It took me over a month to send my first newsletter and I wouldn't have been able to complete the authentication steps and the steps for adding in my Contacts if it weren't for \[sensitive content hidden\] . She truly cares and she stayed in touch with me throughout every challenge and block I experienced. And there were many. I'd also like to thank Tanishka for her help as well! Brevo is the third email marketing company I've tried to work with now, so I am fully aware these problems are not Brevo's fault. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very knowledgable, patient, and kind, and I'm so appreciative.

Pros

Exceptional Customer Service (thank you, \[sensitive content hidden\] !) and later finding out that this service is free for me to use right now!

Cons

This is not an easy endeavor for someone like me who knows very little about the tech world. Authenticating my domain was a ridiculously lengthy process (7 attempts with iPage) and then being able to send my newsletter was very complicated for me too. It seems this industry wants to make email marketing a nightmare for people?!

I am using Brevo to send basic newsletter. I really like simple & clean interface. I still need to explore more options.

Pros

I like it's simplicity and customers support. There are a lot of options for campaign and automations.

Cons

300 daily emails is pretty low in free package. It could be at least 500. But since I am not using it a lot it's not really disrupting my workflow.

Pros

I still use th free Brevo plan. It is more than enough for my needs. Ease of use is fine and campaigns are easy to set up.

Cons

Sames cons as before. Every click opens a link in a new tab Next thing you know you have a browser filled with open tabs

Making campaigns and segmenting contacts. Has been wonderful for our small non-profit. Once a year fund raiser has benefitted.

Cons

Can’t change email address after hard bounce …have to delete and reenter information. Too time consuming.

I am very pleased with Brevo's service and value, from the initial video call to learn about the service, to getting set up and now managing/analyzing the results. This is my first automated campaign for my business and I am very happy with how it's working. I also appreciate the different pricing options.

Pros

It was relatively easy to figure out how to set up automations, and I love the visual layout of the workflow - makes it easy to grasp and to adjust as needed.

Cons

When I was getting started, a few things weren't intuitive and I couldn't find answers to some questions through the blog and other online resources, but it was all figured out in the end!

Overall - great! It really helps us to make the campaigns fast and without any unneeded stuff required on that.

Pros

The way i can design the campaign, the fact that it has a lot of functionality which I am still reviewing and learning about!

Cons

It is for some reason difficult for me to manage contacts. I mean it is easy to upload the contacts, but then it is not easy to review all of them and to export them. Also, it takes time to receive a feedback from the customer support so it would be great if you would have some kind of chatbot on the website popping out as one of your competitor has (smaily) - we used to use their services but then switched to you. By the way, if you would be interested in this, we at Crowdy.ai offer chatbot solution as well and can cooperate in this matter.

I'm very happy to stay with Brevo as my emailing platform, despite the minor issues I've experienced. Customer support is quick to respond and always does their best to understand the problem and offer solutions - even if there is not always an easy resolve. I appreciate the fact that the platform is always improving and takes feedback into consideration. There's a good supply of self-help articles and easy channels for submitting a ticket or chatting to Customer Support. The Dashboard can sometimes be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate but on the whole it is user-friendly. Mostly I appreciate the fact that as a non-paying customer (at present, with hopes to grow a subscriber list so that I can afford a paid account) I have not felt marginalised, and feel equally welcome and supported on the platform.

Pros

Brevo offers a range of options for both free and paying customers to communicate effectively with their clients/subscribers, and manage their contact lists. As an indie business owner, Brevo has made it possible for me to establish a reliable reputation with my subscribers by offering information in clean, fresh designs and with good deliverability rates.

Cons

I've experienced most challenges on Brevo with the automation system. As far as I know, this is constantly being worked on and upgraded - unfortunately, it has led to some deliverability issues, 'broken' chains in the automation flow, and made it necessary for me to find manual work-arounds.

My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. It’s the best CRM platform I've used for WooCommerce. I’ve noticed significant improvements and evolution in the platform since its days as Sendinblue, making it even more powerful and user-friendly.

Pros

What I like most about Brevo is the unlimited contacts, the ease of segmentation, and the excellent e-commerce data integration, which works really well as part of a CRM.

Cons

I like least about Brevo is the loading of unnecessary resources in e-commerce, the lack of clarity about the billing process, and the limited automation features for push notifications. Additionally, some features that could be available in the Pro plan, especially those related to e-commerce, are only offered in the more expensive plan.

Excellent and although i haven´t used it for a while loving the data reports and ease of use. So far so good and the instructions are very easy to follow when i had to verify my domain name.

Pros

Simplicity to navigate and get things done. I really enjoyed the data reports and the high % of delivery which is excellent.

Cons

Had a technical issue with customer service and nobody responded in a while. Finally after a few months the issue was resolved. Think this price has increased too by more than 20% so a little suprised there.

Frankly, the platform is completely practical, as it has enabled me to organize my email marketing work. Brevo has provided me with several features that have made this work incredibly easy, most notably: An organized contact list that's easy to retrieve and edit Effective tools for creating professional advertising campaigns Excellent integration with the website and a professional, personalized email address for my brand, to the point where customers feel like the emails they receive are coming directly from my official website—my brand, for that matter—without the slightest hint of an intermediary named Brevo. This is truly amazing. I hope to be able to subscribe to the paid version so I can try out more tools.

Cons

Very good so far. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the link missmatch described above.

Pros

The 300 emails a day whilst getting used to Brevo is excellent. I've had a couple of problems and I have asked for assistance twice. In each case Brevo support got back to me inside 24 hours and solved the problem. Very impressed.

Cons

When I click a link in a test email sent to myself I get a "Link Missmatch Detected" warning. I can't get rid of this and I can't figure it out. I think that will put off recipients clicking the link.

My experience with Brevo has been greatly positive. It’s user-friendly and works well for email marketing and automation. While it’s not the most flexible tool out there, it gets the job done efficiently. If you’re looking for a solid, easy-to-use platform, it’s definitely a good choice.

Pros

I had no issue setting up Brevo. The interface is straightforward, and the email editor is easy to use. The automation features are great, and I appreciate how it integrates with other platforms. The price is fine as well.

Cons

While Brevo covers most of my needs, I’ve found it to be a bit less flexible than I’d like, but there is nothing that should be a dealbreaker.
