Price effective but too time consuming to set up and 'clean' database. My time is better spent elsewhere in my business and there are other more effective marketing methods for me. Pros The program was well priced with good plans offered Cons All of my Contacts were rejected after spending days cleaning my list to ensure all quality emails were included. I don't know how Sendinblue know what is a clean contact when you are the one who has built the database. Cons I did not come across anything that bothered me. Reason for choosing Brevo I chose Sendinblue because of the ease of use, and the price. I loved the Free option to try it out. If we had to pay for this we would not be able to afford to send out this information Pros Our organization was in need of a way to send out information to groups of people, such as newsletters and flyers which was cost effective - preferably free! Sendinblue has so far assisted with this. It was relatively easy to set up the account and create and email for someone without a great deal of IT skills. When I did have a problem emailed help was available within 24 hours Cons I found it difficult to set up my contacts and initially my imported lists were rejected. I almost gave up on using Sendinblue because of this . It took about 24 hours for the help line to reply but when they did, the quality of information was good even for a novice like me! No training was needed and was able to create account, verify domain, and create campaing very quickly. Pros Setting up all the contacts and creating the first campaign was seamless and very easy. Navigation is user friendly and easy to work with. I would improve speed, as i noticed that opening a link via email is much slower than opening a regular link on my site. In this respect SB is lagging behind competitors (mailchimp mainly) who offer better service, but for a much higher price. The strenght is the low cost. Please improve reporting and speed!!! I was test-driving other platforms for mass emailing and other projects when I discovered Send it on Blue. My first several projects were created and delivered without a single problem. I had a few questions while creating a very large project, and those concerns were addressed IMMEDIATELY. Wow! I highly recommend Send it in Blue. 10 out of 10! Cons I would love to see more templates and more different types of segmentation! Pros After a bad experience with another system, we needed a new one quickly. One member of our team had experience with the system, so we decided to use it. It is efficient and has many good options. The company is based in the EU, so it's good as a legal basis. February 15, 2017 5.0 As my list grew Mailchimp was going to be too expensive for me. What clinched it was the accusatory style of their emails whenever they considered that unsubscribes from my wholly legitimate opt-in list suggested that I breaching their standards. I evaluated Sendinblue over some months, and I'm really (no, REALLY) happy that I switched. Semdingblue is great value, flexible and does a lot more than I expected. I can automate things in my standard (cheapest) package, I get 40,000 emails a month, and when I've needed to contact them I have had amiable and informative personal responses, quickly, which has been so helpful. It took me a little while to get to grips with the Sendinblue template builder (hence 4 stars). This is probably due to my poor grasp of what I had to learn. I couldn't find instructions on a number of points so I had to work it out. I recommend Sendinblue as it looks like it meets all of my business needs and more. Pros The colour (it's blue). Ease of use, range of automations, great value, efficient delivery and great customer service. Plus, it integrates well with Wordpress. Cons Having only been using Sendinblue for about 3 months, my only qualms arise when there is a feature I'm still learning how to use or manage. Once I master all of Sendinblue's features, though, I'm sure I'll have no complaints! Having say that, it is really easy to create and send SMS campaigns for my clients, the uploaded tool for contacts works fine, and I like the fact that get a report of every single message.
