“The email template library and drag-and-drop editor can feel a bit rigid and clinical compared to some of the more design-focused competitors. While it is completely capable and reliable, it lacks some of the visual polish and ultra-smooth UI found elsewhere.“

“First, the breadth on one platform: email, SMS and WhatsApp, with a genuinely usable API and a data model flexible enough to run a real first-party CRM — custom attributes, segmentation, automations, native double opt-in forms with CAPTCHA, an authenticated sending domain, and a doubleOptinConfirmation endpoint that let me wire my own website forms straight into a compliant subscription flow.“

### "Finally, an email platform that our small firm can actually afford."

November 2, 2026

4.0

I don’t usually leave reviews, but honestly, ditching Outlook for this has saved us hours of work every single week. Our paralegal handles the contact lists now, and I can check open rates before sending out case updates. It’s also reasonably priced for a small practice like ours. I’d renew again in a heartbeat.

Pros

I manage most of our client correspondence and the monthly newsletter myself, and Brevo lets me set up intake follow-up sequences without having to pester our only IT guy. The pricing worked out better for our four-attorney budget than anything else I looked into, and I was actually able to reach support when I had a deliverability question right before a court deadline week.

Cons

The template editor gets a bit clunky whenever I try to match our firm's letterhead fonts exactly, so I end up having to fix things twice. It hasn't cost us a client or anything, just a small headache during our busy filing periods.

### "We finally have ticket acknowledgments going out automatically, so nobody has to sit there babysitting the queue anymore."

October 26, 2026

5.0

Before Brevo we were juggling ticket replies in Outlook and half the time customers didn't even know we'd received their issue. Now every inbound request triggers an automatic confirmation with our SLA timeframe, and I can see exactly who opened what. Worth every shilling for a support desk that actually needs to prove we're responsive.

Pros

I set up a new workflow last Tuesday to send out confirmation emails as soon as a ticket hits from our rural network customers. Honestly, it’s a relief, no more missing acknowledgments just because someone on the team forgot to hit send. The template builder made it easy to drop in ticket numbers and account details without needing any code at all.

Cons

The contact import screen doesn't always catch duplicate phone numbers when customers submit tickets from different email addresses. I've had to manually merge a handful of profiles where the same person ended up listed twice because they used their work email one day and personal the next.

### "Automating Newsletter Sends After Campaign Launch"

October 12, 2026

5.0

I love how Brevo's automated email sequences let me set up a follow-up chain after every webinar, so I never miss a touchpoint; I just drop a trigger, pick a template, and the system sends the next email when attendees click a link, keeping engagement high without extra effort.

Pros

I love the drag‑and‑drop email builder; it lets me assemble templates in minutes without touching code. The real win is the built‑in A/B testing that shows which subject line gets more opens. It’s helped us bump our click‑through rates by a few points.

Cons

The documentation could be clearer; I spent a week hunting for how to set up transactional email triggers. And the support response time could be quicker, especially when I hit a bug in the API. It’s not a huge deal, but it slows us down.

### "Brevo is great value and easy enough!"

October 12, 2026

4.0

I enjoy using Brevo. It's relatively easy to use (there's always a few learning curves with platforms like this) and keeps my customer list's organized.

Pros

Brevo is consolidated and affordable. I can access my customer list, create segments, send out enough emails for my small business and do it all for better than anyone else is charging. The interface is easy enough to use.

Cons

Creating segments or downloading users (specifically with information about their subscribed/unsubscribed status) is a bit of a to-do. I've had to do this a few times now and still couldn't tell you how.

### "We’re actually getting mining clients to open our email campaigns now."

September 30, 2026

5.0

Thought this would be overkill for a small mining operation, but the time I save on client outreach pays for itself. Our monthly newsletters to construction companies now go out on schedule instead of whenever I remember. For the price and what you get, it works better than I expected it would.

Pros

I expected another complicated marketing platform I'd never use. The automation builder actually surprised me, though, I set up a campaign for quarry operators in about twenty minutes with no tutorial needed. Delivery rates to our industrial contacts are noticeably better than what we had before, too.

Cons

The template library clearly wasn't designed for industrial businesses—had to build our own from scratch. Would be helpful if the mobile app let you approve campaigns when you're out at the quarry site instead of needing a laptop.

