I will continue to use Brevo for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Brevo offers really good pricing. Their customer service team replies quickly. I've tried many different platforms over the years and I am happiest with Brevo.

Cons

Their platform is mostly intuitive / user-friendly, but there are a couple things could be even more so. No doubt they'll continue to perfect their functions.

ConvertKit, constantcontact, Mailchimp. Brevo has better pricing for my needs, which are to manage large email lists, but to campaigns infrequently.

Die Geschäftspraktiken von Brevo halte ich für höchst grenzwertig. Wir sind animiert worden, von Sendinblue auf Brevo umzusteigen. Grundsätzlich ist Brevo gut geeignet, um Kampagnen individuell zu gestalten, ohne erst aufwendig Templates programmieren lassen zu müssen. Das wars aber auch schon mit dem Positiven. Der Funktionsumfang ist deutlich abgespeckt worden, im Vergleich zu Sendinblue. In den Reports kann man keine Heatmaps und nicht mal mehr die Conversionrate ausgeben lassen. Für die Incentive-Mail nach Newsletter-Anmeldung können keine individuellen Gutscheincodes hinterlegt werden - eigentlich eine Standardfunktion für ein modernes Newsletter-Tool sollte man meinen. Das ginge nur bei der unverschämt teuren Enterprise-Version, so die Aussage des Kundenservice. So weit so gut. Damit hatten wir uns abgefunden. Nun wurde aber unser Account gesperrt, weil die Abmelderate eines unserer Mailings über 1% lag. Dieser Schwellenwert ist geradezu lachhaft. Vor allem bei Shops bei großem Produktportfolio sind Abmelderaten von unter 1% eine Seltenheit. Das Mailing wurde mitten im Versand abgebrochen und der Account für weitere Mailings gesperrt, bis man in wieder validiert. Bei der zweiten Sperrung ist Account dauerhaft gesperrt und damit für die Tonne. Es kann ja wohl nicht sein, dass man Zeit und Geld in Migration von Premium-Templates aus Sendinblue, die Integration in den eigenen Shop, die Einrichtung und schließlich die monatlichen Gebühren steckt und dann nicht mal einen zuverlässigen Versand von E-Mail-Kampagnen dafür bekommt. Unter den Gesichtspunkten kann ich Brevo nicht als zuverlässigen Partner empfehlen.

Pros

Der Editor zum Erstellen von Kampagnen ist klasse. Einfach zu bedienen und bietet nahezu endlose Möglichkeiten, die einzelnen Inhaltselemente individuell zu gestalten.

Cons

Erst wurde man gedrängt, von Sendinblue auf Brevo upzugraden, dann ist aber in Brevo ein geringerer Funktionsumfang enthalten. Reports wurden um Heatmaps und sogar um die Anzeige der Conversion-Rate beschnitten. Begründung von Brevo: Nicht jeder Versender würde einen Shop betreiben, deshalb gibt es die Conversion-Rate nur in der deutlich teureren Abo-Variante. Ebenfalls fragwürdig: Konten werden für den Versand von Kampagnen regelmäßig gesperrt, wenn die Abmelderate über 1% liegt. Zeigt mir bitte einen Shop, bei dem das nicht regelmäßig der Fall ist, vor allem wenn man ein breites Produktportfolio führt. Nach der zweiten Sperrung kann die Sperre nicht mehr aufgehoben werden und der Account ist für die Tonne.

I’m very satisfied with using this software. I’ve tried competing solutions, but none of them offered as much as Brevo.

Pros

The software works very well and fully does its job. It’s also constantly being improved, which makes it work even better over time.

Cons

Access to some statistics and features is only available in higher-tier plans, which are significantly more expensive.

I've been using Brevo for the last 4 to 5 years. I have never had any issues. The reports are great.

Pros

I like that I can purchase bucket credits and it's not based off of the number of contacts you have.

Cons

Everything is good. I would like to start cold emailing to a list I am receiving from a 3rd party, but they are not subscribed and I don't want to risk our emails being blacklisted.

Very pleasant experience. It is a joy to build a campaign, test it and schedule it. Reports are extremely flexible. Creation of segments are very useful to create proper recipients lists.

Pros

Simple interface, SMTP support, transactional emails, detailed campaign reports, easy to use newsletter/campaign design environment.

Cons

If a paid plan expaires doesn't fall back to the free plan automatically. But ca be done fast and easily with a single support request.

excellent and I use it for years. over the years the features have been improving even during free plan.

Pros

Simple, easy to work with and all features are excellent. Makes my email marketing hassle free and I spend very little time building my campaings.

Cons

Remarketing is a bit hard to set up as well the woocommerce crossing contacts, but is nothing extraordinary just time consuming to understanding at first.

I think everything is good so far. Compared to platforms like Hubspots, Brevo is an easy to use and more affordable alternative.

Pros

I like that the platform is very easy to use. Uploading contacts and sending out emails are very easy. Campaigns and design are easy to build too.

Cons

I think some of the features are not very easy to understand. Example, I need to click on "Transactional" to understand more about it. And I dont think there are support functions, or not that I know of. So if you need help, not sure where to go.

Estou utilizando e aprendendo a usar a poucos dias e já estou gostando muito, com o passar do tempo, atingindo os objetivos que tenho com os envios de e-mails, pretendo fazer um UP para um plano melhor.

