### "Brevo Nuvy"

March 24, 2026

5.0

I really like Brevo because it's easy to create templates and integrations, and it also allows you to view logs in real time.

Pros

User-friendly interface, easy integrations, and fast support in Portuguese. We use it for sending emails from our system, and it greatly simplifies the creation of templates.

Cons

I had billing issues four times and had to create a PayPal account to resolve them. I would provide my card details, and within minutes the platform would cancel the transaction, but the charge would still be processed on my credit card.

### "Thank You Brevo"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Pros

Speed and ease of use. The perfect automation for email campaigns to clients and leads. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Brevo. In fact, I’m currently using it to send email campaigns for one of my clients.

Cons

I haven’t had any difficulties with Brevo so far. But I’d like to make one suggestion: increase the daily email sending limit a little more.

### "General experiences after a year of using Brevo"

February 18, 2026

3.0

Brevo allows me to do my most important part of work - be in a constant contact with the donors of my organisation. Automations, campaigns, transactional messages - these are my most important tools. It's free, that's why I decided to use it. Sometimes, when I need to send more e-mails at once, I buy extra plan.

Pros

Free plan for unlimited contacts with not so small amount of e-mails per day (300). In the past also custom variables were very useful for personalise my e-mails, but last time it disappeared. The customer support is very good - my experience with your support-persons is also very good ( \[sensitive content hidden\]). Marketing campaigns allow me to send my most important messages for the donors of my organisation.

Cons

I'm not familiar with spam filtering, so I cannot say anything about it. Drag-and-drop e-mails creator is also quite problematic - aspecially auto-refreshing/saving hinders the work. There's not a possibility to save blocks - I need to create a section to save them.

### "Practical and Easy to Use"

December 17, 2025

4.0

I am using Brevo for my company, Genius. I haven’t explored all of the platform’s features yet, but so far I’ve really liked how practical and easy to use the tool is for day-to-day operations.

Pros

What I liked most about Brevo is the balance between simplicity and functionality. The platform makes it easy to create email campaigns and basic automations without a steep learning curve, which is great for small teams and growing businesses. The pricing is also very attractive compared to other tools with similar features, and the email editor is intuitive and fast to use. Another strong point is the all-in-one approach, combining email marketing, automations, and contact management in a single platform, which helps centralize communication.

Cons

What I liked least about Brevo is that some advanced automation and segmentation features feel limited compared to more robust platforms. Although the base price is low, unlocking relatively simple features often requires paying for additional tools, which can increase the overall cost. For more complex customer journeys, workarounds or external integrations may be necessary, adding complexity as the business grows.

Reason for choosing Brevo

We chose Brevo mainly for its cost-effectiveness and ease of use. Compared to other platforms, it offered the essential email marketing and automation features we needed at a more accessible price, with a simpler setup and faster onboarding for our team.

### "I believe it does send the emails"

February 20, 2026

5.0

It prevents me from having to manually email every individual on my list after they sign up. It costs significantly less than MailChimp at this point, they have increased their pricing and I want to save money. It also manages my SaaS password reset processes without requiring a lot of thought or effort from me.

Pros

It has email and SMS and push notifications all in one place, so I do not have to have a million different tabs open at the same time. The drag and drop builder did not even freeze during use which I was very surprised by. he automation flow design is simple enough that I was able to understand how to utilize them without getting a headache. I was glad that the emails actually made it to the inbox of the recipients and did not disappear into oblivion as with the last tool I used.

Cons

Why is the SMS credit system so convoluted and difficult to understand? I dislike that there are features on the mobile application that were missing from the website. Also, I dislike that the customer service team takes a long time to reply to an email and I had to wait a full day for a response to a basic question.

### "Very useful services and easy configuration"

March 26, 2026

5.0

We use Brevo in order to send out transactional e-mails, as well as marketing campaigns. The transactional e-mails are very useful in our company because they are used in our apps, for user information. We also needed to ask something once and the customer service was also great.

Pros

Easy to set up and configure with many useful features. Espacially the transactional e-mails are a crucial part of our app flow.

Cons

Nothing so far, although we haven't explored all the platform's capabilities. We have not spotted any problem in the UI or the functionalities.

### "Brevo is a fantastic email marketing system"

March 20, 2026

4.0

Overall we have thousands of clients in the CRM and contact list as well as several marketing campaigns that have been running over the last few years.

