### "Mailchimp's smarter, more efficient cousin!"

May 15, 2026

5.0

Great. Especially after pleasantly encountering a serious, Indian (did not expect in a predominantly European product!), helpful Senior Executive who understood my concern and had a soluion ready. Setting up was easy and using the product has been a good experience.

Pros

Perfect campaign tool for SMBs. Mailchimp but more economical, more efficient. A leap foward from the original Sendinblue product, feature packed and did I say economical?

Cons

Not a dealbreaker but the UI could be more premium, features less jam packed and more integrated with actual user workflow. The pricing page is confusing. When I see Rs. 625 in bold for a starter pack, I go to checkout page expecting to pay Rs. 625. But suddenly a calcualtion showing an unreasonable gap (1500 contacts -> directly 50,000 contacts) appears on the checkout page which sort of drains a person's intent to go ahead with the purchase! The >100% of the product subscription price tag for removing branding (Rs 750 -> Rs. 625) was somewhat surprising.

### "I recommend Brevo for your Digital Marketing solution"

I use it for a years and all I need to do about Digital Marketing I can do with it. The price is just.

Pros

It´s a complete Marketing platform with the resources I need for my SaaS. In one platform I have CRM, Automation, SMTP, whatsapp, Deals and more. The Customer Support is very helpful when I nedded. It´s easy to use the UIX and the api.

Cons

Some time there are new functions that I wasn´t using that don´t work fine, new configurations, but the support can solve in time.

### "Waste of my money and my time"

May 7, 2026

1.0

I have tried repeatedly to contact by both phone and email but unfortunately have received little meaningful support. Phone calls go unanswered, and there is not even an option to leave a voicemail. The email responses appear to be automated, typically asking for additional details while thanking me for my patience, despite the information already provided. At this point, I feel as though I have made a donation to the company rather than a worthwhile investment in my business.

Pros

At this point, I cannot say there is anything I have liked about . Their marketing strategy appears promising; however, their product and customer service have been virtually nonexistent.

Cons

I signed my contract with on October 22, 2025, and paid the $249.00 fee to gain access to the network. Since then, I have received only one referral, and unfortunately, it was not a valid lead. For the past several weeks, I am not even able to log into the site

### "Overall, a great experience with a new email provider"

May 19, 2026

4.0

I like the pricing, the options, the features that come with the small business tier. I also really enjoy the simplicity of creating an email from scratch and the extra design options I never got with other email providers. I like their templates, though some aspects can be difficult to edit if you don't outright remove the item and replace it with something else/start over in the area. Despite some difficulties in getting started, I consider it a learning curve and I'm very happy with everything once I got the hang of using it. Would definitely recommend.

Pros

I love the customer service and the ease of creating emails with the block builder. The operators were very helpful with getting our account verified and helping me navigate the rules, dashboard, and subscriber management. The block builder for creating emails from scratch is easy to use and has many features I enjoy. I also like some of their email template styles. They're good starters if you need a boost in creativity, but you're also welcome to just create one from scratch yourself.

Cons

The left-hand menu and contacts list. The menu is a little bulky, some things are not found where I expected them to be. Like wanting to delete non-subscribers simply by deleting a list but finding I needed to use one of many confusing filters or to delete by selecting them one at a time from contacts instead. The contact list vs. the automatically created lists can be confusing when I expected them all in one spot. I also didn't want to include any non-subscribers or "blocklisted" people to my contacts but that was automatically added when connected to our Shopify store. It had me concerned that they would charge extra or consider our tier limit exceeded because of the extra contacts that we essentially cannot use. In Shopify, I created our signup form, but when adding it to our page, it was set to the right - even though I chose "centered" and tried every other option for it as well, it always stayed at the right. At some point, I'll have to add some code to make sure it goes to the center of our page. It feels like an unnecessary step. Also, when first experimenting, the email template I tried out was somewhat difficult to edit. It had text over a photo and it was somewhat difficult to access each layer on the editor. It didn't allow me to change the photo size/shape so I had to create a new graphic just for the template.

