Pros Our district uses Target Solutions for most of our required trainings and it makes a nice change from some other platforms we've used in the past. There are opportunities to check your understanding as you go through the training and each section builds on the previous section so you can feel your knowledge progress. Cons The videos are not terrifically engaging, but the information is clear and the visuals support the text. I has made training and record keeping mush less of a chore and has freed up the time of our training battalion chiefs.
