Pros

Loads quickly, functions great, easy to use, easy to switch between numbers as well

Cons

Sometimes callers have issues hearing me, but can quickly reset it in less than 10 seconds and get a clear connection

Cons

The widget which should be used for convenience sometimes messes up and if you are away on the widget and pull up the website it will allow you to receive calls and put your status as available.

Talkdesk has been a great phone app for the team. The Salesforce integrations makes it easy for the agents to log the call notes and to search if you need to listen to a call related to one of your tickets. Good customer service.

Pros

Good desktop app, user-friendly, good quality of sound, good customer service, integrated with Salesforce.

Cons

It is glitchy at times but resetting the app makes it work perfect again.

Pros

I really enjoy the reporting capabilities of TalkDesk. It makes it very easy to get a quick glimpse of what is happening during the day. In addition to that, the drill down reports are especially helpful in identifying trends.

Cons

The thing I like least is that sometimes the integrations do not work perfectly. However, the customer support team is especially helpful in resolving our issues.

Simple and easy device to use. We have this tool in use on a daily basis and it offers great quality and data. The only issue I've had with it has been with the connection, but these connection issues are very rare. I also like the simple layout of the tool.

Sometimes there are connection issues. Although, they are very rare and they get fixed quickly.

Were solving the ability to work from wherever we are even at home.

Pros

The ease of switching between numbers for different markets. I'm calling 6-7 different markets during the day so its helpful to use a local number. Talk desk also works on a mobile hotspot well so I can work in between appointments while travelling.

Cons

It does occasionally need to be restarted due to errors with dispositioning.