### "Great free version available "

September 30, 2026

3.0

Brevo is a great platform for beginners and easy to use. The Free tier works well however you have to pay to remove branding.

Pros

Brevo has a good free tier available and is beginner friendly and easy to use. It lets you store lots of contacts too!

Cons

Brevo free version is great however you have to pay to remove the Brevo branding on emails which makes it more unprofessional.

### "Easy and Useful for Managing Email Campaigns"

September 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. I mainly use it for organizational communication and email campaigns. It helps me manage contacts, send updates and newsletters, and track how people are engaging with our emails.

Pros

I like how easy it is to create and send email campaigns to a large audience. Managing contacts, designing emails, and checking campaign performance can all be done from one place.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features take a little time to understand, especially when setting up automations. The interface can also feel slightly crowded in some sections.

### "Great Automation, Slight Reporting Issues"

September 21, 2026

5.0

I have been using Brevo for a couple of years, and the email automation builder has made my campaigns a breeze. Dragging templates, setting up conditional content, and seeing real-time performance stats in the dashboard keeps my workflow tight and saves me hours each month.

Pros

The email automation workflow is intuitive, letting us set triggers from form submissions; the drag-and-drop editor feels pretty solid, and the Zapier integration saves time.

Cons

The reporting dashboard is a bit congested, data export options are limited, and support sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues.

### "Less cost, more features"

September 17, 2026

5.0

Designing and sending emails is a breeze. You get more features for less money than other platforms.

Pros

Brevo is easy to use and provides the same features as Constant Contact, if not more, for a lot less. I like that you can have an unlimited number of contacts, as opposed to other platforms.

Cons

It can be a little challenging to get your email account verified. In some cases, you may have to pay your provider to help you.

### "Persist through the learning period, it's (mostly) worth it"

August 13, 2026

4.0

frustrating to learn, but easy once you know your way around and can craft your own way past certain obstacles you'll inevitably face

Pros

The email designer is generally very intuitive and user friendly. It's very easy to build beautiful campaigns with relatively no effort. Scheduling emails and differentiating types of emails also makes it great.

Cons

There's several things it has that are advertised as easy that I would not classify as even remotely that. Getting Brevo to talk to other apps is practically a nightmare depending on the other apps you use, and contact attributes are not very easy to cross over. This could just be that I am unlucky and use the few apps that Brevo doesnt talk to very well (blackbaud, shelterluv, and gogophoto to name a few), but even connections through zapier can be quite difficult.

### "General experiences after a year of using Brevo"

February 23, 2026

3.0

Brevo allows me to do my most important part of work - be in a constant contact with the donors of my organisation. Automations, campaigns, transactional messages - these are my most important tools. It's free, that's why I decided to use it. Sometimes, when I need to send more e-mails at once, I buy extra plan.

Pros

Free plan for unlimited contacts with not so small amount of e-mails per day (300). In the past also custom variables were very useful for personalise my e-mails, but last time it disappeared. The customer support is very good - my experience with your support-persons is also very good ( \[sensitive content hidden\]). Marketing campaigns allow me to send my most important messages for the donors of my organisation.

Cons

I'm not familiar with spam filtering, so I cannot say anything about it. Drag-and-drop e-mails creator is also quite problematic - aspecially auto-refreshing/saving hinders the work. There's not a possibility to save blocks - I need to create a section to save them.

### "Easy to use with responsive customer support"

July 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. I have been using it for email campaigns and contact management, and the platform has worked well for my requirements. The email editor is simple to use, campaign reports are useful, and email delivery has been reliable.

Pros

Brevo is quite easy to use, even for someone who is setting up email campaigns for the first time. The interface is clean and most features are easy to find. I liked the email campaign builder, contact management, and reporting dashboard. The pricing is also reasonable compared to many other email marketing tools, especially for small businesses and startups. One thing I really appreciated was their customer support. I recently had an issue related to an automatic plan upgrade, and the support team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] handled it professionally. My issue was resolved quickly, and the communication throughout the process was clear and helpful.

Cons

The contact limits on some plans can be restrictive if you are working with a large database. Also, a few automation features are not very intuitive and take some time to understand. It would be helpful if there were more ready-to-use templates and better guidance while creating advanced workflows.