Pros

Utilizei somente a ferramenta de e-mails por enquanto e o que eu mais gostei foi a interface, que é fácil de usar, intuitiva de certa forma muito prática. O monitoramento da campanha com os relatórios é uma outra ferramenta muito útil que nos permite mensurar o quanto estamos sendo assertivos nas campanhas. Poder organizar varias listas de contato e subdividir em pastas, deixa o trabalho muito mais ágil. Gostei muito desta parte das listas de contatos. A parte de estruturação do corpo do e-mail permitindo colocar links para as redes sociais e direcionar para a página de vendas também gostei muito.

Cons

Poderia ter uma maneira de retomar a campanha de forma editar o envio para mais contatos específicos.

I am delighted with Brevo because it allows me to create campaigns quickly and has some excellent automation tools.

Pros

Easy to use and has lots of features. It is less expensive than Mailchimp or Constant Contact

Cons

The only issue I have is that creating campaign designs can be challenging. The tools are not as good as some competitors'.

Easy to use and set up, good stats info, easy management of lists and contacts.

Pros

The simple and user friendly interface. Being able to duplicate campaigns, create your own sub page and manage contact is a breeze.

Cons

Don't see any significant ones yet. I would certainly prefer not to have my inbox flooded with auto reply emails every time a mailing goes out as we send to a very large volume of clients and it can be cumbersome to comb through each.

I opted for Brevo for our upcoming web application as it had competitive rates and free option to support during the development phase. I had some initial activation issue due that was promptly handled by the support team.

Pros

Simplicity and prompt customer support. I like the simple yet powerful Dashboard that gives you a quick overview of the current state of the emails flows.

Cons

Since I am new, yet to discover :). I have not come across any major issue so far so it would be too early to talk about the Cons. So far none that I can allude to.

I found the migration from Mailchimp to Brevo okay, but quite stressful as I needed to get my quarterly newsletter out in a timely manner and the FAQs and customer support weren't really helpful. Luckily I was able to figure out between the customer support person and Google searches how to fix my challenges in order to get the newsletter out. I wasn't impressed, however, that I wasn't able to send to all of my contacts in one send, however, due to the contact limit. It wasn't clear how many contacts were included and that that was going to happen.

Pros

I like that there's customer support on the free plan, and that the automations are free. The customer service person, \[sensitive content hidden\], is pretty responsive, and gets back to me usually within 24 hours of my question. She's also friendly.

Cons

The FAQs don't seem to be really informative, i.e., I had to find most of my answers doing a Google search. I don't like that there aren't wrap around image features on the drag and drop email campaigns, either. And the pricing plans seem confusing to me, i.e., not straightforward what you get for what price point.

Lock-in effect cloud platfrom which is not being further developed since the take over three years ago as it formerly was called SendinBlue. Once the pioner, it is now getting the rotten tomato.

Pros

Visual appearance of E-Mails and campaign management. Ease of use for basic features. PArts of the contact list segmentation, but this is also an disadvantage at the same time.

Cons

Unreasonable blocking. Newly introduced metrics measurement. While having a very bad anti-spam filter for new registration, at the same time they have recently implemented a very strong account freezing rule.

Very good overall for SMBs, good mixture of core features such as email campaigns and forms which were very handy.

Pros

Easy to get started and good value for money for an SMB especially when comparing to other offers on the market.

Cons

I ran into a form config bug which cost me a lost of time, support were great and got it sorted though.

Took a bit of time to set up and get into compliance, but once I did everything I needed to do everything was very straight forward.

Pros

How everything is in one place. No need for other CRM's or software. The automations and campaigns make it very simple.

Cons

There are no TikTok and YouTube comment/DM intregration like there is with Facebook and Instagram. Adding those would help manage social media clients.

It has been very challenging to do simple tasks.

Pros

The price is okay. The support team always picks up the phone without long waiting times. (they should be trained technical part of the system more because always end up creating a ticket.)

Cons

Trying to offer 360 marketing tools but only trying... Products are being launched without being fully ready and the support team is not even aware of features of new products as well. The CRM is missing very crucial elements such as automatically connecting the contact in the CRM, it needs to be manually assigned. Not having a proper plugin for WordPress. Users cannot submit their form to trigger the automation system. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. So many other things that I can't put all here.

Really pleasant! Although it was introduced by my previous marketer, it’s been very easy to navigate as a novice with zero marketing experience.

Pros

Generous email allowance, efficient customer service team + the integrated phone option - major pro to avoid faffing around with a VoIP for small businesses!

Cons

Despite the easy switch between HTML and simple editor, it takes a while to navigate + the submission forms to embed on website are limited in terms of fonts/design.

Pros

I really like the simple UI. As a non-technical person, I find using Brevo an absolute joy. The price is also very friendly compared to other CRMs.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I disliked about Brevo.

Siempre he tratado de buscar mejores resultados en el envío de campañas y cada año regreso a renovar mi suscripción.

Pros

El nivel de entregabilidad es muy alto, he probado otros servicios y la mayor parte de envíos terminaba en la carpeta SPAM, adicionalmente, la interfaz de Brevo es muy sencilla y eficiente. Incluso el costo es muy conveniente en comparación a otros servicios similares.

Cons

He utilizado Brevo por varios años y para diferentes tipos de áreas, hasta ahora no encuentro algo que no me agrade.

Con respecto a Mail Relay, obtuve Mejores resultados con Brevo. Send Pulse es muy bueno; sin embargo, tiene precios más altos.
