Cons: The system is complicated to use, and if you do not click on the correct "action" for the potential client, it sends out the wrong information going from that point on. The creations of the emails were very time consuming and the samples that were given were very generic and sounded like every other company and would not set us apart from others in the decision to hire. The wrong emails were being sent out for a short period of time, which was an error on the set-up team. The numbers on how many people clicked on our emails weren't to our satisfaction. Which is not a direct reflection on the program, but of the usage of email from the customers. We used this system in conjunction with a 3rd party who handled all of the behind the scenes, so it may be different if you were using it on your own. The amount of time it took to update the system was not efficient for our company.

Overall: The platform of the software did not meet our needs, but it showed us everything we need to track to accurately distinguish client acquisitions and help improve the hire percentage rate. It allowed us to understand what information is needed to grow our business.

Comments: I am so happy to see they have recently come out with landing page templates and new layouts. The old ones were not appealing at all. If they continue to improve on this, they could render leadpages useless. They've also improved the email campaign reporting in the campaign manager which is a huge relief!

Pros: Everything is under one software. I have my CRM, Email Marketing, E-commerce, and Affiliates all in one software. This means everything works together seamlessly. The ability to customize the software to work in the exact way I need it to for my business is a huge relief. So many other softwares integrate with it as well. They seem like they are constantly improving and growing which is nice as well.

Cons: The load times from the campaign manager can take a little bit, but it is a powerful software. The e-commerce doesn't have much ability to customize making the shop useless and forcing me to use order forms for each product. I would like to see the campaign triggers be directly integrated with marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, etc.

Pros: Great CRM for small businesses that are just starting out. Small contact list and easy to use drag and drop email blast builder

Cons: Costs a ton of money if you have more than the allotted customer list. Could end up costing thousands of dollars depending on the number of contacts you have.

Pros: The ability to do powerful marketing automation without hiring a programmer or needing custom code. I am constantly having flashes of insight where I feel like smacking my forehead and saying, "We should be automating this with InfusionSoft!"

Pros: Powerful automation. Infinitely customizable. Large company behind the product, so less likely the service will disappear. Good customer service.

Cons: There isn't an out-of-the-box split testing functionality, which should also include the ability to automate assigning contacts into different split-test segments.

Pros: all in one solution. My entire business runs on this from sales, marketing, operations, e-commerce, and I even run personal reminders through my system.

Cons: There's a learning curve but hire someone to help you implement....this takes at least a year...but there's a HUGE ROI :)

Comments: Its a huge improvement on where we were and I can see the road to where we will be and there is a lot to learn to get to the end point. But Infusionsoft is already helping in the office. I have recommended it to a couple of companies already and one has had a demo. I plan on becoming a partner soon.

Pros: The campaign builder now that I am understanding it more is huge. The ability to create little robots to do take the time wasting procedures away an from your everyday routine is unmeasurable at this point. The tags are incredibly helpful. Once you are able to get in there and start playing with the new toys you can see whats possible.

Cons: not being able to email from a contact record, not having all communication with contacts tracked, invoicing is cumbersome, chatting with employees and having to utilize a number of 3rd party softwares to finish off the picture of a complete package.

Pros: While the mass email function worked great for my business, we wer able to set up a task that notified us of our clients and their spouses 65th bday

Cons: the google calendar link never did. We also needed a way to have outside leads load into the system with functions that can email them upon set appt. and add them as clients once sold

Pros: I was first introduced to this system when I worked in the coaching industry. I had to learn everything on my own, with the support of some different trainings. The system is great but the learning curve is high. If you know how to use this system, it's great! If not - you're going to struggle a bit. It's best to hire out support for this piece of your business and just provide the framework and strategy having someone else execute the tasks. I would recommend this to larger businesses, not so much the solopreneur, there are more affordable solutions that will fit your needs until you can grow into a system like this.

Cons: From my experience, business owners would get sold on the idea of this and then purchase but not have enough funds to hire someone to build their automations and were not tech savvy enough to do it on their own.

Pros: The email marketing portion of InfusionSoft is fairly easy and straightforward. There are various templates to use, or you can create your own email from scratch.

Cons: As a creative person, I'd like to have some more flexibility with the layouts and tools, but much of it has constraints.

Pros: Is by far the best marketing tool that I ever used, combines CRM, Email Marketing, Online Store, Payments in a single dashboard. In my case, I had merged Mailchimp, Unbounce, and Shopify with great results.

Cons: Infusionsoft is definitely not for newbies, require a lot of time to implement if you don't know what are you doing. Once you have the "know how" is pretty easier. The other thing is the support, they have a great support, but if you want some advanced training or have some specific question you have 2 options, pay for the training or hire a specialist, because read the manual is not an option.

