Pros

Une solution d'emailing en drag & drop très fonctionnelle qui permet d'envoyer des emails à de larges bases de données et de suivre derrière les résultats. On peut également programmer nos emails très facilement ! Une solution très utile pour les équipes marketing qui n'ont pas beaucoup de budget et qui souhaite communiquer facilement par mail avec leurs clients. Le plus c'est également la disponibilité du service client qui répond très souvent rapidement lorsque l'on a des questions !

Cons

Le drag and drop peut quelque fois limiter notre créativité et sur certaines boites mail (outlook) le résultat n'est pas le même que le design travaillé ce qui peut être assez frustrant et chronophage. La connection des API et des domaines peut être très galère quand on s'y connait pas et les FAQ sont très succinctes. Heureusement qu'il y a le service client

Pros

Gostei que no mesmo tempo que eu consigo fazer o marketing da minha empresa através de email marketing, eu ja tenho a opção de poder colocar o crm da empresa e ainda colocar tarefas sobre. No email enviado consigo saber os que clicaram e leram e ainda entrar em contato posteriorment, o acompanhamento é muito melhor e organizado.

Cons

Ele não é tão intuitivo, se faz necessário parar para aprender algumas funções para usa - lo corretamente, o que demanda tempo.

As of now, one of the most solid ESPs out there, which not only produces an amazing front-end/UI experience but also delivers top-notch results on deliverability and acceptance by big providers.

Pros

There are plenty of good reasons to like—easy product, well-built and clean interface. What most companies fail at is keeping a product that is friendly to end-users, since they want to showcase many options. However, SendinBlue (now Brevo) provides an excellent, clean path for Marketing and User Management. To add that the price is fantastic for small and mid-sized companies. API access is very but very good very impressive, quick fyi for those whom needed it

Cons

I want to be able to add Marketeers and other users to the account without additional fees. I don't see the added value and it creates frustration to share a password.

It has been a very positive experience over several years with regular useful feature and user interface updates.

Pros

Easy to use and customise to suit needs of a small not for profit organisation. Support very quick to respond to queries and also to advise of any temporary operational problems. Excellent value for money relative to feature set.

Cons

Very little to dislike, but would like more granular analysis of clicked links which are available in higher subscription levels, recognising that we still have a very good feature set.

My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. The platform is reliable, easy to integrate, and performs consistently well for both transactional emails and newsletters. I also want to highlight their outstanding technical support — my account was once suspended due to bot abuse, but after implementing Turnstile to secure my forms, the team reviewed the case and reactivated my account very quickly. Their responsiveness and professionalism really make a difference.

Pros

I really like how reliable and easy to use Brevo is. I’ve used it as an SMTP server for several websites’ contact forms, and it has worked flawlessly. I’ve also helped a client set up mailing lists and manage newsletters through their Brevo subscription — both the form integration and the user management tools work smoothly. The platform feels stable, intuitive, and professional, which makes it a great choice for both developers and clients.

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Brevo. If anything, the interface can feel a bit slow at times when switching between sections, especially on accounts with a lot of contacts. But overall, it’s a minor issue compared to how well the platform performs.

Very satisfactory. I have had little issue with the service since switching, and one of them was simply an issue of me not being able to find a fuction, which support easily pointed out to me.

Pros

Value of services vs competitors. Ease of use of the dashboard and SMTP/API interfaces. Thanks to this, and a decent third party support of the service, I was able to quickly migrate us from mailchimp to Brevo.

Cons

Some instructions are unclear, so documentation could use a mild "tune-up." Such as when I was notified that we did not have a functioning captcha (due to an API key mismatch on our end), no where did it state that we needed to open a ticket to verify the resolution to prevent our service being locked. The way the docs were written made it sound like it would be automatically checked.

