Pros

How easy it was to learn how to use, switch between status's and review call stats

Cons

Not being able to transfer call after already having person on hold.

I am not personally dealing with the Cloud Contact Center.

Pros

The option of working from every location within our company as the TalkDesk is installed directly on our laptops.

Cons

The only issue is the connectivity when based in our venues and connected to public wifi - the connection is not that great.

I register news clients everyday. The comment part is very usefull . I like using all the different way to follow the leads and opportunities.

Pros

Very easy to use. Simple and complete and set up the way we want .

Cons

I don't use the newest version . There is not enough phone calls lines in history of the leads

I find it a great tool that makes our job a lot easier and let us take the office with us wherever we have our computer and internet. For sales teams that need to see the guests at our venues is great so we can always be available in the phone even when in different venues.

Pros

I like that is very easy to use and the flexibility it gives you whilst still being able to track all calls.

Cons

Some very rarely bugs when the phone rings when your status is as 'away' or 'after call'.

We use it for all of our inbound calls for our company and rely on them heavily

Pros

We use Talkdesk for all of our Customer Support calls for Weave. We are able to log notes and dispositions to help us categorize and follow-up on all of our calls.

Cons

Sometimes the Talkdesk caller gives an error of fetching data and won't allow you take any inbound calls. You have to reload the software each time but that seems to solve the error.

\- ability to do key word searches for emails in queue for onmi - easy access to listening to calls - our contact manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is great. Very responsive and helpful.

Cons

\- some reporting features can be improved - multi channels (call and email) platforms are separate for the user makes it difficult to work with simultaneously

I can easily track who I've called, when I called them. I can monitor others calls easily too.

Cons

It crashes alot and I'm not sure if its the software, but the people I talk with often complain the quality is bad and they have a hard time hearing me

I liked all the features, I would definitely recommend this to other call centers.

Pros

The callbar is easy to use. The widget is convenient and is out of the way when needed. I liked the reporting. Very easy on the eyes, large font.

Cons

As an end user I did not have any issues setting up or launching Talkdesk.

Pros

Use talkdesk every day when communicating with customers. Love how simple and intuitive it is to use and how my notes carry over seamlessly into our ticketing system. Also like viewing my personal metrics to see where I can improve on my call handle times.

Cons

Some occasional audio issues, dropped calls. Seems to be mostly a google chrome issue; usually a quick restart of chrome resolves the issue.

What I like the most about TalkDesk is that is really easy to use for calling using Salesforce as database

Cons

As Sales Manager what I like the least is that the "live" control is not as fast as it should be but I'm sure it will be implemented soon