Pros: Ease of Use to implement and start a campaign. Interface is good. Pricing is very competitive. Have several promotions that make the purchase and only asked for a year commitment.

Cons: Onboarding is conducted by outside trainers. I believe that Infushionsoft is missing out on what makes software great, direct customer service.

Comments: Overall a good service/product but Pardot seems to work better.

Pros: This product is beneficial for email marketing because the deliver ability is fairly solid, along with the customer service when we had a question about something functionally.

Cons: The one problem we had with infusion soft is that you cannot purchase lists and send them out. We must opt in the lists prior to sending them.

Pros: There are probably 27 ways to do what you want within infusionsoft, which is the positive. It's also the negative.

Infusionsoft is supposed to be used for a lot of inbound/email marketing, but we actually use it for our coaching/consulting business. It's flexible enough to do both.

Cons: Some of what you think would be basic features aren't there (like, email me whenever an internal form is submitted - really?). It can be difficult to figure out HOW to do something and some things you just can't. Support is awesome and helps though.

Overall: Good, hearty software with lots of options and customization tools.

Pros: The customer service - you can chat online or call at almost any time and the team is so responsive and helpful. They've helped me learn new features and tricks and solve all issues I've come across in a timely manner.

Cons: The email design isn't as customizable as Mailchimp and there isn't the best reporting options. Some emails also go to spam.

Overall: More streamlined email marketing because it is now in one product with our CRM.

Pros: This software seemed to solve & meet most, if not all of our apparent problems and needs. We ended up purchasing the product and implementing a variety of it's features and solving a couple of the things we purchased it for.

Overall: This solved some initial needs / problems such as customer tracking, online purchasing, and drip email marketing.

Pros: Easy CRM to use. Tracks customer activity well. It is Great for email marketing. My sales have increased substantially. They have very helpful support.

Cons: The learning curve is a little hard. There is training available but the cost is a little expensive.

Pros: The support staff has been awesome. Theoretically, the system should be effective in reaching more prospects and develop their interests more efficiently. I'm still new to the system so waiting for results.

Cons: There are minors design flaws in the program that are not intuitive for new user. Overall it's user friendly.

Pros: I am using since 2014 and after many leaps and bounds i landed in this software. Very effective tools at one place. Whatever you can think in marketing can be done here with Infusion Soft

Cons: Haven't Found yet honestly! But yes attachments cant seen unless you download them. Mobile app is not very functional it has very least option to work on go.

I have a good vision but it's been a long struggle to begin to realize a return on my investment

Comments: My business client numbers were dropping and I knew it had something to do with online marketing. I thought that Infusionsoft was my solution to marketing but now realize it is a tool to manage my marketing plan - which I didn't have nor did I know how to make one. I appreciate that customer service notices my lack of engagement and call to offer support. The support gets me going again and encouraged. I would suggest to anyone considering the product that they take courses on marketing first, make a workable plan, THEN get infusionsoft to apply to plan.

Pros: I like the flow chart layout for marketing plans and the ease of creating campaigns. Also the design tools are easy to use.

Cons: When the program changes internally I have a glitch - a stumbling block and it will set me back and sometimes it is difficult to explain my problem to support.

Pros: This is a good company and that is where so much can be determined about the long term usability of a product. They have honored promises. They have performed as I was told they would. They have provided what was expected AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

Cons: Out of the box, it is easy to get lost in the build. The coach I signed up for makes up for that though. It has so many options, it is hard to know where to start. It isn't so dialed down that the direction is obvious, but with some focus it is amazing how well done, such a huge platform really is.

Pros: I love the all-in-one aspect of the software design. I can manage CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, and task & workflow management for manual processes all through my Infusionsoft app. Additionally, their API is constantly improving and we're able to add new functionality, reporting and custom creations utilizing Infusionsoft as the backbone. And with just about all my data in one place, everything just "plays nicely". You can't ask for more than that!

Cons: There's really not a lot to say here. Infusionsoft does everything I could ask it for. At times, when I do need support for more advanced applications, their Tier 1 folks might not be able to help and Tier 2 gets stretched thin. Again, this is usually only for advanced applications, so I understand that it might take longer to troubleshoot and solve those types of problems.

Overall: Business automation, at a high level. Not just marketing, but billing automation, workflow automation, and membership management and automation as well.

Comments: Switching to Infusionsoft and investing in training through the Infusionsoft University has taken us from a local company to an international company with consistent sales year round. I would be willing to say Infusionsoft is the number one reason for our growth.

