Pros

Very useful, you can have it in the comfort of your phone and it is what I like the most, it is easier to use and the customer service is perfect, very flexible and personalized

Cons

It is a good platform and has no functionality problems, the only problem that we believe is that it is very expensive

Front is a great app that I use on a daily base, both on my computer and phone. Everything works very well and it is essential to my team communication. Since we have been working from home the pas few months, we have really seen the true power of Front!

Cons

Sometimes the app can be slow, but this is typically only temporary.

My team and I were able to collaborate with our emails much more efficiently with this software! Sharing emails seems nearly effortless with this software.

Pros

It was very simple and hassle-free to get started with Front and I believe that it is much easier to manage high volume amounts of work email using this platform. I also like that it integrated seamlessly with my current email client and nothing was really made to be difficult or time consuming when deciding to use Front instead of simply Outlook.

Cons

The only con that my team and I came across is that the app defaults to "replying all" with Front. My coworkers have unknowingly sent emails to people that they weren't intended for because of this.

It took us 5 min from signup to migrated our Google accounts for job applications & security reports, Twitter, Facebook, Intercom account (Front's UI is so much better). I really got the Slack-feeling when signing up to Front, like “How much money do you want for this holy grail? I’m paying!”

Pros

Customer support is amazing and they launch new cool features like crazy

We use Front to stay on top of support and customer relation emails and social media engagement. It prevents us from letting messages go unanswered, we assign emails to make it obvious who is responsible for what, and being able to tag and comment lets us effortlessly triage requests. Front has probably cut down the time we spend dealing with emails by 50-60%, and it's a must-have for any company or team dealing with shared accounts.

Pros

The integrations are great (especially for staying on top of Twitter!), there's a solid iOS app, the support staff are incredibly responsive, and generally Front is just wonderfully easy to use and understand.

Cons

None right now! Whenever I have gripes they're resolved so quickly I can hardly keep up :)

Pros

Shared inboxes are very handy. No need for the logistical nightmare of reply all or the inconvenience of cc.The tag functionality is fantastic.

Cons

No major problems found. Although it does not affect me directly, I have been told it is somewhat pricey.

I really like the collaboration features. You can share drafts and comments with teammates without having to forward emails back and forth or create confusing chains with multiple senders/recipients.

Cons

Not a big con, but Front has a lot of features that aren't always easy to figure out.

Absolutely love it! Zero Inbox is an incredible ideology and treating emails as conversations and work with teams is brilliant

Font can get confusing at times when sharing email and whether archiving in your inbox will affect others you shared too.

This has been very helpful for our teams to have a central mailbox and not have multiple accounts to log into.

Cons

Support has been pretty good, not great. We had issues on a few accounts and urgently needed a solution. This was the one and only time though so all and all a great company

When it works, it works fine. When it crashes it's as useless as the support.

Pros

I've spent several hours waiting for responses from the support team. For two tickets.

Cons

Constant issues, then customer support is among the \*worst\* and least helpful support, or lack there of I've ever had working with a CRM

Call quality is amazing - especially compared to other software that does the same functionality like skype for busnisses or starleaf.

Cons

The only con I have encountered so far have been some unfortunate crashes. But nothing too constant or major.

Pros

It has the potential to serve as a front-end for hubspot

Cons

The automated rules were incredibly complicated. There is not way to remove someone from a sequence/rule if they respond through another channel. The support team does not offer screenshare meetings, which makes it very challenging to resolve any of these issues. Definitely not worth the price tag.

Pros

I like the ability to comment/thread on emails. Very helpful.

Cons

This has nothing to do with the software as it stands by itself. HOWEVER, the use of @ symbol is different than the other communication software we use (Slack). Can be confusing when using the two.

I like front's UI and how we can change themes. Also, the private and team tags is basic for our wupport team to have an easier way to track specific tickets.

Cons

I would love to have more fonts added, the ability to add larger files to our emails and more characters for the FB inbox.

Pros

Everything. Comments, assigning conversations, shared inbox, it's all so easy to use and adds many efficiencies.

Cons

The only feature that could use some work is the calendar.

What I most like about this app is that I'm able to see, archive, assign, and reply emails in a few seconds.

Cons

What I don't like about it is that this application is sold for 10-20 or more users. We currently are 6 but it works fine.

Front is a great helpdesk, super flexible and easy to use. We can use the iOS and Android app too!  The support team is wonderful and values / implements feedback. Team is lightning fast with responses.

Pros

Support is awesome and responsive! Visibility across teams! Super easy to use! Fast app! Introducing new features continuously! The Front Team LOVES feedback! In app chat is very responsive!

Cons

Of course some bugs exists but, their customer support team is amazingly fast at resolving.

Pros

It was very easy to use and relatively powerful at what I does. There is a lot of customization and even works with your Facebook page which is super nice.

Cons

The biggest issue is that it prices smaller people like me out of it as a single or double user, there are just cheaper options out there. For larger companies, the pricing becomes a lot more competitive.