Pros

Our company has used Brevo for years to send mass emails to various groups within our company. We do love how we can easily add guest information into Brevo as well as create and manage various groups (aka lists). It makes sending out marketing emails much easier and faster.

Cons

Creating the marketing email is challenging. We also may get unsubscribes that do not realize we use Brevo for informational purposes and not just marketing and we get concerned the guests may no longer get pertinent emails.

### "Brevo is a solid choice!"

March 26, 2026

5.0

We are a non-profit and Brevo fits our needs exceptionally well. I've used Brevo before in enterprise and agency situations. It continues to be a great choice for an ESP and provides a lot of value for the money.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. The UI is intuitive. Setting up the backend for deliverability is simple and thorough.

Cons

Not much. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about the Brevo platform. I've used many different ESPs and Brevo is a solid choice.

Reason for choosing Brevo

Brevo's pricing structure is based on emails sent vs. the number of contacts. The other platforms all base their pricing on contacts, whether you send to them or not. Brevo prices are based on sends, so it becomes a better value and a smaller cost for our situation.

### "Loyal Brevo User in México"

March 11, 2026

5.0

Our experience has been very good. We had to stop our plan once for budget reasons, but so glad to be back. This platform is the absolute best for our business needs.

Pros

What I like the most about Brevo is that it charges me for how many emails I send, and not my database. I have a big database, but I'm actually a small business that does not send that many emails... So this pricing strategy by Bravo is just the best for our business. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. We have been with Brevo for a few years, and we have no intention to change anytime soon!

Cons

Templates and designs are maybe too basic, but it's not a big deal for us (a brand that just wants to communicate specific offers or news).

It feels like Brevo is humbly serving me the best experience, I recommend this to my fellow colleagues without hesitation.

Pros

Cons

### "Don't hesitate to use Brevo!"

November 17, 2025

5.0

Apart from the two inconveniences mentioned above, which are quite frustrating for me (especially the suspension of campaigns prepared in full compliance with quality standards), my overall experience has been positive and I do recommend Brevo to others. The attractive pricing is also important advantage, especially for the large–scale email sending I need, which has to remain cost-effective.

Pros

The advantages of Brevo for me: - attractive pricing compared to similar platforms - very clear interface and ease of use - a responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support team - high email deliverability

Cons

I think Brevo has an overly sensitive algorithm related to email deliverability and customer engagement. My campaigns were suspended even though the open rate was between 25–41%, and I had to contact support for assistance. I should note that in my campaigns I use only contacts from my own list, validated both with an external tool and manually. Another inconvenience is the “campaigns in review” process — the resulting delays in sending are unfavorable from a conversion standpoint, because emails don’t reach recipients during peak open-rate hours. I strongly recommend improving this. I never had this issue with Mailchimp.

Alternatives considered

[Klaviyo](https://www.capterra.com/p/156699/Klaviyo/)

Reason for choosing Brevo

I chose Brevo because it offers much more attractive pricing compared to similar platforms, which is especially important for large-scale email sending. The interface is very clear and easy to use, making daily work smooth and efficient. I also appreciate Brevo’s responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support team, as well as the platform’s high email deliverability, which ensures that my campaigns reach their recipients reliably.

Switched from

[Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/)

I switched to Brevo from MailChimp because MailChimp had become too expensive, especially for large-scale email sending. Brevo offered a much more affordable pricing structure for the volume I needed.

### "Excellent All-Around CRM with Outstanding Support"

September 23, 2025

5.0

My experience with Brevo has been overwhelmingly positive. It's been a game-changer for our business operations, streamlining our customer management processes while remaining budget-friendly. The learning curve was minimal thanks to the clean, logical interface design. The customization capabilities have allowed us to create workflows that match our exact processes rather than forcing us to adapt to rigid system limitations. While the webhook functionality needs enhancement, the platform's strengths far outweigh this issue. The reliable performance and excellent support make it a solid choice for growing businesses.

Pros

What impressed me most about Brevo is the exceptional customer support team. They're incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly. The platform offers outstanding value for money - you get enterprise-level features at a fraction of the cost of competitors. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our entire team to adopt without extensive training. I also love how customizable everything is, from workflows to custom attributes and variables, allowing us to tailor the system perfectly to our specific business needs.

Cons

My main concern is with the webhook controls, which need some improvement. The current system lacks the granular control needed to specify exactly what data gets sent through webhooks. We need more filtering options and better configuration settings to have precise control over what information is transmitted to our integrated systems.