Pros: Using Infusionsoft has allowed us to consistently double our revenue every year. The ability to close deals increases 10 fold when you can automate many of the processes. Before we started using Infusionsoft there was never enough time in the day to get things done. Now we can follow up on every lead and close the deals that were slipping through our fingers without it. With just two of us in the office, it allows us to reach out with over 30,000 emails per month to prospective customers to deliver the information they need to convert to a buyer. We could not possibly do this manually. The cost of hiring staff to do the same work would be 10 times more expensive.

Cons: There is a pretty steep learning curve and it is more costly than others but if you can invest the time to really learn the software and implement as many features as possible, it more than pays for itself in the long run.

Pros: Assuming you get set up well, easy to use, fast, efficient, very innovative, powerful, can be a game changer for your business if you are growing and need to pimp out your systems so they work for you rather than you working for it.

Cons: Not easy to use if your not a techy (which I'm not), so its crucial you get set up properly by the right Infusionsoft Partner.

Overall: Game changer in my business. Grew my business 10x in 6 years and Infusionsoft was one of the main components allowing me to do this.

Pros: automates many functions both marketing and back office related. Extremely flexible and scalable solution.

Cons: Doesn't do lead generation directly, but helps you follow up and close leads. Most small businesses fail when you can't follow up on leads.

Much easier to use than others I have tried.

Comments: I am looking forward in attending 3 day training in AZ

Pros: Ease of use, I tried Salesforce and it was much more cumbersome and way over my head. Your product is much more intuitive.

Cons: learning curve for me still a little long. I owned and operated insurance agency and had employees do my marketing so I am not very good at doing the computer part of sales yet.

Infusionsoft helps me capture and convert leads by combining the best of CRM and marketing automation functionality.

Comments: The ecosystem of Infusionsoft is almost as important as the software itself. You can create a software stack with a number of different add-ons which can accomplish most anything. There are programs that help with scheduling (Appointment Core), membership sites (Memberium), integration with Facebook audiences (Sync2CRM), text messaging (Plus This) and countless others. Infusionsoft has an API with which it is easy to integrate and many platforms within the community have done just that.

Pros: Infusionsoft simply has the best "all-in-one CRM" for the price. The marketing automation section of Infusionsoft includes a visual campaign builder for automated emails which I consider one of the best in the industry. The ability to create beautiful, mobile-responsive landing pages simply adds to the value of the automation. Pairing this automation with a CRM with robust capability for sales follow-up is what creates the value. The e-commerce and tracking reports are just a bonus.

Cons: Infusionsoft includes basic Lead Generation reports but true ROI reports require add-ons, such as Wicked Reports or Graphly. Such reports are critical for understanding from where your leads are generated and how to refine your marketing. Despite this being a downside, I would add that a software stack of Infusionsoft and Wicked Reports is often less expensive and more effective than other CRM alternatives. Additionally, Infusionsoft is planning to release advanced analytics baked into the platform shortly, or so I have heard.

Comments: Infusionsoft is what all others are aspiring to so I'm surprised more ease of use features aren't happening. I know I when I ask, I why they don't have a certain feature....I'll often get the response "when there are enough comments, complaints or suggestions, they may consider it. The people, techs, trainers are simply put-amazing people. The challenge at times is they are following the guidance of the structure put in place by Infusionsoft. I often felt like I wasn't being heard, they were definitely doing their job, it was the way they were told how to "deal" with me.

Pros: What it does after you have it all set up- automation. The integrations process, Pretty seamless. The very best tech support, their knowledgeable and really patient

Cons: I'm still waiting for drag & drop Lead page. It feels like you have to go in & out of rooms down a long hallway at times. I'm so surprised at times how some of the features: font selection, lacking in drag & drop are issues for what is potentially one of the greatest automation apps. Lacking in download space & size for company files

Pros: Everything in one. When I call very helpful. Easy to work with. Easy to send broadcast, flow a campaign, have shopping cart all at once.

Cons: Processing a refund isn't easy - didn't work. I am using a pop up on wordpress (LOVE IT) and can't use on 2 websites, only 1.

Pros: It's very flexible and you can get very creative with the campaigns. Also, you have free campaign templates to start with and modify them at convenience.

Cons: It's a complex software. You better study a lot or find a partner who can help you. Either way, the benefit is worth doing it.

Pros: They have a wonderful support system to get you started and answer many questions you certainly have. Love the functionalities and templates.

Cons: It's a bit tricky to navigate through the pages, and the structure of dashboard is confusing. If you're not techy, it might be a bit tricky.

Pros: The people at Infusion soft are amazing and the customer service is the best hands down. They are a local company and I wanted to like this product

Overall: I liked the customer service 24/7 help. They advertise ease of use. There is a reason they have infusionsoft university because its alot to learn and not intuitive to use at all. I like when everything about a prospect is on 1 page not 2 or 3 different screens

Pros: I like that it is flexible enough to handle all the unique aspects of our sales process. Particularly, automating follow up for our reps, notifying them of actions taken by their prospects/customers and easing delivery/creation of insertion orders (quotes).

