I like that Benchmark's support is always able to answer any questions that I may have. Also, whenever I call and no one is currently available, a staff member always calls me back within just a few minutes.

Cons

There is really nothing that I do not like about Benchmark. Sometimes, there are little questions or issues, but they are always resolved quickly.

I like that the product is internet-based, because then our office doesn't have to worry about servers, etc. Additionally, Benchmark's products are great because I can access them from anywhere.

My favorite aspect of the product is the ability to access the system from anywhere. Regardless of my location, I am able to access the data that I need.

At first, there was a learning curve for the product. However, the product is easy to use, and now it is second nature.