I learned a lot about getting a TFN number. It is not for the faint of heart, however that said,, Support through was intricate in this process to get the number I needed for my Members. I can't say enough good things about the Brevo Team.

Pros

Cons

### "Brevo is a solid choice!"

March 26, 2026

5.0

We are a non-profit and fits our needs exceptionally well. I've used Brevo before in enterprise and agency situations. It continues to be a great choice for an ESP and provides a lot of value for the money.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. The UI is intuitive. Setting up the backend for deliverability is simple and thorough.

Cons

Not much. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about the platform. I've used many different ESPs and Brevo is a solid choice.

My overall experience with has been fantastic. The tools are easy to set up for email management and marketing automation. On top of that, their customer experience team provides world-class service, making the entire user journey smooth and reliable.

Pros

Cons

### "Best Email Tool for allround performance"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Its been a long and never ending story with . It is an allround tool for my monthly email marketing which helps to keep in touch with my interactive audience.

Pros

is a cost-effective and an intuitive tool for marketing teams with best email management features. The UI and UX of the tool gives great feedback for the decision makers to create their content and send beautiful campaigns to the audience.

Cons

### "Reliable all-in-one email platform with a developer-friendly API"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience has been excellent. handles both my transactional emails and marketing newsletters reliably, and the setup was straightforward. It does exactly what I need without forcing me into an expensive plan, and the platform has been stable in daily production use. I would happily recommend it to other developers and small business owners.

Pros

offers great value for money — the free tier is generous enough to get started without any upfront cost, which is ideal for small businesses and side projects. The API is well-documented and easy to integrate; I had transactional emails working in my Spring Boot app within an hour. The admin interface is clean and intuitive, and the drag-and-drop template editor makes it simple to design good-looking marketing campaigns without writing HTML by hand. Having both transactional email and marketing campaigns under one roof is also a big plus.

Cons

Honestly, very few complaints. The dashboard can feel a bit slow to load at times - but its my internet speed, I think.

### "Very good but too expensive"

I'm happy with everything except the price. I also like that their a European company and I can speak German with the support team.

Pros

The support is just the best I've ever experienced. The newsletter editor does what I need and everything looks neat.

Cons

The price is too high. I only sent a few newsletters per year and don't use any other features. So 34 EUR per month seems a bit out of proportion.

### "Practical and Easy to Use"

December 17, 2025

4.0

I am using for my company, Genius. I haven’t explored all of the platform’s features yet, but so far I’ve really liked how practical and easy to use the tool is for day-to-day operations.

Pros

What I liked most about is the balance between simplicity and functionality. The platform makes it easy to create email campaigns and basic automations without a steep learning curve, which is great for small teams and growing businesses. The pricing is also very attractive compared to other tools with similar features, and the email editor is intuitive and fast to use. Another strong point is the all-in-one approach, combining email marketing, automations, and contact management in a single platform, which helps centralize communication.

Cons

What I liked least about is that some advanced automation and segmentation features feel limited compared to more robust platforms. Although the base price is low, unlocking relatively simple features often requires paying for additional tools, which can increase the overall cost. For more complex customer journeys, workarounds or external integrations may be necessary, adding complexity as the business grows.

### "Brevo Review-Yinvesti Team"

November 20, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with was positive and reliable. Once I learned where everything was, the platform made everyday tasks simple and consistent. I liked that it supported both basic needs and more advanced actions without forcing me to learn complicated systems. The workflow felt predictable which made it easier to plan and organize communications. Even with the small inconveniences I encountered, the benefits outweighed the frustrations. Brevo helped me stay organized and complete tasks that would have taken much longer elsewhere. I would describe the experience as dependable and helpful for managing communication in an efficient way.

Pros

I appreciated how straightforward was to use from the beginning. The layout is clean and the tools are organized in a way that makes sense even if you are not deeply experienced with email platforms. I found it helpful that creating campaigns felt quick and intuitive, especially when customizing messages or adjusting templates. The automations were also easy to set up and saved me time once everything was running. Brevo made it simple to manage contacts and keep everything in one place without feeling overwhelming. Overall it offered a practical experience that supported what I needed.