Cons: We sell a service. I wish InfusionSoft would allow for custom data on orders. Right now, we have to break orders apart for reporting purposes.

Pros: I have to say that Infusion Soft is one software that we recommend to many of our clients (Though not all) as a perfect fit. There are lots of different softwares out there that each offer points of difference but Infusion Soft is great for those that are mostly focused on the Marketing Automation and not wanting an 'All-encompassing' solution. For our clients that already have a CRM, Infusion Soft is ideal because it adds what is missing to the mix. If you don't have a CRM already then you may be better off with another software that is more of a CRM / Marketing automation mix.

Cons: It can be a bit tricky to use if you are a beginner however if you have a development team working for you then infusion soft could be ideal.

We are currently using Infusionsoft to manage our leads and emarketing campaigns

Pros: User interface Infusionsoft has one of the best-designed user interfaces in the marketing automation industry. Their visual campaign builder makes crafting even the most complex of nurturing sequences both fun and intuitive. Great support & training. And easy to manage leads with our automated emails we have created.

Cons: The reporting is lacking. It's not as visual as many other CRM systems out there, which is becoming a common requirement.
Despite the great functionality, the pricing is somewhat steep for small businesses. You must purchase a Kickstart service package, which includes a personal coaching mentor who evaluates your current business/marketing style, helps you understand Infusionsoft, and generally aims to improve your business and I've heard this is actually helpful, but nonetheless it's a hefty cost or small businesses.

Pros: Crazy powerful when you know what you're doing. The API and webhooks allow the software to literally morph into anything you need it to be for you with a little development work.

Cons: Hard for newbies and people that are not technical. Reporting is awful. Why cant we create reports with any field we choose? Should be much simpler - Ive used it for 2 years and have a masters in computer science and I have to write my own reports using the API - if its possible to generate better reports in the interface, I have no idea how which means its WAY WAY too hard to do.

Comments: I really don't see any cons for how I use infusionsoft I could see how it could make you complacent and therefore not follow through I things that you should do because it is doing it so well.

Pros: It frees me to do other things that need to be done. Once all the operations are in place it makes your business run itself. I love the followup options it makes life so much easier. Great job!

Pros: Infusionsoft really has the best application where you get it all under one hood. From Landing pages, web forms, CRM, and even e-commerce are all here.

Pros: Campaign builder is quite flexible however you need to have a deep understanding of how it works to really create more complex campaigns

Cons: The reports are terrible and the dashboard does not really help. Luckily there are third party softwares that can help solve that.

Comments: Generally I feel sorry for a business that doesnt have a CRM in place like Infusionsoft. I have seen many businesses that have been in "The land of paper" or working from dodgy old excel databases have such great growth and it really streamlines their business and brings it into the NOW! Infusionsoft really does automate your business which allows a business owner more time for what they should be doing nad less time bogged down with paperwork. It also allows a business owner to have a birds-eye-view of all the activity in their business which is crucial for business growth!

Pros: I got hooked by the automation as follow-up is so important in business and is often overlooked or forgotten by a business. Set it up right and your clients will love how attentive you are ( and you haven't thought about them once!) I love the easy build newsletter templates and the webforms are great for building your database and getting enquiries! Plus there is the benefit of the online wall.

Cons: Sometimes email broadcasts don't make it through company firewalls and simply hard bounce. And the fact that I live in Australia and we still have to call and liase at silly times (6am or 11pm) to get support is not cool.

So far it has been great, but it is early days yet

Pros: they keep saying they're adding new features weekly, and their customer service has been very helpful. You'll be calling a lot.

Cons: No way to set reports to run weekly, everything is pretty clunky while running, their emails look like they're from 2005, hard to customize. Every time I call to ask if I can do something, the response is almost always "we're working on getting that feature added".

This system is way too complicated & takes way too long to learn.

Comments: I just find it very difficult to use.

Pros: For the most part, your customer service is pretty good at helping however, I have had several that have not been very good & even given me the wrong information.

Cons: There are many things that are not addressed in your training software. After you sign up you are told that you need to spend several thousand more to get proper training. I asked repeatedly for an overview of the entire system and how it works to communicate with all of the different components & there is nothing. There are many things that are broken. For example, if I type/send a letter through infusionsoft to a client, you need to make hard returns after each paragraph in order for the paragraphs to be separated. In addition, there aren't enough word document features to use inside the program. Also, you can only send through infusionsoft, you can't receive anything. You need to develop a proper email system to both send and receive through IS. If you want to record the information or response from the client you have to cut and paste it in your notes.