Brevo est devenu un pilier de notre écosystème digital chez Athorus Digital. Nous l’utilisons à la fois pour les newsletters automatisées, les emails transactionnels et le marketing automation de nos clients. L’outil est stable, évolutif et s’intègre facilement dans nos workflows (WordPress, CRM, etc.). On sent que la plateforme est pensée pour des agences et freelances exigeants. Bref : un outil fiable, humain et efficace, à la hauteur de son positionnement européen.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Brevo, c’est la clarté de l’interface et la polyvalence de la plateforme. Tout est fluide : création d’e-mails, automatisations, gestion des listes, intégrations WordPress… C’est un vrai outil tout-en-un pour centraliser la communication digitale sans multiplier les services externes. Leur support client est aussi très réactif et compétent, ce qui reste rare aujourd’hui.

Cons

L’éditeur d’e-mail est parfois un peu rigide sur le responsive et les blocs personnalisés. J’aimerais aussi un peu plus de souplesse dans la planification automatisée (notamment les filtres de temps sur les campagnes RSS). Rien de bloquant, mais quelques optimisations UX rendraient l’expérience parfaite.

My overall experience with Brevo has been good. It's easy to use, it's great value for the amount I spend on it. I tried using it for email marketing campaigns, but it wasn't ideal since I wasn't bombarding my subscribers all the time with emails. I'd go back the next month to do a newsletter, and all my subscribers would be marked "inactive." Their WordPress plugin used to not be updated in a timely manner, but they've done better in this department.

Pros

I primarily use Brevo as a tool so that I and my clients can receive transactional emails through our WordPress sites, and it's outstanding for that. I find the user interface to be easy to navigate, and I can always quickly find what I need.

Cons

I haven't used their customer support in quite some time, because they used to give me answers that weren't correct. What I didn't like about that is that someone who knows nothing about how email works would look at their replies and find them plausible. However, the technical language in their replies left a lot to be desired.

A minha experiência geral é muito boa! Estou usando para comunicação de uma campanha interna com os usuários da minha ferramenta. Tenho intenção de usar a API dentro da minha própria ferramenta. Vou verificar como funciona na documentação.

Pros

Gostei da possibilidade de testar a ferramenta sem assumir custos. Eu consegui fazer o que eu preciso, que era enviar uma campanha para os usuários da minha plataforma. Consegui também gerar um formulário para apoiar a isso. E ainda pude usar o serviço de automatização para receber um email ao receber uma resposta no formulário gerado. A interface do usuário é enxuta, e isso me agrada, torna a navegação mais precisa e fácil.

Cons

Não gostei tanto da forma como as respostas dos formulário são tratadas. Levei um tempo para enteder a dinamica. Mas eu vi vantagem no formato atual, apenas acredito que as respostas aos formulários poderiam ter uma visão mais rápida, consolidada e clara, por exemplo, seria legal visualizar facilmente uma tabela com as respostas, seria mais simples. Porém, isso não quer dizer que eu mudaria tudo, apenas acrescentaria esse recurso: consulta de respostas através de um relatório em tabela, diretamente na página Formulário.

No geral estou gostando, existem vantagens e desvantagens como toda ferramenta, ao falar com o suporte tive esperança de melhorias nas limitações citadas, espero que as expectativas sejam atendidas.

Pros

Pesquisei diversas plataformas de e-mail marketing, e a Brevo foi a única que consegui realmente testar, todas as outras exigem alguma licença ou plano para utilizar funcionalidades básicas. Enquanto a Brevo, consegui testar campanhas, formulários, automações e enviar até 300 emails por dia grátis! E isso fez com que eu obtivesse um licença para testar mais funcionalidades com a landing page.

Cons

Limitações. Existem limitações em campos de formulários, e edição de emails, e nas landing pages. Limitações como validação de telefone e email (máscaras), assinaturas em multilistas, ordenação de campos selecionáveis etc. algumas funcionalidades que eu consigo fazer na página de formulários eu não consigo na de landing page e virse-versa.

Ainda estou utilizando apenas os recursos gratuitos da plataforma, e talvez por isso eu perceba algumas limitações no uso diário. Apesar de atender bem às necessidades básicas, certas funcionalidades mais avançadas acabam ficando restritas, o que impacta um pouco a experiência geral.

Pros

A plataforma é muito fácil de usar, o que agiliza o trabalho no dia a dia. O suporte ao cliente é eficiente e oferece respostas rápidas e úteis. A interface do usuário é intuitiva, organizada e agradável, facilitando a navegação e a criação de campanhas.

