Working with the customer service at cieTrade has been a team effort. We have been able to work with them not only in every aspect of our daily work flow, but also customized reporting as well.

Pros

One of the most important items for everyone to take into account when selecting a software company for your business is how well they understand your business, and that every company has unique processes that may translate into specialized reporting. Cietrade has provided an environment of being business partners and listens to your individual needs.

Cons

Each user can customize their cieTrade folders, which is a great plus, but when updates take place you need to reset all of your folders again.

My overall experience with Cie Trade has been very positive. I am a big fan O actually hate to tell others about it, and would love to keep Cie Trade as our secret, as I like the competitive advantage it gives our company However I owe it to Cie Trade to offer the recommendation. They have really been a game changer for us

software has helped improve operations or productivityIt has some real specific benefits and advantages ovet our prio software system. My experience working with their technical and support team has been above my expectation

Cons

That I didn’t switch sooner I had been looking at the system for a couple years.

Reasons for choosing cieTrade

The support and having met and had many conversations with the CieTrade group prior to the purchase of their system, I developed a trust with them to do what they said. I have not been disappointed !

Pros

Our business has been using cieTrade for about 8 years now, and this software has made our daily processes so much more efficient. We mainly use it for dispatching, shipping, receiving, billing and invoicing. We also use it to keep track of export loads with container photos. I’d say the most useful feature for me is the ability to get all of the billing info imported into our accounting software and being able to generate a journal entry for sales, expenses and adjustments to close out the month. Anytime I’ve ever had to contact tech support, they have been very prompt in response and are always very friendly. I highly recommend cieTrade to anyone in the paper recycling industry.

Cons

Software updates are by customer demand only not on a scheduled release.
