Overall great experience I do enjoy it, within it is the first 6 months, there's still more testing, but I overall like the platform

Pros

I wanted a platform for my membership side, something where I can process payments and integrate well It is simple to use, so I do like that

Cons

I would love to see futher features and customizations, surveys etc

The platform seemed really user-friendly, and there were a few I was comparing to and this one just seemed to really fit and worked with my budget needs.

As their website neared the end of its life-cycle, BCAMRT required a revamped online presence to support their members, conduct business, and allow for increased member engagement. The Dashboard and Support Services Unlimited team constructed a website that maintained the existing BCAMRT branding, while adding a refreshing image to the association. Comprehensive database solutions retained existing member data while allowing automated event registrations, sponsorship renewals and more. Our members and board could not be happier with the product. These people really know how to build a website that is used widely and extensively as a go-to place to get things done.

Dashboard's parent company, Support Services Unlimited, has served the Master Municipal Contract Document Association (MMCDA) for twenty years, providing financial, technical, marketing and administrative resources to manage our non-profit MMCD administration, publishing and training activities. While our members provide technical content, training and oversight of our MMCD products and training, Dashboard and SSU is the designer, developer and manager of the electronic delivery of our products and training. This includes producing three generations of websites, newsletters, social media, web-based promotion, sales, course registration and banking. As a result, MMCDA has enjoyed remarkable productivity gains, and expanded their training and publishing activities threefold in the past ten years. This expansion has, in large measure, come from the system development skills and insights brought by SSU and Dashboard. Their technical innovations and execution have routinely exceeded performance expectations, while remaining within budget and timelines. Where project expectations need to be modified, there has been foresight, with effective communication, consultation and collaboration to resolve the problems. I would not hesitate to recommend the Dashboard team as a system developer for nonprofit organizations on the basis of their reliability, innovation and project management skills.