Cons

Overall I'm very happy with Brevo. As a free user, I was able to do everything I needed, and as a paid user I get exactly what I pay for. I also feel I get the support I need when I run into issues, and I'm happy to see updates and fixes happening constantly which shows me they're improving the product constantly.

Pros

I've tried many CRM/email marketing platforms, and not all of them work for smaller creators like myself. I have found Brevo to be the best option for myself starting small and supporting me through growth. The free tier allows a healthy amount of daily emails that I was able to use before I had any revenue/paying customers, and then as I have grown into getting more valuable leads I happily went into the paid plan because it was right when I needed it. Every platform has a different pricing model and I found Brevo's to have a really reasonable point where you go to paid that makes sense. Others turn me off because you have to pay too early or too much in a way that doesn't match your business.

Cons

In my experience, none of these platforms are super easy to use, and Brevo is no exception. I found the contact attributes, automations, and forms features difficult to figure out (especially since they were transitioning to some new editors when I got the subscription) but I got there eventually. And to their credit, they do have good customer support.

Great! I'm happy with it! I use it on a daily basis to send 14 different newsletters to my followers, all uploaded via API. It does exactly what I ask.

Pros

It's versatile and highly customizable. I like the API very much. Very good customer support. Nice user Interface. Value for money is better than competitors.

Cons

1) That the language setted is now always kept (I set english, but I'm localized in Germany -> next time is again german -> it changes the text of the Brevo disclaimer in the subscription form). 2) I run an informational newsletter (not a marketing one), I know this is not the main focus of Brevo (compared to other services like Beehiiv), but I would like to see more options in this context (for example the possibility of a referral program). If someone is searching a platform for this and has not 14 lists as I have, I would suggest a competitor. 3) sometimes I think it would be nice to have an App, but the browser navigation it's ok 4) The business option is a little bit expensive for me (I'm running a free newsletter!)

We have been using Brevo for more than a year and have seen quite a bit of improvement, especially in new feature development, and the customer support team is always helpful. Great experience.

Pros

The user interface is excellent, user-friendly, and easy to use. Customer support is also professional & efficient. The latest AI feature is top-notch as well, with great recommendations, and many improvement initiatives are also underway.

Cons

All good so far, just a minor part on the analytics - it would be great to have the complete data on open & click times rather than just the date.

Eles valorizam a praticidade de receber informações diretamente na caixa de entrada, com atualizações e conteúdos práticos que os ajudem no dia a dia.

Facilidade na utilização, criação das campanhas , criação de listas e segmentos, parte estética e profissional.

Cons

Existe uma dificuldade recorrente na implementação de automações por minha parte, no entanto, acredito que, com os dados que vocês já possuem sobre o comportamento e a forma de utilização de cada cliente, seria possível desenvolver uma automação real, personalizada como um teste prático. Essa automação serviria como um modelo concreto, demonstrando, na prática, o quanto o processo pode ser facilitado. Recomendo que essa automação seja gravada em vídeo, passo a passo, evidenciando o impacto direto na rotina do cliente. Esse vídeo pode gerar dois resultados estratégicos: (1) fidelizar o cliente de forma duradoura, já que ele verá valor real sendo aplicado em sua operação, e/ou (2) abrir uma nova frente de serviço, oferecendo a criação de automações personalizadas como um produto. Procurava fornecedor de serviços de disparo com a agilidade e praticidade que a Brevo me oferece, ou seja, com um painel de controle intuitivo, limpo, com ampla visão dos botões para que consiga fazer o envio de maneira rápida. Demorar para encontrar os botões e o fluxo de montagem do e-mail-marketing era stressante e isso foi resolvido com o Brevo.

Pros

gostei da rapidez na montagem do processo de envio das campanhas sendo o alvo da minha procura em concorrente.

Cons

Não tenho críticas neste aspecto até porque o meu índice de satisfação só me permite enxergar os pontos positivos.

Lo mejor es lo fácil que resulta usarlo. La interfaz es clara, el editor de emails es intuitivo, y configurar flujos automatizados no toma mucho tiempo. me parece una excelente opción si tienes un negocio pequeño o estás empezando y no quieres gastar mucho. Si eres exigente con el diseño o necesitas análisis súper detallados, tal vez se te quede corto.

