The patience and determination to solve some persistent problems which we are sure others did not have due to the leading edge nature of our project

Pros

Excellent !! Interface and easy to use navigation. The API integration is simple, the help for the developer is simple.

Cons

Pricing is bit high compare to the features provided. For small companies it becomes bit difficult. The removing logo stuff is expensive.

It feels like Brevo is humbly serving me the best experience, I recommend this to my fellow colleagues without hesitation.

Pros

Straightforward, no distractions, clear and quick user interface. No monthly expensive subscription but we bought a bundel of credits that is cheaper for us.

Cons

While editing the undo function is a bit limited, when moving to the next block the edits in the previous block cannot be undone.

I am a new customer to Brevo, & as I transitioned from Mailchimp, I had no problem exporting my contacts, but once I started my automation with the welcome email, it all went to spam. I was horrified. All that effort & it was wasted. So, when I looked deeper, I found out that the sender was not my Gmail, but some weird, non-existent email. I sent them an email, although I did not believe they'll answer since I had the free plan. But they did! in 48hours. A real person wrote me back & pointed out the issue to authenticate my domain & to create a new email ( that is NOT Gmail). So, my website person took care of all those issues, and my November newsletter is on the way, and it does NOT go to Spam! So, thank you, Brevo support for helping beginning businesses like me.

Pros

I liked the automation & customer Support of Brevo. I am an indie author who has a WordPress website, & I chose Mailchimp, only because it was embedded in the website. Now, I was happy to find that Brevo is also embedded! Brevo allows automation for up to 2.000 email contacts, even with a free plan, which is awesome for beginning businesses!

Cons

The limitations of 300 emails per day. However, it is not the end of the world as one can create different lists of 300, but it means 7 lists for 2.000 contacts.

It has everything and more that i would desire as a marketeer, that wants to do "mass email" and "mass sms", for now Brevo provides all the bells and wissels what i was looking for, and it has a great user interface. It took me literally just two minutes to find my way.

Pros

The overal value, what you get for the price you pay, Brevo ticks all the boxes for me. I compared them all and have lots of experience the biggest competitor (MC), but i am happy i made the move to Brevo now.

Cons

The fact that the initial "free" version only allows a limited amount of contacts, if it would allow more contacts, i would have tried it out first and then go for a paid version, but here i had no option. I went for the paid option anyway and not regret my choice.

Good delivery rates, packages to suit different budgets. It is easy to use, but it would be good if some features came with low packages like starters, which have high email reception.

Pros

I think its price-performance is good and it is also very simple to use. Also, my support requests were answered quickly.

Cons

Honestly, I have a hard time saying this because I haven't experienced anything negative. I wish we could create automated commands for mass emails. For example, we could have a single list and have it automatically send emails to a specified number of people every day or every week. Currently, as far as I know, we'd have to create separate lists and run separate campaigns for this.

Pros

The support we recived was excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] in customer service went above and beyond to take us through things step by step, in order for us to get the best results.

Cons

The system does so much that it can be a little baffling, but that's just down to learning what it can do and what's right for us, so this isn't really a negative by any means.

Of all the free platforms I've had access to, this was the best; it was easy to set up. Everything on the platform is easy to track and analyze.

Pros

The system is fast, intuitive, and has good tools in the free mode. It's very easy to create campaigns and track events.

Cons

Limit of 300 emails per day on the free plan. I believe it could be a little bigger; it would make it easier for beginners.

Again, I really liked them when they were SendinBlue. The platform was easy to use and navigate, and with unlimited contacts in the free version, you couldn't beat it. Things have changed you now. I simply don't use them anymore.

Pros

I used to be a big fan when they were SendinBlue. Something changed though, when they switched to Brevo. I used to like that they offered unlimited contacts.

Cons

Well, my least favorite thing is that they are very strict now on compliance etc, so much so, that they constantly shut you down and make you have to prove things. This platform does this more than any other I have seen.

We use Brevo on a daily basis to manage our customer databases for our different websites, most of which run on Prestashop. We send almost all our emails and newsletters via this system. Thanks to the different segments we can create, we can target our prospects even more effectively

\- I like its simplicity of use, with its intuitive and efficient drag and drop mail editor. - The ability to create different segments with our contacts is easy, and the filters are intuitive. - The “enterprise” subscription system is very efficient and allows us to meet our needs without limits.

Cons

Some bugs occasionally, often fixed during the day, but which may have already affected our working day The automation feature is effective, but sometimes less intuitive than with some competitors

Highly recommend them. Overall, my experience with Brevo has been decent, but there are areas that could be improved, particularly around usability and feature depth. It works for basic needs, but feels somewhat limited for more advanced use cases.

Pros

Email Management, Ease of Use, Spam Filtering. I find that setting up a campaign is simple and can reuse elements from other campaigns. The costs are quite reasonable so value for money spent is excellent. The user interface is easy to follow, but attention to details are important is setting things up properly. I have only needed to reach out to support twice & they were very fast & responsive

Cons

The interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, especially when navigating between campaigns, contacts, and automation. Some features take too many clicks to access compared to other platforms.

