Overall, I have been very pleased with the results. The gamification aspect helps to keep employees engaged and understanding.

Pros

TalentLMS has one of the best gamified employee training solutions on the market. They are ideal for small business that need to have a big impact on security. Our purpose was for cybersecurity. We found the library of information available to be very abundant. The use of simulated phishing attacks made this ideal for our situation. We received a high level of attention from onboarding to customer support.

Cons

Some of the training modules felt a little too cheesy and not as attention grabbing as I had hoped. Despite that, the training is still important.

Excellent - we have been using the system for a number fo years. Its intuitive in its layout and has the variety of features we need for all our online training delivery.

Pros

Very easy to use system that enables us to design, create and deliver all of our online content. There is also great customer support - the response time and efficency is impressive.

Cons

Inputting written data direclty into the system can sometimes be laboured. The system can sometimes have odd layout issues - also there is no spell-check when providing leaner feedback. But these are easy to work around with cut-and-pate from standard office programmes.

My overall experience with TalentLMS has been positive. The platform is simple, intuitive, and easy to manage for both learners and administrators. It supports smooth course delivery and makes daily LMS operations efficient. Cons

Wish it was as robust as MINDSMITH so I could build courses straight in Talent LMS. I’m building courses in MS and exporting the SKORM file to Talent.

Overall experience using TalentLMS has been very good. We initially thought we could use it for multiple branches of our company and when that was not an option we do use for our biggest client.

Pros

Very user friendly to work with. It is a good value for the money! We are easily able to add users and courses.

Cons

I own a call center and have multiple campaigns. In order to have enough branches we had to upgrade.

Overall, I found TalentLMS to be a robust LMS with a lot of valuable features. This is our organization's first foray into a learning management system, and I think it has been received well.

Pros

I like the integration with BambooHR & the TalentLibrary. Overall, easy to customize UI. We were able to brand the portal with our company colors, logos, and course certificates. We were able to create new courses and upload trainings. It is a fairly flexible platform.

Cons

The system is quite technical for reviewing information and making courses. It also can be a tad challenging to create reports that meet the exact needs I have. For example, when I see course completions each week, I am interested in seeing what courses were completed and by whom, but it is a bit deep to get to that information. Similar with the gamification elements. I think the notification delay of about 2 hours when I enroll someone in a course is also a bit odd, why not make it instant?

Really great! Lots of great features, and the support team has been great. Haven't run into a single bug.

Pros

Easy navigation and no added fluff. It does exactly what we need it to. Value for money is great and we are excited to use it more.

Cons

The home screen is not as customisable as we would like it to be. This would be great for our external users to still see our branding styles.

Easy to use and good interface. It help course creation and usability of course to learner journey simple

Very basic and lacks internal AI usage. It should have AI capability within the platform to make a course from scratch with avatars and text and videos to final video modules

Very good. The responses to when I have issues have had a fairly quick turn around time. I think that custom report and analytics in a limited capacity can be made available to lower subscription tiers.

Pros

Ease of use and navigation and constant platform updates on bugs fixes. Quick responses to my queries.

Cons

No South African Rand currency display. The fact that I cannot I cannot download a hardcopy of my training units or my modules