Switched from

Compared to alternatives like HubSpot, whose pricing becomes prohibitively expensive for SMEs with their upselling philosophy requiring over $1,000/month just to have a truly functional CRM, Brevo is transparent and you can basically have everything you need starting for FREE.

### "Great Value for Money, Good Experience and Solid Deliverability"

July 20, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo had been positive. I like that there are good numbers of drag-and-drop editors, professional templates, dynamic content personalization, A/B testing, and advanced segmentation. I love the Automation and it’s vsual workflow builder, the ready-made templates for journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement and the awesome multi-step sequences across channels I have also found Brevo support staff to be responsive and quite efficient at sorting out my problems. All in all, I’m very happy and content with Brevo

Pros

I've been using Brevo for a few months now and one thing I love most is the it is an all-in-one email marketing and CRM platform tailored to small businesses like mine. I wanted a platform that's easy to learn, navigate and pocket friendly with good value for money, glad I hot all three! Brevo’s digital marketing suite offers not just tools for emails, but also SMS, WhatsApp, chat, sales pipelines, and automation, which are bonus to me.

Cons

I haven't come access anything I don't like about Brevo. However, I think it would be nice to see more integrations.

### "Brevo lets me manage lists and create newsletters easily "

November 15, 2025

5.0

I was looking for a way to support subscribers and newsletters that was affordable. My website shares information about ALS and doesn't generate any revenue. Brevo has exceeded my expectations. I use eye gaze technology to work on my computer and Brevo has worked great for me. Overall, my experience with Brevo has been great.

Pros

I really like the simplicity in the setup. I have been able to import multiple lists and consolidate them with minimal effort. I am using the free option now which meets my needs. I am also very happy with the campaign functionality which I use for newsletters for my website subscribers.

Cons

My biggest issue is form integration. It currently only lets me embed the subscribe form, but I want to embed the update form or even a link. This is currently not possible.

### "Exceptional customer support, great product, and green too. 4theplanet"

July 25, 2025

5.0

Really good, happy, friendly, and real human support - not awful chat bots to fight with. Really pleased about the carbon footprint element too.

Pros

I moved over to Brevo from SendGrid .. and also moved over all my clients too.. it was easy to use, easy to add the DNS records, customer support was exceptional, and I'm only using the free plans at the moment so value for money is epic! It integrates fine with WP Mail SMTP, Fluent SMTP and Post SMTP on my Wordpress sites. I LOVE that they have the carbon footprinting calculator, as I work in digital sustainability. Very very cool.

Cons

The due diligence was brilliant, but I did need to raise a ticket each time I set up a new account. And I had a few tech issues with not getting codes to my phone. But nothing to complain about. Customer support helped really quickly.

I'm a lead developer at a small web agency, and we always recommend Brevo to our clients. It's easy to set up, provides all the functionality our clients need at the best pricepoint, and the account configuration makes it very easy to co-work and troubleshoot across different accounts.

Pros

As per my comment in the Pros: section, everything has been super easy to use and set up so far and we're only using 30-40% of the system so it has great potential. Very happy with the system and great price point.

Pros

The system is easy to use, and user friendly, the price point is great for a small business and I've contacted support three times since signing up with questions about what I was doing wrong and every time I have messaged them, my problem has been resolved within 24hrs. Great service.

It was good. Some limitation should be lifted. Record level security & bot clicks management should be better.

Pros

I really enjoy using Brevo. It’s simple, clear, and does what I need without making things complicated. Setting up emails and managing contacts is easy, and the whole experience just feels smooth. Value of money & no limit on contact is cheery on top.

Cons

Overall it's easy to use and the customer support is quick to respond. I don't use all of the features it offers, but it works great for my email newsletter campaigns very well.

Pros

### "A Refreshingly Simple Alternative to the Big Platforms"

October 21, 2025

5.0

I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me identify the issue. They were very responsive and helpful. I've been looking for a newsletter service for some time, but didn't want anything overly complicated. I've used many in the past - Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot - and really like the simplicity of this program. I noticed your logo on the bottom of an email I received from a vendor I used so that's how I found you, and I'm happy I did. I'm very happy with my experience so far, so thank you for providing such a robust, free option! I anticipate requiring a subscription in the future, so keep up the good work!

Pros

Ease of use, customer support, client management, and user interface, especially for the free version.