Pros

Probé Brevo porque buscaba una herramienta de email marketing todo en uno, y la verdad es que me sorprendió lo completo que es, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que muchas de sus funciones están disponibles en el plan gratuito. Puedes hacer emails, automatizaciones, mandar SMS o WhatsApps, usar un CRM básico… todo desde una sola plataforma. Y encima está en español, lo cual se agradece.

Cons

No todo es perfecto. Las plantillas de correo se sienten un poco anticuadas y no hay muchas opciones para elegir. Los reportes más avanzados solo están en los planes de pago más caros, y noté que a veces los correos no llegan bien, así que la entregabilidad no es la más estable. Además, algunas partes cargan lento, como las automatizaciones la primera vez que las abres.

Overall, Brevo has been a dependable tool for managing our email marketing. The interface is straightforward, which makes it easy to train team members and launch campaigns quickly. We’ve seen consistent performance with deliverability and list management, which helps maintain trust with our audience. While more flexible reporting options would be helpful, the platform meets our needs and has been a solid choice for our marketing efforts.

Pros

Brevo’s platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to quickly create and manage campaigns without a steep learning curve. We’ve also seen excellent deliverability rates, which ensures our messages consistently reach and engage our audience.

Cons

### "Fully automating our language course enrollments."

It is one of our priorities to inform and engage our students. I can use this to manage our course announcements and promotion campaigns. It provides an exceptionally easy point of entry in education marketing, though the problems of deliverability need to be monitored at all times.

Pros

The functionality and user-friendly interface in terms of email handling are wonderful and our small teaching faculty was able to design and mail gorgeous monthly newsletters to our potential students in a very short time.

Cons

The overly aggressive spam filtering sometimes pushes our valid class schedules right to the junk mail folders of the students and even the advanced marketing and sales automation options are not worth the money when weighed against the slow response time of the customer care section, which is further complicated by the fact that the customer care department is very slow to reply.

### "My experience with Brevo (formerly SendinBlue)"

I had tried several email marketing tools before finally choosing Brevo (formerly SendinBlue), and two things really stood out to me: the pricing model, which didn’t charge based on the number of contacts — at the time, we already had a list of 600 contacts — and the positive reviews from specialized websites, which ranked Brevo’s email deliverability alongside other more well-known platforms. Since then, I’ve been quite happy with the platform, especially after unlocking the Business plan features. I find the interface intuitive, the API integration documentation clear, and overall it meets my company’s needs very well. That said, I only use the email features — I tried using the CRM but it didn’t meet our needs, so we opted for a more robust external solution that integrates better with our workflow.

Pros

I really like the support — it’s usually quick and provides precise answers to all my questions. I also enjoy the interface; it’s easy to get used to and makes it simple to find and apply the available features. I appreciated the update to the automation feature as well — it brought new possibilities and made the tool much more robust. I also like the reports, and I think the new "best time to send" feature is a big improvement over the old one. I’m also satisfied with the segmentation options — they work very well and meet our needs. I haven’t tested the A/B testing feature yet.

Cons

Sometimes, the email design editor freezes, and I have to exit and re-enter the platform to continue editing. There are also occasional stability issues — I’ve been locked out of the platform at times when I really needed access. I also find the pricing model somewhat unclear; most of the support tickets I’ve opened were to clarify doubts about how pricing works. Additionally, the automation for updating custom fields in contact records and moving contacts between lists doesn’t always work as expected. From time to time, I need to manually check and fix what the automation didn’t handle correctly.

Our overall experience with Brevo has been very positive, especially considering the excellent value for money and the range of tools it provides. The platform excels as an all-in-one solution for email, SMS, and marketing automation. The user interface is generally intuitive and easy to navigate, making campaign setup simple.

Pros

Brevo is easy to use and powerful in many ways. We appreciate the intuitive and comprehensive features the most, especially how easy it was to manage email campaigns, segment audiences and track analytics in one place.

Cons

The steep learning curve for some of the advanced automation workflows, which occasionally made setup more complex than necessary.