Pros

Customer Support. I have various interactions with Brevo. This time ut was Customer Support. A security "thing" I had to sort out. Couple emails back n forth - problem solved - in the same day. What company replies - a few times in the same day?! Happy Days Brevo!

Cons

This interaction was seamless. No problems at all. Well I was not up to speed with this aspect of operating - so partly my fault. Anyhow - problem sorted.

Everything has worked well from importing my contacts to sending four campaign emails. You hold your breath while your campaign is suspended, but all comes good if you have follwed best practice

I appreciate the modern interface and knowing privacy is managed at the highest European standard. Paying for what you need with no tie-in to a subscription is very refreshing.

Cons

While the approach is simplified, it can still be quite technical to understand, but with patience, you can work through the details to deliver the campaigns

I especially like that my contact lists are already organized into folders, which makes the process faster and much more practical. The platform helps me save time, organize my email management better, and send campaigns with more efficiency. Whenever I needed support, the team was fast, helpful, and ready to solve the issue. I would definitely recommend Brevo.

What I like most about Brevo is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The steps are clear, the interface is simple, and I did not find any difficulty setting things up. Customer support also really works, every time I needed help, they responded very quickly and assisted me with great attention and efficiency.

Cons

so far, I have not found any major downside. My experience has been very positive overall. If anything, there is always room for small interface improvements, but nothing has negatively affected my use of the platform.

I really like the variety of options available to design my email before running an email campaign. I recently run an email campaign for our upcoming webinar and Brevo helped me to design a really eye-catching design for that.

Cons

There are some features which are not easy to understand/ use. I have already requested a demo from Brevo team, so that I can fully understand the features and upgrade my plan accordingly. I really wish to upgrade and avail more features for more efficiency.

It has been a very pleasant and reliable experience. The bounce rate is being well reported. Overall, my experience with Brevo has been great. It’s easy to use, reliable, and offers solid automation features for the price. It really simplifies managing email and SMS campaigns in one place.

Pros

I really like how easy Brevo is to use and the clean interface. The automation features are powerful and having multi-channel options like email, SMS, and WhatsApp in one place is a big plus. The pricing is also very fair for what you get.

Cons

lack of variety in the models, there could be many more models. Some features feel limited compared to bigger platforms, like advanced analytics and integrations. The free plan also has daily sending limits, which can be restrictive as you grow.

Easy & user-friendly interface specifically Drag & Drop feature. All in one solution (Email marketing, SMS marketing and CRM automation) AI assistant to fine tune your content. Single click report option to view campaign summary (Recipient, Open, Clicks, Unsubscribe etc.). Prompt support whenever required. Most important easy on pocket.

Cons

Difficulty to Replicate any earlier shared campaign. Past campaigns comparison and AI based suggestion to improve the performance. More options of predefined templates should be there.

Ease of creation of campaigns. Design templates and good campaign statistics that helps being informed about recipients interactions

Account suspension for unclear reason. We sent a campaign after which we received an account suspension notice and a notice that a second suspension would close the account. That delayed our decision to buy a plan

Have been using close to two years now and have very little to complain about. I have recommended those in the mid size business arena to use this product.

Pros

The price point for Brevo is perfect and if it was just about price without the functionality it would mean very little. I have used high end products in this space as well as more budget minded and the Brevo platform is very feature rich.

Cons

There are occasionally weird visual bugs that throw off numbers I have notice but its very minor, not often and is fixed relatively quickly.

I only used Brevo when I was in difficult situations and needed something done quickly. I always needed someone to help me get it done though, which is not ideal

Pros

Honestly when I saw the email that not only the last payment but the last two payments were refunded, it brought a tear to my eye. I felt vulnerable sharing the challenges I am having building Soulful Colour and from Brevo \[sensitive content hidden\] stand point this may have been somethng small but for me it was HUGE mostly because I felt seen heard and listened to and that was validated through action. I appreciate you. It's the seemingly little things that make a big impact. THANK YOU. Soulfully Sophia

Learning curve using the platform is not very user friendly, especially when it comes to the more technical aspects like DMARC and ensuring you don't get flagged as spam.

I really like the program and how it has increased my overall productivity through emails, newsletters and graphic designing tools by having everything all wrapped up in one place. It works well with Canva and the design feature runs very similar making the utilization of the program easy and efficient. It has been a wonderful addition to our growing dashboard of media tools and we couldn't be happier. Hands down, a must have tool if you wish to grow your business through on-line sales and email follow-ups.

Pros

Brevo was a wonderful find for our company! Not only did it allow us to mass mail to all our clients weekly news letters which cut our time in half but it also incorporates many other wonderful features that we were able to utilize right at the tips of our fingers without having to go through other companies.

Cons

Brevo has many wonderful tools to utilize but what I found most frustrating was figuring out how to incorporated them into our already operating system. The videos were helpful but it did take some learning curves to get where we needed to be so we could reap the full benefits of the program.
