Even with my plus package, which doesn't come with an assigned sales rep, the customer support has been very efficient and helpful. All the features work as expected within the platform and my users love their experience as well. Our company loves the app and browser options, as well as having branches to create other learning environments. Even without automation, the notifications are very useful and pretty much automated themselves. You cannot beat the features and functionality of this product for the price with other LMS products. I love it. Pros I love how easy it is to use. I pair it with Articulate360, and the ability to add SCORM files and create additional lessons in a course is awesome. I didn't have this feature available in other LMS platforms I used in the past. It was either a SCORM course with no additives, or purely made in their authoring tool which lacked features. TalentLMS has integrated SCORM packages into their course authoring tool as well as provided great authoring features in their own product. Cons There isn't much, but I would like it better if some of the features were not tucked behind some of the more expensive pay structures. For example, having AI assistance and automation locked behind the highest tier. It is by far the most affordable training solution that we could identify, and with TalentLibrary, it is the most robust training solution available for our use-case. Pros TalentLMS' base-level of functionality, accessibility, and ease of use for administrators, instructors, and learners alike is its defining feature. As the primary administrator and course creator for my organization, I was able to quickly learn the software's limits and work within them to create an effective training curriculum for a youth audience. Once deployed, that youth audience was able to navigate TalentLMS and complete their courses with minimal issues or bugs. All this was possible with an LMS that came far below the price-point of all other LMS' we considered. Cons There is nothing I strongly dislike in my experience using TalentLMS. I honestly believe that any platform that benefits the user experience is good enough to give it a try but I was blown away by how simple getting things out there was. Cons Customization is a bit hard for beginners like me. This is the first time I'm the admin of a LMS, and they do have a great help / knowledge base system and sometimes I need to do some digging to get to the right answer. Luckily there's a very active community that usually points me in the right direction when I miss some of that help. It has by far the best API in the industry. Their team is incredibly talented and they care about the success of their customers. Further, the team is socially-minded and finds ways to positively impact all segments of society through TalentLMS. I can't recommend TalentLMS enough. Pros An amazing platform which is technically robust and has a great, pro-active support team. The only intuitive option for managing multiple localised courses across multiple business segments. It is user-friendly and affordable, and provides a lot of amazing features for the cost. Pros I like that our company can create self paced training using TalentCraft and provide options for additional training through the TalentLibrary that are short and interactive. Also, their Support is exceptional and always willing to help guide you. Cons I would love to see more features on TalentCraft, such as narration tools and accessibility tools to assist those with disabilities can easily run through self guided training. So much so that I use it for my personal business as well as my business partner's business. Pros Talent LMS is really user friendly. I found that uploading PowerPoints as MP4 works better than a PowerPoint. Cons You can't add voiceover to the new AI and it doesn't use the whole file you upload, so let out way too much information for what I needed.
