Pros

I switched to Brevo for both transactional and campaign emails about two years ago. I'm glad I did. The platform is excellent, paired with genuinely helpful customer service. I recently contacted Brevo support about a transactional email delivery issue that was not straightforward to diagnose. Before raising the ticket, I had already used Brevo’s portal to inspect the delivery logs, which were detailed and easy to follow. The support response was excellent. Brevo replied within a couple of hours, investigated the specific recipient mail routing at the time of delivery and explained exactly where the rejection came from. The level of detail went well beyond a generic support response or a link to a help article. The combination of traceable transactional email logs and support that was willing to properly investigate the case gives me a lot of confidence in the platform. Deliverability issues can be messy, but this experience made me feel that Brevo has our back when something does not behave as expected.

Cons

I do not have any major cons to raise. Overall, I am a happy customer and appreciate Brevo's dependability and excellent customer service.

Does what i need it to although it can be frustrating when adding new lists. Support once engaged are swift and responsive but initial response can be delayed due to time differences.

Pros

Brevo has Intuitive dashboards, easy design tools, clear and easy reporting and tracking. Pricing is reasonable.

Cons

Very strict regarding bounce rates of new lists, leads to immediate suspension and lots of frustrating back and forth performing multiple tasks to be reinstated. Never experienced this to this level with other marketing email software

Happy with it. Pretty good for a free app and templates are reasonable. Easy to set up and use. Good delivery %

Pros

I reccommend and use Brevo for many of clients. It performs well and does not have the low restricted contact counts of it's main rivals.

Cons

Requires a unique cellphone number for each account. I don't have enough pockets! Not practical and needs addressing

Overall, I've found Brevo to be a powerful and well-designed platform with excellent support, useful reporting and analysis and great customer population management.

Pros

I've had a positive experience with Brevo overall. The dashboard is intuitive, campaign creation is straightforward, and importing and managing contact lists is much easier than many alternatives I've used. The reporting tools are clear and make it easy to understand how campaigns are performing. I was also impressed with the support team. They were professional, polite, informative and took the time to review my situation in detail rather than simply providing generic responses.

Cons

The only challenge I experienced was that the platform is understandably very strict on deliverability and compliance from the outset. While I appreciate the need to protect sender reputation, it can make it difficult for businesses inheriting older customer databases to gradually assess and improve list quality. In my case, the compliance team worked with me constructively and helped identify the underlying issues, which I appreciated.

Very good service, easy to set up and use. Will definitely use again for testing purposes and would certainly consider using as a sender if the situation arose.

Pros

I needed to quickly debug an email template. Brevo allowed me to get set up within minutes to send test emails and begin the debugging process, which was invaluable.

Cons

A sandbox mode would be great - I accidentally triggered spam suspension because I was sending the same email multiple times in a short space of time. Support got me back up and running well though.

Our overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. We recently launched email campaigns for our skincare brand and found the platform reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective. The email editor is flexible, campaign analytics are easy to understand, and deliverability has been very good. Brevo offers great value for growing businesses that need professional email marketing without the complexity of enterprise-level solutions. We highly recommend it to companies looking for a complete marketing and communication platform.

Pros

Brevo made email marketing much easier for our business. The platform is intuitive, the email builder is simple to use, and domain authentication was straightforward. We especially appreciate the all-in-one approach that combines email campaigns, contact management, automation, and transactional emails in a single platform. Customer support was responsive and helped us quickly resolve our DKIM authentication issue.

Cons

Some settings and subscription management options can be difficult to find for new users. Certain features are hidden behind multiple menus, and a few interface elements could be more intuitive. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it works very well.

Overall, the platform has been a gem. I've wanted to be an ALL Rust programmer, and Brevo has helped me keep that pledge for my entire backend. The API and debugging with logs helped alleviate headaches and wasted time that I've encountered with many other platforms.

Pros

As a "Rust First" developer, I have found the documentation and ease of integration with my complex Rust E-Comm system second to none! The support has been next level and I have high praise for the API, the reasonable cost to utilize for small customers and everything has been so smooth; I couldn't have asked for a more complementary platform to recommend to all my customers.

Cons

Can't think of any, right now. I haven't utilized campaigns or automation yet, but I plan to implement in the next month or so.

J'utilise Brevo pour envoyer des emails marketing en masse a des listes de contacts. Il est relié à mon CRM via des listes

Pros

la partie marketing est simple et le tableau de bord facile à comprendre ce qui permet d'avoir un bon suivi et de monter sur l'outil vite.

Cons

l'interface de gestion des contacts est très basique et ne me permet pas de l'utiliser sur les autres fonctionnalité en dehors de l'envoi d'email marketing.

Het werk heel erg duidelijk, gemakkelijk en soepel. Ik begrijp wat ik moet doen en het lukt snel. Het is niet verwarrend.

Pros

De mogelijkheid om een videomeeting met mensen te plannen, die is gekoppeld aan mijn automatisering.

Cons

Ik heb er nog geen last van, maar dat ik extra moet betalen als ik meer lopende automatiseringen heb, is iets waar ik tegenop zie.

So far our exsperience has been great! Now we have a better understanding of the system we are hoping to get more from it.

Pros

The support we recived was excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] in customer service went above and beyond to take us through things step by step, in order for us to get the best results.

Cons

The system does so much that it can be a little baffling, but that's just down to learning what it can do and what's right for us, so this isn't really a negative by any means.