Cons

The main issue I ran into with was that some features required extra steps that felt a bit slower than they should have been. Certain customization options were available but not as flexible as I hoped, which led to a few moments of adjusting my approach to make things work. There were also times when the interface responded a little slower during heavier tasks. None of these problems were deal breakers, but they did interrupt the workflow on occasion. I felt that a bit more refinement in some tools would make the experience smoother.

### "Easy setup and high value vs competitors."

October 23, 2025

5.0

Very satisfactory. I have had little issue with the service since switching, and one of them was simply an issue of me not being able to find a fuction, which support easily pointed out to me.

Pros

Value of services vs competitors. Ease of use of the dashboard and SMTP/API interfaces. Thanks to this, and a decent third party support of the service, I was able to quickly migrate us from mailchimp to .

Cons

Some instructions are unclear, so documentation could use a mild "tune-up." Such as when I was notified that we did not have a functioning captcha (due to an API key mismatch on our end), no where did it state that we needed to open a ticket to verify the resolution to prevent our service being locked. The way the docs were written made it sound like it would be automatically checked.

### "Great Value for Money, Good Experience and Solid Deliverability"

July 20, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with had been positive. I like that there are good numbers of drag-and-drop editors, professional templates, dynamic content personalization, A/B testing, and advanced segmentation. I love the Automation and it’s vsual workflow builder, the ready-made templates for journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement and the awesome multi-step sequences across channels I have also found Brevo support staff to be responsive and quite efficient at sorting out my problems. All in all, I’m very happy and content with Brevo

Pros

I've been using for a few months now and one thing I love most is the it is an all-in-one email marketing and CRM platform tailored to small businesses like mine. I wanted a platform that's easy to learn, navigate and pocket friendly with good value for money, glad I hot all three! ### "Great Features with Room for UX Improvements"

June 6, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It’s a reliable platform that brings together essential marketng tools email campaigns, automation, and CRM in a way that’s easy to manage and scale. While the user interface could use some refinement, the core functionality is strong, and we’ve seen clear improvements in engagement and workflow efficiency since adopting it. Support has also been responsive wenever we’ve needed help. It’s a solid choice for any team looking to streamline their customer communication.

Pros

The best thing about is how seamlesly it combines email marketing, automation, and CRM features in one easy-to-use platform. The drag-and-drop email builder is ituitive, and the automation workflows make it simple to create personalized experiences for different customer segments. I also really appreciate the high deliverability rates and detailed analytics. it helps us know what’s working and where to optimize.

Cons

The user experience could be improved in a few areas. Some parts of the interface feel a bit clunky or uninuitive, especially when navigating between campaigns, contacts, and automation workflows. It’s not a dealbeaker, but a more streamlined and modern UX would definitely enhance the overall experience.

I'm a lead developer at a small web agency, and we always recommend to our clients. It's easy to set up, provides all the functionality our clients need at the best pricepoint, and the account configuration makes it very easy to co-work and troubleshoot across different accounts.

Pros

### "My experience with Brevo (formerly SendinBlue)"

June 1, 2025

4.0

I had tried several email marketing tools before finally choosing (formerly SendinBlue), and two things really stood out to me: the pricing model, which didn’t charge based on the number of contacts — at the time, we already had a list of 600 contacts — and the positive reviews from specialized websites, which ranked Brevo’s email deliverability alongside other more well-known platforms. Since then, I’ve been quite happy with the platform, especially after unlocking the Business plan features. I find the interface intuitive, the API integration documentation clear, and overall it meets my company’s needs very well. That said, I only use the email features — I tried using the CRM but it didn’t meet our needs, so we opted for a more robust external solution that integrates better with our workflow.

Pros

I really like the support — it’s usually quick and provides precise answers to all my questions. I also enjoy the interface; it’s easy to get used to and makes it simple to find and apply the available features. I appreciated the update to the automation feature as well — it brought new possibilities and made the tool much more robust. I also like the reports, and I think the new "best time to send" feature is a big improvement over the old one. I’m also satisfied with the segmentation options — they work very well and meet our needs. I haven’t tested the A/B testing feature yet.

