Pros

Ease of use and how it handles our particular business case without much changes from out of the box configuration. Learning curve is not too steep.

Cons

so far we are satisfied with the product and we have not faced any glaring issue.

Pros

It gives us the reporting needed to successfully manage our support and sales departments.

Cons

Delayed releases seems to be a common trend. I know the new products are great but ambitious release dates causes high expectations.

Talkdesk truly is a partner. They developed a .rpm package of call bar specifically for us to use in our linux environment. They also implemented a fix to call bar, disabling the auto audio adjustment in chrome.

Pros

Ease of use and implementation. Flexibility to work from anywhere. integrates with Salesforce.

Cons

There is no skills based prioritization at this time, but is coming down the road.

I went from land lines to talkdesk and I found the transition to be super easy! To be able to track service levels, agents online, and making/answering call on the widget is so simple!

Pros

I like how simple it is to answer/make calls as well as track what calls are in progress!

Cons

I feel like transfers can be difficult, but that may be my error!

We use talkdesk internally to communicate with a remote workforce as well as externally for outbound sales. The product is seamlessly integrated with salesforce and has been essential for our business.

Pros

Easy to use Salesforce integration Statuses

Cons

The only con I can think of is that ring-group's shared numbers sometimes only go to one person.

The thing I like least about Talkdesk is the queued calls and not filtering back to you when you are available

Talkdesk has helped me during my customer experience agent career, and continues to do so as I now have to use it for data/management.

Pros

Easy to use and very user-friendly. I used to get a lot of calls during the day but never experienced significant issues, quality is good overall. I was able to pick up those calls very quickly and made my work easier, having multiple tabs open at the same time. It is also very organized, would recommend it.

Cons

It is glitchy at times but simply resetting the computer makes it work perfectly again most of the time.

Occasional outages, that are common with any type of technology or software systems. Support efficiently gets issues resolved.

Easy to learn and navigate. Helpful when needing to refer back to phone numbers or checking on personal/team stats.

Cons

Sometimes after an update there are minor glitches and your status may change. Ex: If you're on "Available," after ending a call, it might put your status on "Dial Out."

I really enjoy the ease of using this software to take and manage my calls. I really like how simple this is to use but at the same time there is so many features behind it that make it stand out.

Cons

There are times when bugs occur and that is normal. At least this doesn't happen often!
