It's useful to be able to customize ring time, queues, ring groups, and contacts. I feel like whenever call quality is spotty, it gets resolved very quickly.

Sometimes call quality can be spotty, but not for too long.

At times it can be glitchy with the actual app but this could be due to not restarting my computer enough or updates.

I love the callbar, and how it integrates with Zendesk!

Cons

Have had issues with the callbar audio, customers can not hear me and I will have to close the callbar and reopen it, but thats pretty much it.