### "Works great for email needs"

September 1, 2026

5.0

Used it for years and found it works. Once in awhile I needed some help and found that also. Using the videos is a fast way to get to the needed information

Pros

Integrates well with Formidable Forms. Log of sent emails is very helpful along with the statistics provided that help a lot. The tools and templates are great when creating emails.

Cons

Lot of documentation and sometimes a bit difficult to find exactly what I wanted. The videos are what I usually watch and then do a document seach if needed

### "Simple, Reliable, and Affordable Email Marketing Platform"

August 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, Brevo has been a reliable, user‑friendly platform that handles day‑to‑day email marketing needs extremely well. It’s approachable for beginners yet still capable enough for more complex automations. For the price point, the value is excellent, and it’s a strong choice for small to mid‑sized teams looking for an all‑in‑one communication tool.

Pros

Brevo makes it incredibly easy to manage email campaigns and automations without feeling overwhelming. The interface is clean, the workflow builder is intuitive, and the platform strikes a great balance between power and simplicity. Deliverability has been solid, and the built‑in CRM features add real value without requiring extra tools.

Cons

Some advanced customization options feel limited compared to higher‑end marketing platforms. The template editor can be a bit rigid at times, and certain analytics views require extra clicks to get the full picture. Support is helpful but occasionally slow during peak hours.

### "It’s a solid platform for managing our B2B outreach."

August 13, 2026

5.0

Does what we need it to do for the price point. I've used pricier platforms at previous companies and honestly, for a mid-sized operation like ours, Brevo covers the essentials. Not fancy, but it handles our dealer communications and tracks engagement well enough that I can make smarter sales decisions. Worth considering if you're not a massive enterprise.

Pros

We send out our product catalogs and seasonal promos to retail partners all over Southeast Asia. The email builder gets the job done, and the automation is a real time-saver for keeping track of follow-ups with distributors. I use the campaign reports to see who’s actually opening our emails, which is a big help when I’m deciding which accounts to call first. Plus, the CRM lets me segment our dealer network myself, so I don't have to bother IT every time I need something.

Cons

The landing page builder feels half-baked compared to the email side. Had some frustrating moments with their support team during our initial setup, took three days to get clarity on API limits. The mobile app is pretty basic, which is annoying when I'm traveling between trade shows and need to check campaign performance quickly.

### "User-Friendly and Effective Email Marketing Platform"

September 7, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to create and manage email campaigns, import contacts, use HTML templates, and personalize emails. The campaign reports and analytics are useful for tracking performance. While there is some room for improvement in pricing, payment processing, and support response times, overall Brevo is a reliable and effective platform for email marketing.

Pros

What I liked most about Brevo is its user-friendly interface, easy contact management, flexible email campaign features, HTML template support, and personalization options. The campaign reporting and analytics are also helpful for tracking performance and engagement.

Cons

The pricing can be a little high for higher email volumes, and some advanced features and settings could be made more straightforward. The platform is generally easy to use, but there is still room for improvement in payment processing and customer support response times.

### "Great Campaigns, But Learning Curve"

September 14, 2026

5.0

The automated email workflow builder in Brevo has been a game changer for my team; I can drag and drop triggers, set up personalized sequences, and instantly see real‑time stats. It saved us hours each month, letting us focus on creative copy instead of manual tagging.

Pros

I appreciate how Brevo's drag-and-drop email builder lets me create responsive campaigns in minutes, and the real-time preview keeps me from sending broken layouts. The built-in segmentation tool automatically tags contacts by recent clicks, saving me hours of manual sorting. Integration with Zapier to push new leads into our CRM is a real win.

Cons

Documentation jumps around and some API references are outdated, so I had to search forums for a few things. Pricing tiers feel steep for small teams, and support can take a couple of days, which is kind of annoying when you’re on a deadline. But the learning curve for advanced automation is a bit steep.

### "Best Rust based Marketing/Transactional Email Platform out there!"

June 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, the platform has been a gem. I've wanted to be an ALL Rust programmer, and Brevo has helped me keep that pledge for my entire backend. The API and debugging with logs helped alleviate headaches and wasted time that I've encountered with many other platforms.

Pros

As a "Rust First" developer, I have found the documentation and ease of integration with my complex Rust E-Comm system second to none! The support has been next level and I have high praise for the API, the reasonable cost to utilize for small customers and everything has been so smooth; I couldn't have asked for a more complementary platform to recommend to all my customers.