Cons

Didn't receive any notifications/warnings in my dashboard or email that my form was not sending properly. I tested my form and received a message that it went through, but I never saw the email in my account. Perhaps that's because it is a free account? I'm not sure...

### "Brevo is a great tool for your communication."

June 6, 2025

5.0

I have had a technical question in the past and I was relieved to see that I got some answers immediately although partially (referring to the domain name). Overall it is a reliable service and meets my expectations.

Pros

The advantage of Brevo is that it grows both along with your project as in the services offered. It is easy to use and has many options. Before Brevo I had been using mail chimp but Brevo works in a less expensive way, it is faster in screen-viewing and this without losing features.

Cons

The free version has understandably a limit of 300 mails a day. I find it difficult to match my lists of contacts together in order to make the most out of it. Another issue I had was that I haven't succeeded in matching my domain name/domain related email.

### "Reliable email platform with outstanding support"

November 22, 2025

5.0

Overall, the experience with Brevo has been very positive. The platform is easy to use and provides all the tools we need for professional email campaigns. We needed to downgrade our plan and switch to a yearly subscription—support handled everything efficiently, clearly, and kindly. Special thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]for his professional and friendly guidance. It made the transition completely stress-free.

Pros

Brevo offers a flexible and scalable email marketing solution with excellent customer support. The interface is intuitive, and the pricing structure—especially with pay-as-you-go and annual discounts—makes it a great value for money. I especially appreciated the fast, clear, and helpful assistance from the support team.

Cons

The contact limitations on the lower-tier plans were unexpectedly restrictive, which made initial plan selection confusing. It would be helpful if this was more clearly communicated upfront.

We switched from Mailchimp to Brevo primarily because of the more competitive pricing and the user-friendly interface. Brevo offers excellent value, especially for growing businesses that want flexibility without compromising on features. The platform is intuitive and quick to learn, which made the transition seamless for our team.

### "Great Platform With Potential for Improvement"

December 1, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Brevo is positive – it’s easy to use, reliable, and great for small and growing businesses. However, there are a few important limitations that affect the workflow: limited design flexibility, very basic pop-up options, and a lack of advanced automation and analytics. With deeper integrations and more modern marketing tools, Brevo could become a truly top-tier platform. Overall, I’m satisfied, but there is room for improvement.

Pros

Brevo is very easy to use, intuitive, and great for managing newsletters and basic automations. The interface is clean, email delivery is reliable, and the pricing is very fair compared to other platforms. It’s simple to set up, works well for small and medium businesses, and offers all essential tools in one place.

Cons

Few important features that I think are missing: More design flexibility in the email editor (modern layouts, flexible sections, full-width blocks). More types of pop-ups, not only newsletter pop-ups (exit-intent, discount pop-ups, multi-step, slide-ins, scroll/time triggered). Stronger automation options with more conditions and a clearer visual workflow. Better user-journey analytics to see where users drop off in a sequence. Deeper integrations for WordPress/Elementor/WooCommerce. More advanced CRM features like lead scoring and pipeline automation.

### "Good Platform"

December 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. We started with the free plan, and because we really liked the platform, we decided to upgrade to a paid plan. It’s very easy to use, even for beginners, and integrates seamlessly with other platforms, which makes managing our processes much more efficient.

Pros

Brevo is an easy-to-use platform that makes CRM management simple and accessible, even for users with little technical knowledge. Its intuitive design and user-friendly features create a comfortable experience, allowing you to focus on your goals without complexity. I would definitely recommend Brevo to anyone looking for a straightforward and reliable solution

Cons

The main drawback for me is the limitation on the number of contacts in automation workflows and the reports provided for these automations. They could be more flexible and detailed to better support advanced needs

### "Brevo Is a Must-Have Email Marketing Platform for Agencies"

June 4, 2025

5.0

We’ve had a great experience using Brevo. From onboarding to running complex automation flows, everything is seamless. The support team is helpful, and the overall performance of the platform has helped us improve our client retention and open rates significantly.

Pros

Brevo’s intuitive interface and automation tools have been a game-changer for our email marketing efforts at Mayday Internet. The drag-and-drop editor makes it incredibly easy to design professional emails, and the segmentation features help us send targeted campaigns that actually convert.

Cons

One small improvement would be adding a quick "refresh" button—similar to how Gmail does it—especially on campaign or contact pages. It would help see real-time updates without navigating away or manually refreshing the browser.