Find something else.

Pros: It's cheap. You probably won't find a crm/email marketing system for cheaper than this. Then you'll be stuck with it because it costs too much to switch.

Comments: I've been an Infusionsoft user for more than 5 years. I would have thought the IS dev team would have produced a better product by now. So many bugs and so frustrating. We have invest heavily and are now held ransom to an inferior product.

Pros: All the features you need in a CRM and then some but SOOOOOO difficult to drive. Emails (when you can get them out) look great

Cons: Unless you're a borderline coder or developer, you will not be able to drive Infusionsoft without professional help which gets very very expensive and kinda defeats the purpose. Lots of bugs and glitches. Can't put links into my emails without jumping thru hoops... YES I strip out all the formatting and only use Chrome but it continues to cause problems. I schedule emails for 10pm only to find they go out at 10am! ALL of our contacts have been hard one using lead funnels and other legitimate harvesting methods but Infusionsoft emails still rate very highly in spam filters.

A steep learning curve with a big-time ROI

Comments: I love Infusionsoft and there's little chance that I'll stop using it as a CRM or for support with our marketing automation!

Pros: I love that the software can be used to complement and support a huge variety of operations in my business from fulfillment service reminders to tracking a contacts history with our company.

Cons: The learning curve is steep. I'm well versed in tinkering with software but getting Infusionsoft to work the way that I want it to in my business was a struggle and ultimately required me to seek outside help.

Pros: Infusionsoft has an incredible potential with its customizable platform. There is almost no limit to what you can do. Infusionsoft works with many different services which can do wonders for your marketing and keeping track of your database.

Cons: With how customizable infusionsoft is, it can be a little bit difficult to figure out everything that it can do. Luckily their customer support through their online chat is very helpful and has solved every minute detail that I've been working on.

Pros: Great automation and email builder. New features are released every month and they take feedback very seriously. There are some fantastic plugins that can do all types of things. You can link to thousands of other apps using the API.

Cons: Infusionsoft quoting and e-commerce aren't as good as need. We have run out of custom fields, which is annoying. We only get 100.

I think Infusion Soft has been one of the best decisions I have made for my business.

It has so much to offer, I have almost all of my reporting in this app and recommend business I work with use this as well. Great app and I am loving it more the more I learn! thanks IS team, for making a great app!

Pros: Infusionsoft has all the features and functions to make it do anything you want. I worked with an Infusionsoft rep to customize our app and there was not one thing that they couldn't build for us! Reporting is as good as your people and processes, but it works well once you know what you want. The steps and time you save by using automation is great. The level of sophistication you can put into this automation is awesome!

Cons: Contacts are contacts and Opportunities are Opportunities - there are things you can't see in one report versus another depending on this. Also, I would love to see a robust email platform. My team uses email a lot. A solution within the app would be so much better than looking around for something stand alone.

Pros: It can consistently and accurately do the same function as hiring a few employees. I couldn't imagine life without it now that I have it integrated into my business.

Cons: If you don't learn the "right" way to do thing you can create a mess of things fairly easy. I also feel like the onboarding consultation is not needed because your consultant is essentially trying to sell you a service rather than helping you get started.

Pros: The software is flexible and robust. There is plenty of online help and chat support is great. The software is indispensable in regards to tracking your email marketing.

Cons: While it's true this is another software program to learn, it's worth the effort. Some of the functions of building an email campaign may not always be intuitive but, there is enough help available to accomplish just about everything that you want to do via an email campaign.

Pros: Easy to use and ALL INCLUSIVE. I like the fact that I can integrate other applications so that I am able to have pretty landing pages. I also like that I am able to create my funnels in flow-chart form.

Cons: It is a bit pricey for a small business. Also, they use to let you have a 30 day since you pay a month in advance, now they only allow 15 days and they automatically disable your account.

It's like having your own army of "Minions"!

Comments: As a musician marketing my own online music courses, I'm not a trained business person. Infusionsoft's guidance into how to package, market, and promote my services has been invaluable. I have learned a lot from the free materials that they continue to offer to make sure that their clients succeed in business!

Pros: As a solo-entrepreneur, Infusionsoft offers all the automation features I need for interoffice repetitive work, marketing/promotion, eCommerce, and customer tracking. It never misses a day. It never sleeps. It's always working. Customer service is always there and ready to answer the phone. That's huge for me.

Cons: Price could be lower. Hidden Features you never knew were there.

