It is a very strong tool and very very very stable. in almost 1 year i did not experience any downtime

Pros

Talkdesk software is very simple to use and very easy to understand the logic behind. On top of this Talkdesk have a great customer service that replies to the emails almost immediately with actual solutions

Cons

Due to is simplicity Talkdesk software may not fit imemediately to the most complext industry solutions however with a little help of talkdesk team it's possible to reach to a good solution

Pros

The software is very flexible to fit our company's needs. It's great that we are able to attach different apps and customize the ticket groups. Lots of helpful features and easy to work with.

Cons

My callbar extension has crashed and took a couple of weeks to get reconnected. Customer support wasn't able to help me get it fixed, and we ended up switching out my computer. On my whole team, I'm the only person who's had this issue, so I don't believe it's a common problem.

We have been using Talkdesk for a little over a year and have had no major issues. Reporting is simple, and support is always friendly and quick to respond!

Pros

I most enjoy how simple it is to be an admin within this software! I am able to manage my team and check on reporting efficiently without any trouble.

Cons

The Web mode and Widget mode are fairly different. I like the look of Widget mode and the option to multitask within a call, but I wish I was able to view Talkdesk history while in Widget mode.

Overall, the experience is great, I would recommend it to everyone who needs it. I'm using it on a daily basis and never had an issue with it. The calls are easily made and it has great ways to pull out reports, which helps a lot.

Pros

I like how it is really easy to use and the quality of it is awesome.

Cons

I think it works perfectly okay, I wouldn't change anything!

I think that Talkdesk is very easy to use and easy for other to catch on! It can be used in both web mode and widget mode which each offers it's own benefits.

Cons

The connection and quality of the calls all depend on your internet connection so it can be spotty at times if the connection is not that strong.

With Talkdesk we are able to contact people around the world without having to click everywhere, it's very simple yet very efficient. With just one click you can call everywhere. The quality of the call is always good.

For agents using Talkdesk is simple and plugs into your ticketing system. Using Talkdesk is great for small teams (e.g. 10-15 people Support or customer team).

Pros

It is pretty simple to setup in your environment and integrate with your ticketing system (e.g. Zendesk). The platform itself is also pretty clear and clean.

Cons

Talkdesk lacks many features that other call applications have. Customizing the IVR, departments, extension numbers for agents, audio transcripts for voicemail and calls, etc. The analytics is also very bare bone compared to similar tools (e.g. Dialpad)

The ease of use and the reporting. I like how easy it is for everyone in the office to use. The reporting is a great way to track employee statuses and time and the support is great.

Cons

They get the occasional error which can cause an outage for a long time. Support can be allow to respond sometimes.

This is so far the best VoIP system I have worked with. It can be used both as a browser plugin or desktop app (also offers mobile app). The fact that it can be integrated with the ticketing system only boosts its value.

Cons

The reporting could be more user-friendly and provide more filtering options.

Pros

I love the easy to use reporting and graphs. Talk Desk has made it quick and easy to visually see the data (such as service levels and call statistics) call centers like ours use everyday.

Cons

Support has been spotty in providing knowledgeable answers to issues as they occur. That being said, the support team is very quick to respond.

From the moment I started using Talkdesk with zero experience in the field previously, it seemed very clear and easy to understand, and that is very important, after only one day of use I was able to grasp all the possibilities that it offers the browser integration, click to call, the blind transfers etc..

Pros

The simplicity of the user interface, the dialer, and the dashboard.

Cons

There are no major cons, I would maybe look into improving the search through the calls, maybe more options to filter. But overall no major cons

Pros

Easy to use, you can check your voicemail, the recorded calls, the list of calls.

Cons

Sometimes I have problems with the App so I have to use it through the website, or it is very slow and I cannot answer a call in time.

The dashboards make it very easy to view the data in real time and run reports that are needed daily or weekly. Also ring groups make it super easy to staff and schedule employees throughout the workday.

Cons

Probably more due to the headsets/wifi but some customers complain of audio issues.
