What I love the most is that I can use an amount of free emails per day. I also love the birthday date to be added. Pros I really like the way it works, perfectly. It is easy to use and it never fails me. Cons When I am editing the email, it could be exactly like it will be in the preview, but it is not. When I write a paragraph to match the size of the photo on the right, I will only know the reality in the preview. If the menu could hide and give us the "preview" idea without going to preview, it would be great. Pros How everything is in one place. No need for other CRM's or software. The automations and campaigns make it very simple. I’ve tried many other similar services, but every time I faced technical issues (emails not sending, etc.), and more importantly, the services either stopped offering premium accounts or simply reduced their limits. Brevo is one of the only ones that respects its users. Plus, its integration is super easy, whether it’s on WordPress or a regular website. Pros Brevo is one of the only providers offering free SMTP with a generous limit! With a free account, you can do a lot of things. I've never had any issues with Brevo, and I say Bravo to them for never changing their pricing for free users. Cons I find it a shame that you can't have a single account to manage multiple sites. I would've liked it to be a bit like Cloudflare, where you have one account and can add as many sites as you want, and go premium either for all the sites or per site. Because right now, I have to create a separate account for each site, and it’s not practical. Pros I've used a lot of mass email solutions and find that Brevo is one of the simpliest and easiest to create an account and start using. Cons The templates take a little time to get use to using but that's probably user error. Maybe a couple more basic templates would be helpful. Incredible value for money. Other solutions would cost £100-200/month - we're paying half that. Pros Has all the features our business needs for email campaigns. Really like the fact Brevo doesn't charge by number of contacts - we can have as many contacts within our lists without being charged over a certain amount. Their support is excellent - very fast to respond which is not typical for most tech companies. Cons Automations don't always seem to work the way they should. They are pretty easy to set up, but I've had issues with workflows and although Brevo support is helpful, resolution tend to drag on.