Comments: Great product

Pros: I like the Automation/Campaigns - The email editor has gotten real good also, early on, the email editor was my most hated thing. Pretty easy now. Love it! Also, being able to dream up a product and launch it in an hour and make money immediately. That is powerful. Infusionsoft has by far the best customer support...Period. We have numerous vendors under contract with our businesses, and none of them, I repeat None of them can hold a candle to Infusionsoft from a support side

Cons: If I would have a complaint, it would be with the limitations with the shopping cart. We run multiple businesses, and we can not use the ecommerce side for multiple disciplines simultaneously. Out businesses are synergistic, so the customer database is fertile for both, however we can not have multiple shopping carts, store fronts at the same time.

Infusionsoft has transformed our company.

Pros: The ability to create a custom experience for each and every person in your data base. The ability to automate your follow ups. The reporting features.

Cons: Sometimes lack of functionality for our particular type of products. We often provide quotes which are not the best in infusionsoft.

Comments: I love the system, but the lack of storage is really a negative.

Pros: Automation. I can literally not work for a week because InfusionSoft is running everything the the office.

Cons: I don't like the limited file storage. It doesn't allow large enough files. I wish it would sync with Google Drive or some other cloud storage.

Comments: I truly enjoy using Infusionsoft in my business and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: Majority of my business systems are in one house. I can see what is really happening with the business. Nurturing leads from the beginning until the become clients. Tracking history. Sales conversions and so much more! I recoup my time with ease.

Comments: I use this for multiple businesses and love it. Once you understand the capabilities of the system, the possibilities are endless.

Pros: I can design any campaign I want, or choose from templates. The flexibility is awesome, automate any task or email you want. Huge time saver.

Cons: Mobile app. Very limited in what you can do, for the most part you must be on your computer. Sometimes features are not working properly. Team is always working on fixes but can be frustrating if you are trying to set up a new campaign and a particular feature is not working.

Pros: -This software is pretty easy to use for most basic applications.
-There are many options and nearly endless uses for Infusionsoft. If you can think of a way you want to use it, the support team can help you implement it.
-The automation of this software is what I love the most about it. At first, you spend a good amount of time setting everything up but once it is set up it runs pretty much all on its own. Saving you time.
The support for infusionsoft is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to help you figure it out. Your success really is their success.

Cons: If you want to do some of the more details campaigns it can get a little tricky. If you are not spending a lot of time on the software you may forget how to do some things that you don't do on a regular basis. The support team is usually happy to help or get someone who can.

Overall: Automation in email marketing, a place where I can store all my contacts, the ability to stay in front of my customers, return customers due to the fact that they don't forget about us. My time is also freed up so I am able to accomplish more in my day.

Pros: Infusionsoft is one of those stalwart applications that is almost synonymous with marketing automation online for serious businesses (often with a host of disclaimers... see "cons" section).

The greatest feature of Infusionsoft is the robust nature of its features, it integrates with almost everything a large enterprise would use (although these features come with a price).

If you are looking to grow an online business, and you can afford the on-going maintenance in terms of staff time and cost, Infusionsoft will offer you plenty with room to grow.

Cons: Sadly, Infusionsoft has been around for so long that I believe the back-end, administrative user experience suffers. A quick Google search of the application will return many negative and less than stellar reviews. One could surmise that any big brand is likely to have many detractors (and this is true), however, most are balanced out by equally glowing reviews. Infusionsoft sits on the fence. This is unfortunate, because I believe that Infusionsoft could be very useful to many growing online, eCommerce businesses and membership associations. However, the owner will need deeper pocket than he or she is likely to have starting out, and migration with a mid to large size database is no picnic.

I'm hopeful that Infusionsoft will work toward meeting the needs of a modern, point and click audience.

Overall: While I think the dated back-end and the pricing are an issue, I will say that when dealing with a larger contact database or enterprise system, I am hard pressed to find another platform that can do all that I rely on Infusionsoft to do for my larger clients.

Pros: Infusionsoft is powerful at its core. It has email marketing and automation, e-commerce, CRM, and so much more.

Cons: It's pricey nowadays and is very complex. Half the time your basic user needs training and has to pay consultants to really utilize it properly.

Comments: Truly the future of marketing.

Pros: It really helps to streamline so many processes. We can reach so many more people in a shorter period of time just by tagging our customers as we go. We can add each customer to relevant categories and it allows us to reach just the customers we want without bugging customers who do not want that info. For example: Customers who can only use product A will get the product A e-mail. Customers who only use product B will not get the product A e-mail. Customers who use product A&B would get the product A e-mail.

Cons: It takes some dedicated time to learn it and patience but it's worth the time. It is also a bit pricey but it has proven to be the best that I can find.

Comments: My husband runs 13 restraurants with Infusionsoft. I run a coaching and training business. The software is adaptable to your situation. And the training that it provides turns your entire team into a marketing/sales powerhouse!