Cons

Sometimes, the email design editor freezes, and I have to exit and re-enter the platform to continue editing. There are also occasional stability issues — I’ve been locked out of the platform at times when I really needed access. I also find the pricing model somewhat unclear; most of the support tickets I’ve opened were to clarify doubts about how pricing works. Additionally, the automation for updating custom fields in contact records and moving contacts between lists doesn’t always work as expected. From time to time, I need to manually check and fix what the automation didn’t handle correctly.

### "Brevo - Fantastic for SME businesses that don't want all the complications of using an email marketing tool"

5.0

As per my comment in the Pros: section, everything has been super easy to use and set up so far and we're only using 30-40% of the system so it has great potential. Very happy with the system and great price point.

Pros

The system is easy to use, and user friendly, the price point is great for a small business and I've contacted support three times since signing up with questions about what I was doing wrong and every time I have messaged them, my problem has been resolved within 24hrs. Great service.

### "Brevo - A good tool that can become better."

August 1, 2025

5.0

It was good. Some limitation should be lifted. Record level security & bot clicks management should be better.

Pros

I really enjoy using . It’s simple, clear, and does what I need without making things complicated. Setting up emails and managing contacts is easy, and the whole experience just feels smooth. Value of money & no limit on contact is cheery on top.

Cons

I cannot have a permission that can remove delete from user setup. I want to give read/edit permission to sales reps but not delete. A disgruntled rep can erase my database someday.

### "Good Platform"

December 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been excellent. We started with the free plan, and because we really liked the platform, we decided to upgrade to a paid plan. It’s very easy to use, even for beginners, and integrates seamlessly with other platforms, which makes managing our processes much more efficient.

Pros

is an easy-to-use platform that makes CRM management simple and accessible, even for users with little technical knowledge. Its intuitive design and user-friendly features create a comfortable experience, allowing you to focus on your goals without complexity. I would definitely recommend Brevo to anyone looking for a straightforward and reliable solution

Cons

The main drawback for me is the limitation on the number of contacts in automation workflows and the reports provided for these automations. They could be more flexible and detailed to better support advanced needs

### "Email marketing that doesn’t break the bank and fits a luxury brand."

April 17, 2026

5.0

I entered into the management of together with my billing duties at Kilarys and it was easier than I thought. The interface is not overcrowded and email control is straightforward and the price as compared to the normal price charged by similar sites made it an easy internal sell. We do not need a separate marketing staff, as it handles our sales and marketing communication.

Pros

The email editor is well-organized and the mailing is always of high quality. makes our communications look the part, in a jewelry brand where presentation is important.

Cons

There is inconsistency in spam filtering of incoming campaign analytics. There are some valid engagement data that is flagged strangely and that confuses me when I go through campaign performance that relates to billing.

### "Affordable marketing for our guest lists."

January 15, 2026

5.0

This tool offers you a very high performance for little money compared to most more expensive options. The platform that this software is located on handles our email marketing as long as it follows all local regulations; though it occasionally gets caught off-guard by a seemingly onerous compliance rule.

Pros

I liked that the program is fairly straightforward and user friendly. Spam blocking sometimes is too aggressive and blocks legitimate emails to our corporate clients.

Cons

Sometimes customer support takes too long to answer even simple account questions. We have to make sure the people get their booking confirmation and what we are offering on our new seasonal offers without spending a fortune on it, so we need an email delivery service.

### "Super Easy and Hassle-Free Communication Tool!"

June 18, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been excellent. It’s a reliable and efficient tool that simplifies communication tasks. With a few tweaks, it could be perfect!

Pros

What I liked most about is how incredibly easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage and send communications without any hassle. It really streamlines the whole process and saves me a lot of time.

Cons

One feature I’d love to see is a system that automatically stores all communication history under each lead when they respond. This would make tracking conversations much smoother.
