### "Reporting at it's finest!!!"

Pros

I create a lot of reports for my team and this app truly understands my needs. They have a lot of options and diverse functionalities to offer.

Cons

I couldn't think of one bad thing at the moment. If i have to change something in the reporting it would be the aggregated calculations per team and per rep. I think the reporting can do more here for our company.

Sometimes the call will drop and other times there seems to be some lag with the audio on both ends.

Pros

Talkdesk is easy to use and the features made calls every easy and managable for our smaller team. It also integrates with many of the CRM software we use so that ticket tracking is seamless.

Cons

Talkdesk crashes a lot. At least once or twice a day. It worked well when it works but there were are a lot of issues when we are having a very high call volume.

Cons

Pros

I do a lot of calls internationally. I am grateful that when I copy and paste a number outside the United States that it will automatically load the country code for me.

Cons

I wish there was a way to do a call queue. So that once I hang up it will automatically call the next number I need to from an uploaded list of a CSV or google sheet or CRM.

Talkdesk is a simple, robust solution to help our team give world class service to our customers.

Cons

Its hard to actually talk about this. Its solid all the way around. The lack of a mobile app is a point but they are developing one so, that will bre solved soon.

Overall, Talkdesk has really helped our department deliver a great customer experience. We have strong connection/reliability on the calls, we can easily search for inbound and outbound calls for quality assurance and training purposes, and the software is really user friendly and easy to use - even for those who are not the most tech savvy.

Cons

There are some challenges for the sales team with autodial features and callbacks

For my purposes, being able to see any live calls, see who's available and see how we are meeting goals when it comes to serving clients.

Cons

Their Application functionality is very simple, and often times we have some issues connecting with clients. Would like an in-house VoIP option for mobile use which currently talkdesk does not provide

Talkdesk has been great for the 2 years that I’ve been using it.

Pros

Talkdesk is extremely consistent. It is the most intuitive platform I’ve used so far and I rarely have issues unless my WiFi is really weak.

Cons

Once you’re on Talkdesk it works really well, but I have to be hardwired into internet to be able to use it well. Otherwise, it is really slow.

Pros

The initial training was fairly straight forward and our team was able to use TD efficiently very quickly. We are able to be much more efficient with our call outs each day.

Cons

The integration with our processes was very easy to manage.

Easy to use software Reliable (we had many problems with our old software, so Talkdesk was a breath of fresh air!) Great staff behind the product Consistently releasing new and improved features

Cons

We've experienced a few hiccups in the sound, but a lot of these situations are due to the headsets, which has nothing to do with Talkdesk.

can't do as much custom reporting as I'd like Would love to have forecasting doesn't integrate with all of our software billing can be confusing occasionally lose connection

The ease of making numerous calls to contacts everyday and being able to track them with appropriate metrics which talkdesk provides. Easy to use phone and voicemail which is reliable.

Cons

Sometimes calls will drop unexpectedly, and although call bar extension is helpful, it has a few glitches which negatively effect call audio.

We use talkdesk for customer interaction, so it is imperative that the quality is good and consistent. This has most always been the case and so this is a software that is reliable and quite useful.

Pros

I like that it is simple. The program is really easy to understand and get the hang of. It always provides good quality too.

Cons

I think there are times where I have noticed that calls will drop, but those times are few and far between and the service team is always expedient about communicating when a resolution has been found.