Pros: I love the ease of the email templates and putting really cool stuff out to my clients. I love seeing the monthly updates and the improvements. There is so much power in the software and I've only been able to tap a small bit of it. It's completely worth the cost you pay because the support is huge! The whole company is dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. Love the Podcast, the emails, the tutuorials, and the support staff who just keep delivering massive content to help you grow your business.

Cons: There's a learning curve to get started. I highly recommned taking the University course they provide because with it, you'll have everything you need to really make a quick impact in your business. The company is still very USA centric but with the new improvements like language support and multi currency support, those of us in other countries now better options.

Cons: We did not receive any of the services that Infusionsoft had promised to us and that we have been billed for. We were misled and misinformed as to the capabilities and services that Infusionsoft promised us they could provide. After we uploaded our client list into their database we experienced problems getting through to anyone in customer service or our "Coaches" to even get the initial process started and when we finally did get through after several months and finally scheduled the first of 3 of our hour long "Kickstart Onboarding Calls", that we were billed an add for on top of our monthly subscription fee, we were informed within the first 15 mins of that 1st call that none of the capabilities or services we were originally promised were even possible for them to provide to us. Our coach told us that everything we were looking to do with their service, that their sales rep assured us we could do or get, was not possible or something they could even provide. We then told our coach that we wanted to cancel the service and get a full refund and he said he couldn't help us with that but that he would inform customer service to call us to discuss our concerns. He said he could not give a name or phone number to us for customer service because he didn't have any of that info and could only send an internal request for someone to call us. What service company has no customer service number? It took several days for us to receive a callback but finally got a call from a Customer Care Manager. I told him we wanted to cancel our service and get a full refund as their service was not capable of doing any of what was promised, nor had they provided us with any service of any kind to date. He told me we could cancel but that we would be billed an Early Termination Fee & they would not issue any refunds even though they have not provided any service to us nor could they do what we needed. We will be contacting our lawyer at this point.

Pros: InfusionSoft comes at a fraction of the price of a Salesforce integration to get to the same level of complexity and automation. Its campaign builder is also much easier to manipulate for a non-technical person than others.

Cons: - Concepts and naming are not quite the same as most software which gets a little complicated at the beginning. - It takes a little bit to get used to the system, and our on-boarding consultant did most of it for us - so we did not learn at once. We're now ok and looking forward to implementing more complex automations.

Comments: Great customer service the coaches really care about you!

Pros: I love the tagging system. Makes segmenting your list a breeze! I also really like how it works with zapier to fill info in.

Cons: I wish it connected to our revenue sources easier without having to pay extra money per month for it to connect to our shopping cart using Revenue Conduit.

Comments: Like any software, you get out of it what you put into it. This software takes a commitment to use, fully, as a necessary part of your organization. Once committed, there is no better software for customer relations management and professional marketing campaigns.

Pros: Infusion Soft is much more than just a CRM, database manager. It is an automated method for sales and marketing campaigns. Infusion soft has everything you would expect for a CRM and much more.

Cons: All email campaigns have an element of spam associated with it, even if your target audience is very specific one needs to be sure an get permissions and update the database on a regular basis.

Comments: For the price and what it does, we have yet to find a better solution. I believe in the product but wish they would work harder on fixing current problems rather than rolling out new tools. It does take some time learning the ropes but there are lots of great tools, webinars, and people willing to help. It's a great community. (Big shout out to MonkeyPod Marketing and Greg Jenkins)

Pros: I like being able to set up campaigns that run the full year making sure the customer is kept in the loop. With proper tags I can see that things are running smoothly.

Cons: 1) Support. If you are in the US I am sure that support is much better but being 9 hrs ahead of the IS HQ I am usually stuck with the total waste of time 'Chat Support'. Two years ago support would have gotten 5 of 5, today I would give it one star at best. 2) The platform is about 5 years behind the times. Powerful but the look, usability, and feel are dated. If they don't get on this in the next year or two I would expect serious competition to start circling. 3) They remove useful tools, replace with simplicity, and then pat themselves on the back for their own awesomeness. I can write a book about the lack of flexibility in the new (1 year) email builder that was stripped of most of the designing strengths. When they added the ability underline text 4 months in (seriously) they cheered themselves to no end. How email builder was rolled out without the ability to underline is a headscratcher and I am never going to stop complaining about the removal of the HTML snippet. ***Sorry, it's always easier to remember what you don't like than what you do.

Comments: Overall, the platform may be good for larger teams who are deeply familiar with the functionality and using it on a regular basis. However, if you're a small business looking to grow, find another platform that's more intuitive, friendly and saves the settings that you'll use repeatedly. Fast-moving marketers will find it challenging to complete standard tasks efficiently within the platform.

Pros: Infusionsoft is known to be one of the best platforms for mid-size businesses, with tons of functionality, built-in eCommerce options and lots of bonuses and extras.