Cons

Can't think of any, right now. I haven't utilized campaigns or automation yet, but I plan to implement in the next month or so.

### "Reliable platform, excellent support"

June 9, 2026

5.0

Pros

I switched to Brevo for both transactional and campaign emails about two years ago. I'm glad I did. The platform is excellent, paired with genuinely helpful customer service. I recently contacted Brevo support about a transactional email delivery issue that was not straightforward to diagnose. Before raising the ticket, I had already used Brevo’s portal to inspect the delivery logs, which were detailed and easy to follow. The support response was excellent. Brevo replied within a couple of hours, investigated the specific recipient mail routing at the time of delivery and explained exactly where the rejection came from. The level of detail went well beyond a generic support response or a link to a help article. The combination of traceable transactional email logs and support that was willing to properly investigate the case gives me a lot of confidence in the platform. Deliverability issues can be messy, but this experience made me feel that Brevo has our back when something does not behave as expected.

Cons

I do not have any major cons to raise. Overall, I am a happy customer and appreciate Brevo's dependability and excellent customer service.

### "Practical and Easy to Use"

January 21, 2026

4.0

I am using Brevo for my company, Genius. I haven’t explored all of the platform’s features yet, but so far I’ve really liked how practical and easy to use the tool is for day-to-day operations.

Pros

What I liked most about Brevo is the balance between simplicity and functionality. The platform makes it easy to create email campaigns and basic automations without a steep learning curve, which is great for small teams and growing businesses. The pricing is also very attractive compared to other tools with similar features, and the email editor is intuitive and fast to use. Another strong point is the all-in-one approach, combining email marketing, automations, and contact management in a single platform, which helps centralize communication.

Cons

What I liked least about Brevo is that some advanced automation and segmentation features feel limited compared to more robust platforms. Although the base price is low, unlocking relatively simple features often requires paying for additional tools, which can increase the overall cost. For more complex customer journeys, workarounds or external integrations may be necessary, adding complexity as the business grows.

### "Brevo has the Best Support Staff"

May 20, 2026

5.0

I learned a lot about getting a TFN number. It is not for the faint of heart, however that said,, Support through BREVO was intricate in this process to get the number I needed for my Members. I can't say enough good things about the Brevo Team.

Pros

Attention to detail, and what was needed next in the process of getting a TFN Number. This process was very stringent which is a good thing. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me get across the finish line.

Cons

There were no cons. They were always in touch with me throughout the whole process. I need to thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for their due diligence and staying with me throughout the whole process.

### "Reliable and Professional Email Platform with Excellent Support"

November 25, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. The platform is reliable, easy to integrate, and performs consistently well for both transactional emails and newsletters. I also want to highlight their outstanding technical support — my account was once suspended due to bot abuse, but after implementing Turnstile to secure my forms, the team reviewed the case and reactivated my account very quickly. Their responsiveness and professionalism really make a difference.

Pros

I really like how reliable and easy to use Brevo is. I’ve used it as an SMTP server for several websites’ contact forms, and it has worked flawlessly. I’ve also helped a client set up mailing lists and manage newsletters through their Brevo subscription — both the form integration and the user management tools work smoothly. The platform feels stable, intuitive, and professional, which makes it a great choice for both developers and clients.

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Brevo. If anything, the interface can feel a bit slow at times when switching between sections, especially on accounts with a lot of contacts. But overall, it’s a minor issue compared to how well the platform performs.

### "Thank You Brevo"

March 23, 2026

5.0

Pros

Speed and ease of use. The perfect automation for email campaigns to clients and leads. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Brevo. In fact, I’m currently using it to send email campaigns for one of my clients.

Cons

I haven’t had any difficulties with Brevo so far. But I’d like to make one suggestion: increase the daily email sending limit a little more.

### "Brevo is a solid choice!"

March 27, 2026

5.0

We are a non-profit and Brevo fits our needs exceptionally well. I've used Brevo before in enterprise and agency situations. It continues to be a great choice for an ESP and provides a lot of value for the money.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. The UI is intuitive. Setting up the backend for deliverability is simple and thorough.

Cons

Not much. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about the Brevo platform. I've used many different ESPs and Brevo is a solid choice.
