Pros

I really like Brevo because its price is very competitive; with a large user base, you pay less for ten times more features than other tools in the same field. I also really liked its automations, which allow me to create more and more customer journeys and better manage my emails.

Cons

Brevo has a less modernized user interface than other software; I like its robust automation, but it takes a lot of time to master.

I have been using Brevo for a couple of years for my weekly email campaigns for my travel advisor business and have been extremely happy. As I compared it to the other options, I found it easiest to use with a clean user interface with nicely designed templates. The price plans are extremely reasonable and overall, Brevo has been great at meeting my needs. I cannot imagine ever needing to change to anything else.

Pros

The user interface is super easy to use, making it a breeze to build my weekly email campaigns. The templates are clean and professional too.

Cons

Wish there was a way to build a more robust form - more than just collecting an email address and name.

J'utilise Brevo principalement pour l'envoi d'e-mails transactionnels et marketing, et récemment pour les SMS. Mon expérience est très positive. La plateforme est fiable, les API sont simples à utiliser et bien documentées, et les performances sont au rendez-vous. J'ai récemment migré un système d'envoi de SMS depuis un autre fournisseur vers Brevo. Malgré un blocage initial lié à l'activation du service SMS, le support a répondu rapidement, a identifié le problème et l'a résolu efficacement. Après réactivation, les SMS ont été envoyés et reçus sans difficulté. Cette réactivité a renforcé ma confiance dans la solution.

Pros

Brevo me permet de centraliser l'envoi d'e-mails transactionnels, de campagnes marketing et désormais de SMS au sein d'une seule plateforme. L'API est bien documentée et l'intégration dans mes applications web a été rapide. J'apprécie particulièrement la réactivité du support : lors d'un problème de suspension du service SMS, mon ticket a été traité rapidement et la situation a été résolue efficacement. Les tests réalisés après intervention ont fonctionné immédiatement.

Cons

La plateforme est riche en fonctionnalités, ce qui peut rendre certaines options un peu difficiles à trouver lors de la prise en main. Une meilleure visibilité des statuts liés aux services SMS et à la validation des comptes serait également appréciable pour les utilisateurs techniques.

Pros

Brevo is such an undervalued tool I think more companies should know about. It is more affordable than other similar companies and products. It's so easy to use and setup and makes marketing so easy.

Cons

There are a few features I personally have not used so it's hard to give some cons so really all I have is just sooooo minor and that's just keeping inboxes connected. It becomes a hassle with multiple users and making sure they keep things updated.

I have been happy so far! Lots of great features with a classy appearance and easy to use editor tools.

Pros

The interface is very easy and intuitive and customer support has been great! They also offer really strong value for features at a reasonable price.

Cons

My only "wish" so far is that I would like a price tier between the business and the big expensive enterprise level. There are a couple of minor features it would be nice to have - like pop up forms - that are not available until the BIG plan.

Great from start to finish. I was able to create the list I needed. Using vibe coding I was able to incorporate their code into my site and create forms and connect to my list fairly easily.

Pros

After searching endlessly for a reliable autoresponder, I settled on Brevo. It is so easy to use and intuitive. The support is great and most of all it is free for small startups with a small list. They have covered every need so far and as I grow, I am confident they will scale with me.

Cons

Some of the interface and API creation was a bit confusing but not much. I was able to work through support to achieve what I was trying to accomplish.

It was Average. Eventually my issues were resolved but still could not find a quick solution to my answers with were not answered timeously.

Pros

Easy online Payment. Regular feedback on queries. Easy login. surfing on the site to find particular topics that we are lookin for.

Cons

Not user friendly when having a query. Struggled with communication. Feedback was regular but not correct. Very slow to Correct Issues.
