We have been pleased with how nimble our call centers can be on the Talkdesk platform. With international phone agents around the globe, we are able to quickly and efficiently deploy and administrate the environment, which has been an enormous benefit to us.

Pros

Ease of use is the best feature of Talkdesk. Coming from a Cisco UC and CCX background, Talkdesk makes user administration a breeze.

Cons

It is perhaps overly simple in some regards. For example, there is no true skills-based routing, only creative configuration of ring groups.

Cons

Some reliability issues on the calling to cellphones in Turkey and Spain (local issue?) and tech solutions provided regard with prioritizing voice data traffic (internally)

### "Good Product but Poor Customer Service"

Pros: Easy to use. Works well. Cons: I was double billed (no problem, it happens) and submitted a ticket on April 7th. No one responded from billing after several attempts until April 26th. By that time I made up my mind that I needed to switch to someone else as it was about to happen again for my next monthly payment and I've had no response. They responded back 2.5 weeks later that they'll credit my account and not refund. So I have to leave $300+ in credits behind. I did sign an agreement for recurring usage charges to secure a lower per minute rate when I signed up, but was assured by my salesperson over the phone that he would remove that and it would be based off usage falling below a certain level and auto-refilling (no recurring subscription). That never happened. It wasn't in writing, so I have no proof. This is their justification for not refunding. In any regard, this has been a huge headache to make the switch for myself and my team. I was spending $500/mo+ with them between subscription and usage. I also referred an account twice my size in the office next to mine as I work in a startup co-working space in downtown Austin. It's a shame they're having these growing pains. If they up their customer service game, they could have something great.

I am super happy with how Talkdesk works. It is so user friendly and I can't see myself using any other service.

Pros

The ease of use of Talkdesk is the best. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate different functions.

Cons

There are a few hick ups in service but they are quickly resolved every time.

I contact them a couple times and the time for response is great, the information I receive is accurate.

Pros

Very easy to use. friendly, and the version is great

Cons

Regarding reporting I would love if I can see for example who release a call, who drop a call and more information for an specific agent.

Our company transitioned from a very "traditional" telephony service to Talkdesk in the hopes that we'd be able to better integrate our telephony and other customer communication systems. So far the overall experience has been great, Talkdesk has proved to be more dependable and easier to use. For us those were 2 of the most important features we needed and from the setup to implementation to support we've been very pleased with Talkdesk.

This is absolutely the number 1 program to use there's endless ways this platform helps with all your customer support/needs/wants and more honestly we use it at my job for call monitoring and call for other customer care solutions don't pass this up you won't be let down for sure

There's absolutely nothing you could even say bad about this program it's 110% the best of the best when it comes to handling customer care awesome set up and concept for sure

It is well designed, well rounded VOIP call center software. We switched from a bigger name and are much happier. Love that it has an extensible API so we can grow with it.

Cons

Reporting features are a but clunky but I can still get everything I need from the reports.

It's really easy to use from day one and helps keep track of analytics for me.

Pros

Ease of use and the widget feature. I like that it recognizes numbers as I am working in different tabs.

Cons

Having to mark myself as "Available" after I hang up. It might be a setting I can change though.

I find that notation sync with salesforce can be inaccurate quite often.

It is easy to use, almost always works and if it does have an issue it is fixed immediately. I've never personally had an issue with TalkDesk and love using it over other competing applications.
