Pros This program is very powerful and very changeable. You can easily add fields and make it do things that YOUR company wants and needs and not what THEY expect you to need. It does take a little bit of time to get use to but is I feel the best program out there. Cons When I can't remember the programming steps that I did before. It's ok because Support is just a phone call away. Also better training would be a big help with startup. It took us a good month to get it dialed in but after we changed from our old program(which we spent thousands of dollars on!!) we have never looked back! With that said, I think having access to a software program like Omadi is such an asset to our company. It sets Safari Towing and Star Parking Solutions leaps and bounds ahead of our competition. My only problem was that I wanted to have something to give our clients as a quick reference on how to use their online portal and nothing like that existed. Thats where Brandon comes in. Brandon listened to my vision for a document that would serve as a resource to our current clients. We also discussed the possibility of another resource I could use to show prospective clients how amazing our Omadi powered program is. Brandon took the ideas from our discussion and turned them into a reality. A beautifully laid out and professional looking one to boot. I am thrilled with my new marketing materials and cannot wait to see the reaction to them from my clients and prospects. Brandon is extremely courteous, efficient and professional and I have enjoyed collaborating with him on this project. We have so many moving parts each day, its unbelievable to fathom how Omadi has stepped in and helped our business legitimize everything from daily operations to forecasting and creating solutions for expansion. Bottom line, Omadi is clean, efficient and effective. Its hard to find a software solution that brings all three of these vital business elements to the table. We collaborate monthly on new additions and functionality -- where are you going to get something like that!!!?
