I struggled with the export, cleanup and reimport of the contacts list but I only need to do that once. Pros The pricing structure seems fair and competitive. Importing my contacts from Mailchimp was easy but did come with a few gremlins. Once identified, their support team were very good at helping me resolve the issue. It's user friendly. I've only sent one campaign and it seems to be going well. I look forward to seeing the features in more details soon. Cons It's tricky to find the pricing information to start with. It's not very clear, but when you eventually find it, it makes sense. Also, its always concerning when on your first campaign you get a notice saying your account will be permanently suspended if your campaign returns a high level of unsubscribes. You're made to feel like you've done something wrong before you've even started. It would be useful if Brevo had their own inbuilt email list cleaning facility. Drag and drop images when uploading them would be best. Searching within all image folders would be useful too. In general I didn't find the way to easily search for the images I need now but I have already uploaded them a while ago. You get quite a few features for the monthly costs, making Brevo a great solution if you’re looking for a new email software program. The support team responds very quickly and provides good assistance. Initially, our collaboration with Brevo was a bit rocky because our account kept getting frozen for security reasons, which was quite frustrating for us. Fortunately, we were assigned a dedicated contact person who helped us resolve the suspensions within a few hours until the technical department fixed the issue. Since then, everything has gone smoothly, and we are still very happy with our switch from Mailerlite to Brevo. I particularly appreciate the look and feel of the program, and I enjoy working with it. Pros \- Professional customer service that responds quickly - Nice look and feel of the program - Marketing automation features are sufficient for small business owners - The price is perfectly fine, especially for the quality you receive Cons \- At first, our account was suspended 10 times without any reason, which was very frustrating; luckily, that's been resolved now. - In some cases, there can be delays while creating email campaigns.
