Cons

Never really found anything wrong with TalkDesk. We decided to use another softphone software that was already built into SalesForce Lightening

With more than 2000 daily incoming call, we couldn't afford the hassle and the amount of overhead that might be caused by having In-house contact center. Talkdesk offered us the perfect solution where we received the value of each dolor we have invested. Talkdesk is simple and easy to use, great customer service and scalable platform.

Pros

Simplicity, scalability, qualified customer service, VOIP support.

Cons

Should be integrated with other VOIP providers, billing is a bit confusing

The webmode. Sometimes if you are using the webmode a notification is not popping up.

Pros

Talkdesk is so easy to use and doesn't need much training on the product. Transfering, calls have been smooth and never a hassle to use. The quality of the calls are always great!

Cons

There were not any cons when I was using this product. Its very straight forward and really easy to use.

This software works, but there are a couple of thing that really bother me about it.

Pros

I like that I am able to manage calls on my computer, and be able to use my nice headphones for my calls now instead of a phone headset.

Cons

One thing I really don't like about the product is there is no "re-dial" option, I have to add the number again and call once again, instead of looking through recent calls because it isn't there. This is the biggest complaint of mine.

the capability to listen to calls, and the clear connection it has talking to clients.

Cons

It is hard to search for a call by the date, you need to be searching by hours, days, weeks and months which makes it difficult for the user, not cool!

Further, being in the flower industry, we need the flexibility to temporarily expand our call support around the big bloom-gifting holidays. Talkdesk is our solution. We love that Talkdesk is a cost-effective, browser-based solution. It was quick and easy to set up and start taking calls. We love the ability to tag calls, which allow us to keep a good pulse on the customer experience, and the reports help us ensure our customer happiness team is providing the best possible care to our customers. Talkdesk's customer support team is amazing as well. Five stars overall!

Pros

browser-based, affordable, easy integrations, tagged calls, great reporting tools for easy analytics, excellent customer care

Cons

We'd love to be able to tag calls with multiple dispositions, and the ability to easily search for specific calls, specifically the ability to filter search by date, disposition (tag), etc.

Talkdesk is very simple to use. The installation was quick and easy and the functions are straight forward. The voicemail drop is a great feature too!

I wish there was a call quality feature. Overall the reporting is useful and detailed.

The experience has not been great. We have tried to reach out to management, however we have not received any responses. Very disappointing.

Pros

The admin interface is fairly simple to use as is the contact pad.

Cons

We have had several items that were promised but after launch, they could not fulfill. After a month in, we are still having issues with simple things like Salesforce integration, talkdesk activities and changing statuses. I am not sure they are able to handle such a large scale project.

Talkdesk sometimes needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix some glitches that happen when using it on a daily basis.

The ease of use cannot be found elsewhere. It was super easy to setup and onboard new agents. Regarding the learning curve, it was minimal and caused little to no disruption in our daily operations.