Cons: Unfortunately, Infusionsoft has an old-school interface that can be challenging to navigate. I'm currently utilizing the platform for two separate consulting clients, and I'm constantly having to go back to (very limited and out-of-date) training videos to recall how to perform simple actions, such as setting up a campaign. Options that are saved and automatic and only a few clicks in a platform such as MailChimp are involved and require multiple steps within Infusionsoft.

Comments: The software sat around as a glorified email marketing tool. Do not buy this as a small business. This is definitely more of a medium-large sized tool for businesses who need to manage large swaths of networked content across devices and platforms. It is simply too clunky for any one user to go in and make use of, it requires endless setup for optimizations. The email marketing templates are shoddy and leaving a lot to be desired in terms of the builder and starter templates. Support is not there. Not good support, anyways. Expect to pay buckets of money for this company to assist you in any meaningful way past showing you where something is, they will not be proficient or knowledgeable enough to help you understand how.

Pros: Powerful platform in the hands of developers/code experts. Can do a lot of meaningful, intricate campaigns based on series of conditions that results in a nearly unlimited email marketing platform. Has a marketplace for campaigns.

Cons: Marketed as a Small Business Service, it fails to be simple enough to be helpful. Expensive, costly. Marketing strategy for company is cheap. Hire people to be affiliates, have them write endless blogs on why it's perfect for your SMB, Then, abandon the end user once they don't want to pay you any more. Extremely disorienting tool, with no easy way to clear up the clutter of all the different tabs and features. Lots of custom set up required, just like any other large CRM platform that promises to do it all.

Pros: It can do it all reasonably. It has saved me from having to hire more administration assistants. Integrated shopping cart and checkout. They even have their own merchant account.

Cons: Takes a while to learn, although once you get into it, it all makes sense. You will need to pay for upfront training - but well worth it.

Overall: The automation sends out nurturing emails as often as you like. Integration between eCommerce, marketing and CRM. Many lead forms and lots of storage. New upgrades and add-on developed all the time. It has a great Market Place with many experts and apps.

Pros: very innovative and once someone is learned on the system, can be very dynamic to use.......the flow chart programming is ingenious

Cons: unfortunately, we arent that 'learned' and struggle with the overall use of the system - we were never formally trained and kept getting 'upsold' for more services, but was being sent to a 3rd party. so not really sure what training infusionsoft actually provides....we spent thousands and thousands of dollars and never got any formal training.

Pros: I love how I can automate everything. The built in email broadcasts are great. Everything is customizable. I keep learning new things I can do with Infusionsoft.

Cons: Email broadcast could have more features. Not as robust as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, but they're working on it.

Once you study some basics it is easier to use, but there are plenty of tricks to learn too.

Pros: Automation it brings entrepreneurs saving them time and money. Realizing the internal time it can save office and sales managers. Easy to stay in quick contact with new leads. Like the flexibility of the timers and all the functions in campaign builder.

Cons: When something doesn't work right, trying to figure out what is causing that. And also understanding some of the reporting.

Overall: Enjoy seeing entrepreneurs realize how beneficial a functioning campaign can be. It's the feeling you get when you've solved a puzzle. You feel you are accomplishing your marketing goals.

Pros: I love that you can do everything from Email marketing, selling of products, webinars. I also love the fact that you can do tracking for which contacts have opened emails so that you can push the next email out even better, if the open rate is low, such as gmail or other providers spam folders.

Cons: Confusing to learn if first starting out. But once you get the hang of it it seems very easy to utilize and be able to work with.

New user to Infusionsoft and I'm loving it so far.

Pros: I like that everything is in one place. I also like how visual it is. I can literally see where my subscribers are within the funnels.

Cons: I'm not a big fan of having to publish everything twice, but I understand the reason behind it. With regards to this survey, I'm not sure why I'm required to place 100 characters, when 95 suffice.

Pros: I love that it's an all-around software package. You can send out emails (broadcasts), set up campaigns (numerous emails), tag your potential contacts to segregate your lists, use simple opt ins, and sell products online. You can have evergreen campaigns that work 24 hours for you. The ecommerce section is flexible. I love, love, love phone support...AND I also like there are private and non-private FB groups to provide support and valuable information about the software.

Cons: Initially it's overwhelming to people because there are so many features to the software. The learning curve is steep but then you can create a fully automated system to promote your business. There are some quirks with the campaigns but you can learn about them. I do think business owners need to look at the cost of the system and determine if they'll use it effectively.

Overall: I've been a Infusionsoft Virtual Assistant for 5 years. I'm the implementor of the marketing strategies for my clients. I also love that there are so many facets to the system that it's never boring.
