I use it for a years and all I need to do about Digital Marketing I can do with it. The price is just.

Pros

It´s a complete Marketing platform with the resources I need for my SaaS. In one platform I have CRM, Automation, SMTP, whatsapp, Deals and more. The Customer Support is very helpful when I nedded. It´s easy to use the UIX and the api.

Cons

Some time there are new functions that I wasn´t using that don´t work fine, new configurations, but the support can solve in time.

Apesar da ausência de intuitividade, consegui me adaptar bem com o brevo e acho maravilhoso como posso enviar muitos e-mails em pouco tempo

A praticidade de enviar emails mkt, com os modelos disponíveis, além da facilidade de subir muitos contatos para a plataforma com o exel

Cons

Não é intuitivo, não tem como fazer teste grátis do uso do whatsapp, que é algo que me interessa, não é possível excluir uma campanha

Quem sabe daqui um tempo a Brevo seja interessante para mim mas agora não faz sentido. Gostei da inteligência artificial que ajuda bastante, ela sabe o melhor horário para enviar os email, no automático deixando com a IA vi mais resultado. Gostei do layout dos emails, pra quem não profissional do Marketing ajuda a valorizar a marca.

Pros

Gostei da facilidade de carregar a lista de clientes e também como personalizar o email passando autoridade para o cliente. A plataforma é bem intuitiva e fácil de programar.

Cons

A quantidade de clientes, pequenas empresas não tem capital para investir muito e 500 clientes são muito pouco, tenho lista de empresas com mais de 10 mil contatos. Prefiro investir esse valor em tráfego no Google ads.

Um sistema fácil de usar, fácil de administrar, tem bons e-mails prontos e editáveis, além de ter um bom custo-benefício.

Pros

A facilidade de uso, o custo-benefício, interface do usuário interessante e a gestão de e-mails programados é interessante.

Cons

Comecei a usar agora e ainda não tenho o que reclamar, a única coisa que eu não achei interessando foi que os e-mails são enviados com o nome da Brevo no final.

It is one of our priorities to inform and engage our students. I can use this to manage our course announcements and promotion campaigns. It provides an exceptionally easy point of entry in education marketing, though the problems of deliverability need to be monitored at all times.

Pros

The functionality and user-friendly interface in terms of email handling are wonderful and our small teaching faculty was able to design and mail gorgeous monthly newsletters to our potential students in a very short time.

Cons

The overly aggressive spam filtering sometimes pushes our valid class schedules right to the junk mail folders of the students and even the advanced marketing and sales automation options are not worth the money when weighed against the slow response time of the customer care section, which is further complicated by the fact that the customer care department is very slow to reply.

We use Brevo in order to send out transactional e-mails, as well as marketing campaigns. The transactional e-mails are very useful in our company because they are used in our apps, for user information. We also needed to ask something once and the customer service was also great.

Pros

Easy to set up and configure with many useful features. Espacially the transactional e-mails are a crucial part of our app flow.

Cons

Nothing so far, although we haven't explored all the platform's capabilities. We have not spotted any problem in the UI or the functionalities.

Super friendly, fácil de usar e com preço/ funções muito bom. Rápida no processamento, com tutoriais muito claros.

Cons

Não tem PT-PT, só PT-BR. Templates que se confundem por serem semelhantes. Nada demais, mas pode melhorar
